Bilik itu bersih dan kemas dan perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Kami tiba di hotel pada pukul lima pagi bilik yang tersedia pada separuh harga biasa adalah pada pukul dua dan daftar keluar pada pukul dua belas. Kami tiba di hotel -harga pada pukul 8 Mengapa mereka tidak memberitahu mereka sehari lebih awal? Hasilnya, kami mendapat bilik, dan harga bilik ialah 5,200 baht dan 1,040 RMB, harga hotel untuk hari itu Kami terpaksa keluar selepas pukul 10, dan ada seorang gadis di meja depan tanya, dia kata kami boleh check in, jadi kami tidak menunggu sehingga pukul 2! Ia mudah dan bersih dan kemas ke mana sahaja anda pergi.

We stayed at the hotel in Bangkok for the first time, and upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Ben, an exceptional staff member. When she found out I was feeling unwell after an early morning flight, she arranged for us to check in before the standard 2 p.m. time. A few days into our stay, she even surprised us with a small treat! The hotel’s environment was peaceful, and the room was cozy. Except that on our first day, the bathroom light was not working and we contacted the staff and they immediately rectified it. The other downside was it was a bit of a walk to the mall and BTS station. However, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the nearby mall, which is a nice touch.

الفندق متميز بجميع الجوانب ، والمفضون ودودون ومتعاونون الى اقصى حد والغرف جميله وواسع ونظيفه ، واللوبي جميل وايضا المرافق مثل الكافي شوب والمطعم والسوبرماركت بالخارج تابع للفندق ، اشكر موظفي الاستقبال واخ بالشكر السيد Tah , والسيدات Mos و ،Mew , وكانوا بشوشين ومتعاونون جدا ، اشكر كم جزيل الشكر

Location is excellent - next to Terminal 21, Sukhumvit MRT subway station, Crazy Murphy Irish pub (2 mim walk back street), Asoke SkyTrain. Cowboy Soi with best night entertainment Facilities: nice pool, well equipped fitness centre (aging but relatively well maintained), executive lounge at level 24 was great with generous flows of drinks esp happy hours 5-7 pm with 2 cooked food and several fingers food and salad, nuts, biscuits, bread etc. Assigned room at floor 27 with spectacular view of Sukhumvit skyline. Also given privilege for late checkout, very nice of the check-in receptions. Breakfast buffet: wide spread of European, Thai, Japanese, Indian & Chinese + salad, fruits, + fresh smoothies. Limited English programs for TV. Overall enjoyable stay and will definitely return during future visit to Bangkok.

Went with family and booked a one bedroom suite. Great location, lovely room with an extra bed, good pool, nice staff, wonderful room service. Away from the hustle bustle in Sukhumvit area. Very close to 7/11 and couple of Indian restaurants though not tried. The breakfast area is little small so choose your time accordingly else one has to wait or sit outside. Vegetarians will have a nightmare as there's not much in the menu, but they have lovely kitchen in the room. So, I would strongly suggest to carry maggi and other stuff if you are going from India. We didn't carry anything and we missed it. Washing machine inside the room is very useful if the stay is for 4-5 days. Skytrain station is a little far from there but I would recommend not to use it as taxis are far cheaper for the shorter distances. Ms. Cream at the reception is needed to be given a special mention here as she was really good at her work in terms of check-n and other queries. The entire staff is extremely helpful. Overall, recommended.

Secara umumnya penginapan yang lancar dan santai, suasana yang selesa dan perkhidmatan yang bijak. Pengangkutan ulang-alik percuma hanya setiap satu jam, fleksibiliti/ketegaran masa bergantung pada kakitangan perkhidmatan pada syif hari itu. 8-15 minit berjalan kaki ke kawasan jalan utama (dua stesen kereta api berbeza berdekatan) di mana anda boleh menemui banyak restoran tempatan, kafe dan restoran Jepun.

