Best hotel in central area of Bangkok. Nice pool in the rooftop and amazing staff

The room is big but the room is not clean. They need to improve cleanliness

Once again staying here, this time with friends. Now they are able to provide 2 key cards. Pleasant experience once again.

Great neighborhood, close to the pier, lot of space, rooftop pool with views, big TV, two ACs. Overall very decent stay 👍

Need to improve the staff services: 1. Took time for checking in. 2. Lady staff at night shift (her face looks like Indian) need to be improved her hospitality manner max and how to behave when in the public area. 3. Called to reception 10 times to ask for help, but no one pick up phone. 4. Water was stuck at wet area, not drained fast enough. The rest just ok.

good room in Thong lor25, cheap price.

the room is not very quiet and we could hear everything from the next the room. the hotel is deep inside a small road with heavy traffic yams, most in late afternoon . the reception staff was not very friendly.

Nice place to stay, quite and comfortable. The pillows and bed always very comfortable. Washing machine and well equipped kitchen if you want to cook in the apartment.

The staff could not be more helpful or friendly. Thank you staff!

The hotel is not the cleanest the room size is large but there are a lot of ants

If you’re on budget this is okay otherwise the location is not really ideal as it is far a distance from the nearest BTS, there is no convenient or any shops nearby. The nearest convenient is probably a 3mins drive away. If you don’t require any convenient stores and shops nearby and you travel via grab then it should be fine. There is no hair dryer and no toilet paper when checked in. And when room service was done for the day, towel and toothbrush was taken away and there is no replacement, phone wasn’t stated which number to dial for what service hence have to make multiples trip to the receptionist to make request, overall would not book this stay again

Traveled as a group of 4 and this place suited us well. Convenient location however it is a little dated, rooms could do with light refurbishment. One of the cheaper 2 bedroom apartments you can get in Thonglor!

We stayed for more less then a week. Its a nice place with the reasonable price. We would recommend and come back again. The staffs especially was very kind and very helpful.
