Ulasan Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok, an IHG Hotel

I stayed in this hotel with my cat as this is for pet friendly. Room was super clean and spacious with all required stuffs for the cat. Breakfast were assortment of food. Service from staffs were great and welcome.

The Good 1.vThe hotel has great amenities and facilities. 2.The room was also very spacious. 3. The foods was good and wide amount of variety. Can be better 1. Some hot foods for evening cocktail. 2. Better promotion for Spa for Hotel guest so that it cannot be resist Will definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful time for Valentine's Day with my fiancée. We really enjoyed this Maa Lai hotel, a refined decoration accompanied by a magnificent atmosphere. Thank you very much to the hotel team, they were very friendly and professional.

kimpton maa-lai is simply the best hotel i have ever stayed in! the customer service was amazing! room service was awesome, the room was so big - its almlst like an apartment already! they even prepared valentines cake for us which was so cute ahahahhaha (even though) i went with my friends! they were so quick with responding to our requests!! i will definitely be back and it is simply my go-to hotel in bangkok already!!!

Reception is very friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious and give a vibe of home. Hotel breakfast was excellent with many choices to satisfy everyone’s craving.

Stayed in the well equipped one bedroom residence, though it lacked a bathtub and was next to a restaurant on level 30—thankfully, the room was soundproof. The breakfast spread was impressive with diverse options, and the rooftop bar’s free-flow drinks from 5–6 PM were a nice touch. The boxing class by Khun March was excellent. A suggested improvement would be to increase the shuttle frequency to Chit Lom BTS station, as 1 per hour between 8am to 7pm is insufficient for a prime hotel in relatively inaccessible location.

Housekeeping didn’t clean our room very clean and the receptionist wasn’t very friendly to asian.

I visted Bangkok with my girlfriend and we stayed at the Kimpton Maa Lai Bangkok. We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel staff is very attentive, breakfast is superb with lots of of choice and location is great inbeteeen centralwOrld mall and Lumphini park (each 15 min walking), plus close access to skytrain. We would stay there again.

Facility is new and surprise they even provide the yoga mat in the room. Variety of options for breakfast. Gym equipment is new and gym room is not so crowded during day time. Sauna and steam room is located inside toilet.

5 star service and super happy with their room. Breakfast is really good and the cafe is pet friendly. Definitely going to be my 1st choice to stay when I visit Bangkok again.

Essential room is so good. Green lung in this area.