Hotel nowy, i dlatego go wybrałem. Jednak , żałuję że nie wybrałem innego hotelu. Ten hotel a zwłaszcza personel nie jest odpowiednio przeszkolony do pracy. Nie wspomnę o tym , że znajomość języka angielskiego zwłaszcza podczas obsługi w restauracji jest bardzo słaba. W hotelu miałem 2 rezerwację po 2 pokoje. Najpierw spędziłem że znajomymi 1 noc przed wycieczką do Kambodży. Już wtedy miałem duze obawy, że mam tu wrócić. Niestety personel w recepcji nie mógł sobie poradzić aby cześć pobytu opłacić punktami. Personel nie potrafi pracować w systemie All ACCOR. I stąd taka nie kompetencja. Niestety musiałem się upominiiec o podniesienie standardu pokoju, bo nikt by się nie domyślił. W pokoju były duze braki. Nie było zestawów do golenia, szczoteczki do zębów i innych artykułów higienicznych, które są dostępne w większości hoteli w sieci Accor w Bangkoku. Brak kapci, czy szlafroków. kolejna rzecz to w łazience tylko jedna rolka papieru toaletowego. To dziwna polityka tego hotelu. Najgorsze śniadania jakie jadłem w hotelu w Tajlandii. Tak ubogie menu, że nie było z czego wybierać. 2 rodzaje soków, bardzo słabej jakości. I przez 4 dni pobytu zawsze te same owoce, arbuz i melon. Bardzo mały wybór w produktach. A osoby wegetarianie nie mieli co jeść. Nie rozumiem polityki hotelu, że można zamówić tylko jedno danie śniadaniowe z karty, przy tak ubogim bufecie śniadaniowym. I nawet te dania z karty, były beznadziejne i słabe. To wstyd, hak można podawać tak zrobione gofry, albo jajka po benedyktyńsku. obrzydliwe to było. A szef kuchni przyszedł i tłumaczył, że zespół się uczy. kolejny dział nie jest przygotowany do pracy w tym hotelu. W jeden dzień gdy przeszliśmy na śniadanie, to na bufecie były tylko wystawione 2 Soki. A personel tłumaczył, że nie ma dużego obłożenia i nie robią bufetu, tylko trzeba zamówić wszystko do stolika. To jest nie dopomyslenia. Po pierwszym dniu, zgłosiłem wszystko do kierownka zmiany w recepcji i zapewnieniono mnie ze to zostanie przekazane do menadżera hotelu. Jestem rozczarowany, bo nikt w hotelu nie wyróżnił mojego dnia urodzin 2 marca. Choć menadżer zmiany wiedział o moich urodzinach. Przez 4 dni nie widziałem menadżera w hotelu. O Wszystko zespół pytał się i pisał maile i dzwonił do menadżera. Nikt nie porozmawiał z nami , że tak wyglądał pobytu. Nic się nie zmieniło.. Wogole uznawanie statusu to jakiś zart. Ten hotel jest bardzo źle prowadzony. On powinien być jeszcze zamknięty. Tam nic nie jest gotowe , niedopracowane i nie wyszkolony personel. Na basenie brak parasoli, wszystko jest na słońcu, nie można się nigdzie przed nim schronić. Na basenie ręczniki, białe i dużo za małe. Powinny być ręczniki plażowe i to w innym kolorze niż białe. Jak funkcjonuje ten hotel, że brakuje w nim żeby były menadżer hotelu. Nie ma z kim porozmawiać o problemach. Byliśmy w sumie w 7 osób, i wszyscy byli zgodni że to bardzo słaby hotel, który niestety ma potencjał, który nie jest wykorzystany. Żałuję,

This hotel is new, opened in August 2024. It used to be an apartment building, renovated and converted to a long-stay hotel. It feels a bit more posh than the other MEAs I have stayed in Bangkok before, the hardware is clearly a step above including Japanese toilet self-flush with heated seat, but unsurprisingly is generally one of the most expensive of the 6 MEAs in the city, if not the most expensive depending on dates. Unlike the others where we stayed, no upgrade granted as Ambassador Elite guest (despite wide open availability) so they stick to Terms & Conditions of Marriott Bonvoy which excludes MEAs from the upgrade program. That said, their rigid stance makes them a bit uncompetitive relative to others. Unlike upgrades, they gave free breakfast despite not having to do it so that’s in line with other MEAs. Considering the neighborhood, it was appropriate to have a Japanese slant to the buffet, but otherwise not memorable, dishes not refilled quickly and service hit and miss. Service was better at the concierge desk which was very helpful arranging shipment of various packages.

The hotel is grand, and the facilities are above par. The room was extremely beautiful, with a great city view, the bed was very comfortable, and the Coffee was fabulous. The bathroom was double the size of other hotels. The water Swiming pool was cristal clean. The security deposit is 2000 Baht at Check-in. The staff was mostly beyond excellent. They were very helpful and everyone was polite. Thanks for the lovely stay. Wish I had more time to stay at this hotel.

Ini adalah hotel di mana anda boleh pergi dari Stesen Ramkhamhaeng tanpa basah walaupun hujan. Terdapat kakitangan lain semasa daftar masuk, tetapi saya pergi ke sana dua kali dan hanya seorang yang berada di sana. Ia akan mengambil sedikit masa untuk mendaftar masuk. Deposit ialah 500 baht. Terdapat 3 lif jadi anda tidak perlu menunggu lama. Kunci bilik adalah kunci ortodoks. Untuk menutup, tekan butang pada pemegang dari dalam bilik. Tandas dan tab mandi adalah jenis yang sama. Anda boleh mendengar banyak bunyi di luar mungkin kerana pengudaraan. Tab mandinya kecil sedikit. Terdapat dua jalur kuasa berhampiran cermin. Ia bukan di sebelah katil. Terdapat dua botol plastik, tetapi tiada kopi segera dll. Anda mesti membawa anda sendiri. Oleh itu, saya kecewa apabila saya tinggal di sana buat kali pertama. Terdapat 7-Eleven di bawah stesen, jadi tidak mengapa. Jika anda menggunakan hotel ini sebagai pangkalan anda, anda boleh menggunakan BTS atau MRT dari ARL, atau anda boleh menaiki bas dari jalan di hadapan hotel, jadi jika anda tidak mempunyai kipas, anda boleh pergi ke Siam Amazing Park. untuk 8 baht. Anda juga boleh pergi ke pusat dalam arah yang bertentangan. Pengangkutan adalah mudah. Terdapat juga pasar malam kecil di bawah stesen. Saya membayar tambahan 140 baht untuk sarapan pagi. Saya fikir prestasi kos adalah tinggi.
