Ulasan SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Sukhumvit 2

+3.5 bintang, mantap! Hotel yang menakjubkan untuk saiznya (tidak kecil tetapi tidak besar) DAN INFINITY POOL di atas bumbung benar-benar sejuk untuk dilihat/berenang secara peribadi seperti dalam gambar! Ingin tinggal di sini lagi! Gim adalah di bahagian kecil (mungkin berasa sedikit tidak selesa dengan 4 orang di dalamnya pada masa yang sama) tetapi peralatan bersih dan baharu. Saya hanya berada di sini untuk satu malam minggu lalu tetapi hanya TERPAKSA berenang di kolam itu - airnya bersih, suam DAN hampir tidak ada bau klorin yang kuat (saya rasa ia adalah kolam berklorin air masin kombo jadi bau klorin tidak kuat). LIMA bintang kepada kakitangan - daripada penjaga pintu, ke meja daftar masuk/penerimaan tetamu, kepada pemandu yang memberi anda tumpangan percuma menaiki kereta golf ke Starbucks berdekatan di Pusat Ploenchit (di sudut Jalan Utama) - anda boleh mengambil 3-4 minit berjalan kaki LOL, kakitangan adalah seragam mesra, membantu dan baik. Teruskan kerja yang bagus! Bilik ini sangat bersih/baru dan sangat luas. KATA NASIHAT - jika anda mandi dan air panas nampaknya tidak cukup panas/panas, lihat unit air panas di bawah sinki bilik mandi. Pastikan tombol dipusing ke "HI" - Saya rasa pembantu rumah mungkin telah terlanggarnya ketika mengemop lantai, tetapi tombol saya tidak dihidupkan dan saya mandi hampir tidak hangat semasa saya mula-mula tiba dan hanya menyedari perkara ini sebelum mandi kedua saya (yang adalah bagus dan panas). Saya menempah bilik saya melalui Trip.com dan melihat amaran bahawa anda mungkin kehilangan bilik anda jika anda tidak mendaftar masuk sebelum 1130PM. Itu menakutkan kerana penerbangan saya tidak akan mendarat sehingga selepas 11 malam dan saya tidak akan membuat tarikh akhir itu. Saya menghantar mesej kepada hotel dan penyelia kaunter penerimaan tetamu menjawab dalam masa kurang dari 24 jam untuk memaklumkan bahawa mereka mempunyai kakitangan daftar masuk 24 jam dan tidak akan ada masalah dengan daftar masuk saya yang sangat lewat! Jadi abaikan amaran itu dalam Trip.com. Saya harap hotel Best Western di AS mempunyai kolam atas bumbung seperti ini! Def semak hotel ini jika anda berada di kawasan itu. Saiznya yang kecil diberi pampasan oleh kakitangan yang hebat dan kolam renang atas bumbung yang menakjubkan (dengan bar)!

Staff were always excellent, kind and attentive. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast has a nice and fresh variety and the coffee is great!

The rooftop bar has a great view and the hotel staff is really kind! Location is also quite good, really good for the price ~

I had a very relaxed and wonderful stay at Sure Stay. Starting off, i must thank Prince, the front office manager, for her friendly and detailed approach, which also successfully instilled into her team providing the same standard of excellent services at the reception. This hotel is located near Nana and Ploen Chit, very convenient to go around. The room is spacious and clean Very quiet. The bed is very comfortable. A decent size outdoor pool. Breakfast is fine, good coffee. If the pastry and bread quality can be improved, then it would have been perfect.

We had a pleasant stay at the SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western. The hotel's central location made it very convenient for exploring the city. We enjoyed the good breakfast and attentive service. I would like to specifically mention Ms. Chote, who was exceptionally helpful and provided excellent service during our stay. The rooftop swimming pool was a bonus, offering wonderful views of the city. I highly recommend this hotel to others.

Room is good, very clean and can’t hear anything from outside. Location is good 10 mins away from BTS. The pool was great and clean. Staffs are very accommodating. Surely will stay again on my next trip.

All staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast. We loved to swim until late. Near great restaurants and pubs. Near Phloen Chit skytrain station . Will certainly stay there again in future.

I was recommended this place by a friend and it was perfect for our stay. It’s a great choice for travelers that want to be close to the major party areas on Sukhumvit 2, but need a quiet place to crash at night. The room was sound proofed and silent to the outside noises, which was better than my experience at a neighboring hotel during the same trip. The room interior is a little basic, but offers a great shared pool on the roof. Hotel is ideal for guests that value good location, nightlife, low prices and quiet ambiance at night.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel. The rooms are simple yet roomy. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They provide a golf cart shuttle from the hotel to the main road. The hotel is located on a quiet side street away from the noise of traffic. Surprisingly, the rooftop pool was often empty, but it is very inviting and the drinks served there are excellent.

Property address is wrong. Distance from Nana plaza is about 2000m. They put 200m. The hotel is at the dual carriage way. There for crossing road is not possible. I wanted to to cancel booking just after 1 hour paid for it. The hotel refused to give any refund! Shame on them ! I would recommend check the distance and location before you book !
