Very nice and clean room with large living room full of amenities

A great place to have a relaxing experience. The staff are kind, professional and very helpful to provide suggestions of the city. The resort is an oasis of the city. If you want to spend some nice quiet days, this is the place. Also, the resort is very convenient for shopping. It only takes 16 minutes on foot to Central World, perfect for shopping. Special thanks to one of their amazing staff Poe, Poe helped me solve some errors of Booking issues. With his friendliness and patience, I managed to solve the booking issues. Thanks Poe!!

Nice location, with magnificent room 💕

This hotel is way beyond what I expected. Firstly the reception was very helpful and friendly in assisting us with check in. We arrived at 11:40am and wasn’t expecting to be able to check in but was offered at no charge. We were also give free body fat analysis and consultation with doctor. Free shuttle service were provided to chidlom BTS. Oh and free wellness classes everyday! This hotel is by far the best we had in bkk. THUMBS UP AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had quite a high expectation before our arrival as our previous stays at Movenpick elsewhere were all excellent. Our check-in for 3 rooms at Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok took nearly an hour. The staff who served us was simply doing her job with no smile on her face. We didn't feel the welcoming warmth which we received in other Mövenpick hotels. It seems that we were not the only one having an issue with the reception. Another guest was having what seemed like an argument with another check-in staff. And then, there was no one manning the ice-cream booth at the lobby when we wanted to get our beloved Swiss ice-cream. Although our room was clean, modern and the bed was comfortable, there were a few other issues which you wouldn't expect to find in a 5-star hotel. The safe deposit box was faulty, the hot water in the shower wasn't hot because of faulty plumbing part, water was leaking out of the tiny shower cubicle making the bathroom floor wet all around, the bathtub drain stopper was stuck, the aircon was freezing cold even when we turned the temperature to 28 degrees Celsius because the faulty control...

The hotel room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is very big and the breakfast is healthy with unlimited fresh juice combo to choose. Even the eggs are organic. The hotel facilities are full range, from swimming pool, spa, gym, health clinic, to restaurant. I attended a Thai Boxing session, full of fun and had a very good training and experience in 30 minutes. Love it. In conclusion, I rated very high for this hotel.

Very nice hotel with a great pool. Good breakfast. But the balcony is very very small, it can not even fit one chair. It is practically unusable, which is not clear when looking at images. Don't think I would book again because of the balcony.

The property is well placed, near the airport train line and close to Silom for shopping. Great pool and facilities.

Booked for anniversary so the hotel made some arrangements which was really nice! However, the bathroom design was not the best, shower head was also quite weak.

Strengths: 1. The services are fantastic. 2. Breakfast varieties are great and nutritious. Waiters and waitresses are warm and friendly. 3. Gym is fairly equipped and trainer is helpful. Pool looks cool. 4. Room is spacious and comfortable. Facilities are clean and in good condition. 5. Quiet environment. Definitely great for getaway! Weaknesses: 1. Location is slightly not convenient but shuttle service is available on hourly basis. 2. Some toothbrushes and shaver given to me are slightly faulty. 3. 2000thd per night as deposit. I find a bit too high provided that I already prepaid. Conclusion: I would definitely recommend if you don't mind the weaknesses mentioned above.

The location is good which is near Central Embassy but quiet because it is far from the main road. Don't stay at a hotel that is close to BTS in Bangkok. The pool is tranquil and nice in the morning. Room is spacious. Lots of choices for breakfast buffet. The gym is fabulous too.

Nice and quiet hotel, breakfast is with a wide range of selection, activities such as pool, table tennis and spa are all wonderful, nice hotel to stay.

Very considerate service and you can feel the warm hospitality! Nearby a very good location. 7-11, Starbucks and BTS station are all around with 5 mins walk. We will definitely go back again! Btw, trips.com provides a very clear instruction in booking hotels with competitive price. Highly recommended! This hotel is so relaxing that you don’t want to leave. The staff are friendly and remember your name from the previous day. The room is a good size and has everything you need. The breakfast has a huge selection of delicious choices made. Lastly, the pool is great for relaxing a d drinking cocktails.
