Ulasan Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Sathorn, an IHG Hotel

This hotel is recommended for thos who wamt to enjoy quiet stay and convenient transport. We stayed in this Holiday Inn Express and it was a good experience. The location is very convenient for us to visit nearby places such as Siam, and there are 7-11 and many restaurants nearby. Recommended.

Very good... Staff very friendly. I was arrived early on the day of check in. The hotel allowed me to early check in.

They fixed the issue with water pressure and temperature. Stay is great. Ppl are nice . Surrounded by nice eateries too.. btw, it is. easy to get to everywhere from the hotel

First impressions were not great, the Hotel is down a narrow back street surrounded by big tower blocks, the reception seemed chaotic and extremely busy, when I got to the room it was very small but nice and clean and had everything you need, comfy bed and choice of pillows was a nice touch, TV had a few western channels, the bathroom was small but also well kitted out. The location that didn’t look very nice was very good for the BTS Skytrain, just a few minutes walk and you’re at the entrance to the station, that’s a great plus point, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed so near to the Skytrain. Parking was free so I was able to park my car safely under the hotel. The one thing I didn’t enjoy about the hotel was the breakfast, I really look forward to Hotel buffet breakfasts as usually there is so much choice you don’t know where to start, for me there was really nothing I liked, 3 very boring tasteless fruits, I mean it’s not very difficult to make a fruit salad with all that’s available in Thailand, I guess for the price it was ok but I doubt I would stay there again.

Noted good improvement (regular changes between fried rice, noodles and kway tiao) on the breakfast (good job!!). Only 1 point to note, the shower temperature needs regular checking as the water temperature switches by itself, hot & cold, or too hot at times (this is a common comment i learn from the others as well). Thank you.

Superb location, very clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet selections need more variety of food. Overall definitely will stay here again.

The room was spotless. Shopping nearby wasn't great. The hotel breakfast options were limited but the Pad Thai was delicious.

My repeated business stay. This time was assigned room 610. Everything was fine except the loud fan noise from the toilet. Have to switch off the lights in the toilet to maintain the quietness. Otherwise all good.

Conveniently located near BTS station, gym at lobby, breakfast so-so, better to eat outside, otherwise quite value for money

The location is really nice. Rooms are clean. Food is ok (Not a lot of variety though) but when we reached there and asked someone to escort our bags, they said they don't have anyone to do it so we did it ourselves. However, overall stay was nice

Location: Walking distance from Chongnonsi station, connecting you to many places in the city. With lots of eateries nearby. Facilities: A friendly neighbourhood hotel, with a small gym. Room: Good size. Everything functioning well. Complimentary water. Staff friendly and accomodating. Breakfast is simple
