Hotel Terbaik di Bangkok dengan Spa

Fantastic stay. Location is convenient for shopping, but not so for public transport, due to frequent jams at the roads around the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. Great selection, very tasty. Service was great from concierge to reception to housekeeping. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and were fluent in English. Very impressed with overall cleanliness, even the lobby toilet was super clean.

Everything from the service to the breakfast buffet was excellent. The only inconvenience was having to change lifts every time to go up or down. This could be due to the renovation going on at the 23rd floor lobby. If the lift change area renovations are complete it may have a better feel than walking past a boarded up area.

Di sebelah hotel adalah Kedai Bebas Cukai King Power. Kerana kereta itu diparkir di tempat letak kereta bawah tanah, kakitangan di lobi melihat saya membawa barang saya jauh dan berlari untuk membantu. Saya mesti memujinya. Semasa saya meninggalkan kedai, saya juga membantu saya menghantar barang-barang saya ke tempat letak kereta bawah tanah. . Kakitangan hotel benar-benar hangat dan sopan. Ini adalah perkhidmatan terbaik yang saya tinggalkan di hotel ini dalam dua tahun terakhir. Saya mesti suka! Dan sangat ramah kepada orang-orang Cina dan tidak akan memperlakukan perkhidmatan dengan cara yang berbeza. Terdapat kaunter penerimaan tetamu Cina di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, dengan penuh perhatian.

Saya telah tinggal di hotel ini selama bertahun-tahun! ! Setiap kali saya pergi ke Thailand, saya selalu memilih yang ini! Asalnya trip ni sempena hari jadi saya, jadi saya nak pergi sana berehat. Saya dah book bilik yang ada kemudahan termasuk tab mandi terbuka, jadi saya tempah saja. Sedar-sedar dah lewat malam baru sampai Thailand, jadi saya menyemaknya.Mandi terbuka memandikan saya, dan saya segera membuka mulut dan bergegas ke meja penyambut tetamu. Saya mengikutinya dan meminta saya membaca maklumat. Dia meminta saya menterjemah bahasa Cina ke dalam bahasa Inggeris, dan dia membuka penjelasan dalam bahasa Inggeris. Tiada tab mandi! Soalan ini bukan masalah saya. Teks bahasa Cina dalam pangkalan data Trip.com mengatakan ”tab mandi terbuka, tab mandi, tab mandi”. Saya tertanya-tanya bagaimana anda menyampaikan perkara ini? Hotel yang sama! Hari ini, saya ingin bercakap dengan semua orang, tetapi hotel telah terdedah dan meminta saya membayar $2000 dolar Hong Kong untuk memindahkan bilik dengan tab mandi untuk saya. Sudah tentu saya tidak akan memindahkan, jadi saya ingin menasihati semua orang supaya melihat dengan jelas bahawa ia benar-benar Apakah kemudahan yang ada? Tempah bilik itu dahulu! Tetapi kali ini apabila saya berpindah ke hotel, mereka sebenarnya mempunyai soal selidik untuk saya. Saya menulis semua masalah yang mereka hadapi pada hari itu pada fail. Anda sangat menggembirakan saya. Pengurus tempatan yang menghantarnya. E-mel meminta maaf dan memberi saya bayaran balik bilik dua hari, yang serta-merta membuatkan saya berasa lebih baik. Jadi kesilapan ini adalah kesilapan dalam teks di trip.com dan hotel. Saya harap trip.com akan memberi perhatian kepadanya! Hotel ini sama seperti dahulu.Selagi anda tidak mahu mempunyai kolam renang, ia sebenarnya berbaloi untuk ditempah kerana katil masih sangat selesa dan kemudahan kebersihan yang baik. Tetapi perkara ini sebenarnya sudah mula menjadi tua. Tapi kalau harga Berbaloi hidup kalau tak mahal

Superb location! 7-11 just at doorstep and plenty of food just outside the hotel ! We usually stay at another hotel just down the road. But couldn’t get a room there so tried Vela Dhi Glow. The hotel did not disappoint. Service was top notch and our stay comes with buffet breakfast that was so good we didn’t even have space for street food! The room was huge and clean with enough space for us to pack our luggages. Hotel arranged for swan towels when we informed them that it’s our wedding anniversary. Could have been better if a platter of fruits came along with it. :) We will be back on our next trip !

Service is TIP TOP!! Room is super spacious for 3pax. Very accessible to nearby malls. Would love to book here again if we return to BKK soon. A big thanks to all staff there.

Location is excellent! Located right next to BTS Phloen Chit Station and it is easy to get grab and somehow ”avoided” the terrible traffic in bangkok at times. However, the only downside is the lift servicing the hotel. It is extremely slow and one was faulty during my stay. And the noise of traffic can be heard from 12th floor. Light sleeper should probably take a slight note of that. Other than that I do not really have any complaints. Thank you!

Great location in Silom Samyan. It’s only a 5-min walk from the MRT Samyan Station. Samyan Mitrtown Shopping Centre, just right across the road from the hotel, has a big food court, many shops and a supermarket. Walking about 15 minutes or taking 5-min taxi ride can go to the local food paradise Patham Wan. There, you will find Michelin local food stalls like Jeh O Chula serving hotpot Mama noodles and J Aoi Som Tum serving traditional and new-style spicy Thai mango salad. The facilities like the swimming pool and gym are nice. Don’t forget to book the massage service at the lobby Let’s Relax Spa. 👍🏻👍🏻

Penyambut tetamu sangat baik. Orang muda yang menerima kad letak kereta bercakap dengan sangat sopan. tempat yang cantik Harga sangat berbaloi. Saya orang Bangkok Lain kali akan bawa keluarga. Melihat keanggunan bilik itu. Saya ingin mengesyorkan pihak hotel untuk membuang penghalang di pintu masuk dan keluar kerana saya melihatnya dan difahamkan bahawa hotel telah ditutup.

The hotel is very fantastic. Big and beautiful But the rooms have to make repairs all the facilities are old The hotel offers bathrobes - we didn't have any, apparently they don't supply all the rooms. The cleanliness of the room is lacking - they don't clean continuously, put the wet towels back on the hanger instead of changing them. There is no further word about the bedding - they did not change it but arranged it. There are a lot of cockroaches in the rooms and parts of the hotel. Spraying is needed, in order to clean the room we moved the chair to throw out the cockroach we found in the room. The cleaner apparently considered him one of the guests because she simply moved him to the entrance. The furniture in the room is beautiful but old.. hot water handles are missing - not enough for a long time. Sometimes you have to wait a long time. We did not enjoy hot water
