The room was hard to locate. The staff was eating during our check in, she just had us get the key from the front desk. No talking, no check in and check out procedure. The room was fan type, but the fan doesnt work well. Too hot. Not recommended.

It's a generic guesthouse but better compared to other similar guesthouses in this area.

This guesthouse is conveniently located at the Khao San Road area. A bath towel was provided but no soap or shampoo was so you must bring your own. The staff member was nice and friendly.

Clean twin room and shared bathrooms were quite adequate for the price. Nice location close to the Grand Palace for sightseeing and close to Khao San Road.

Great location and quiet inside, clean bathrooms, but no hot shower. Sleep good with earplug. Fan is working fine. Only one electric plug without a table to put things which is not so convenient. Overall it’s a good place for its price and with little privacy. Definitely may visit next time.

Nice place to stay. Specially a single room with one bed. Small table to place your things, but really good vent for cooling with different speed mode. Also the price is so cheap.

Tried calling you a lot of times since the booking had been completed, Ever since your number cannot be reached i arrived at Bkk around 5am and your hotel was still close tried calling you also when i am in front of your hotel but to my surprise still your phone cannot be reached. I've been travelling since 11/09/23 and i just badly need to take some rest i wrote a special instruction about not arriving on your desired time. File a cancellation since i alread found a hotel near your area that is open, Sadly you are not accepting the cancellation when infact ive been trying to reach you since September 1 until the day of my arrival.

Lack of basic items like a mirror in the bathroom.

It's relatively clean. Not a five star hotel, but good for your money. We stayed in the AC private room with a private bathroom. I wouldn't want to stay for a long period of time, but for a few days it did the job. Bottom line is that it does what it says on the tin. Nothing fancy, but get your money's worth

Overall it is acceptable. But it is little bit noisy at night as mamy bar restaurants nearby
