The staff were so friendly and caring. Perfect place to bring a dog :-)

We had a good stay at grand mercure bangkok Asoke. Room was clean and spacious despite it is and old building but thats fine. Its located approximately 400-500meters to terminal 21 and Asok BTS. They do provide shuttle every 30 minutes.They do provide breakfast but it was very minimal and enough for 2 of us

호텔은 아속 중심가의 이면 도로에 위치해 있습니다. 도보로 다양한 상점에 접근가능합니다. 거의 5분 이내 거리에 마샤지샵, 세븐일레븐, 식당가등등 모든 시설에 빠르게 접근가능합니다. 호텔 전체의 컨디션은 매우 낡았습니다 거의 모든것이 낡았습니다. 하지만 직원분들은 모두 다 친절했습니다. 호텔 꼭대기층에 수영장과 헬스장이 있습니다. 하지만 수영장은 규모가 작았습니다,. 헬스장은 개선이 매우 필요해보입니다. 거의 대부분의 집기가 매우 낡았습니다. 하지만 직원분들의 친절함이 기억에 남는 호텔이었습니다.

좀 오래 되었네요 그래도 아속역에서 도보로 10붘 거리에 있고 방도 꽤 규모가 커서 잘 지냈습니다 다만 시설이 노후해서 조금에 시설 업그레이드가 필요해 보입니다 외국인도 많고 좋은 경험 이였습니다

일단 호텔이 전반적으로 낡은느낌은 있다 방은 상당히 넓었으며 가격대비 괜찮았다 아속역까지 걸어서 이동할만한 장점도 있다

2022. 08. 14~20 디럭스 스위트 80m2 이용했습니다. 개인적으로 휴식을 위해 방콕을 방문했습니다. 아속역까지 도보로 5분정도 소요되며 BTS/MRT 이동이 원활한 위치입니다. 내 집같이 이용할 수 있는 구조로 거실과 침실, 주방이 분리되어 쾍적하고 여유로운 공간입니다. 다만 조식이 조금 부실하며, 수영장 또한 작은 편이어서 다른 호텔과 비교가 어렵습니다. 제 개인적으로는 혼자 방문했기 때문에 편하게 이용했습니다. 조금 오래된 느낌의 레지던스 입니다 하지만, 깔끔하게 관리되어 청결문제는 신경쓰지 않았습니다. 그리고, 발코니의 의자는 교체가 필요합니다. 너무 낡아서 앉기 불편합니다.

직원분들이 매우 친절하게 응대를 합니다. 교통은 편리합니다. 객실도 깔끔하고 좋아요

Professional and friendly staff, nice and clean, good water pressure in the shower. Shuttle to the station, close for walking back to hotel. Breakfast was lovely, good variety. Nice swimming pool Overall excellent stay and I would stay again.

Great location. Lovely staff. Very affordable accomodations. Very happy with our stay at this property, as we started our trip in Bangkok. The location is fantastic, as you are walking distance to great restaurants and activities, including Terminal 21. Great space in the suite, which was helpful for us to have separate spaces to work during the week. And quiet, so we slept very well. And the staff was fantastic. The bell team was hard working and clearly took pride in their work. The front desk team was accommodating, and very helpful with any questions we had. And the GM is wonderful, taking pride in the property and his team.

We had a nice stay. The place is very good - close to restaurants, metro, shopping. The room was big and clean, with water available in fridge. Even in the real city centre, the hotel is in a calm place. The breakfast, we found everything. The staff were nice and helpful. We were satisfied and if back in Bangkok, we would come back again. Thank you!
