The room itself isn't bad. Clean, spacious and good value for what you pay. However, the bathrooms are in really bad condition and poorly built. Showering gets the entire floor and toilet wet. It's rusty and the drains were clogged. The toilet paper holder is miles away from the toilet. A lot of it didn't make sense. Anyway, that aside, I would give the place a higher score.

I often stay here because of its convenient location near the airport. While the room itself is clean, the soundproofing is practically non-existent. This morning, I was woken up by noise from the neighboring room being cleaned (again!), so I couldn't enjoy a relaxed lie-in. The bathroom, on the other hand, had a significant amount of mold on the shower walls. The water pressure was also very weak, suggesting the showerhead needs to be replaced. I really hope the bathrooms can be renovated to be cleaner, fresher, and more inviting. I'd even be willing to pay a higher room rate if the improvements were made, as I still genuinely like this place for its convenience. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to spot because it wasn't well-lit at night. On a positive note, the cafe is excellent, offering great food, desserts, and drinks.

Comfortable, with lovely and smiling staff. The room smelled nice, but the water pressure was weak, the drain was slow, and a drain smell would emerge in the mornings.

This is such a charming, minimalist hotel! The matcha green tea from the downstairs cafe is absolutely delicious. The rooms are beautifully minimalist and adorable, and having Netflix available is a huge bonus. The beds are incredibly soft and comfortable. The staff provide excellent service; they're always smiling and cheerful, and the service is top-notch no matter what time you check in. It's also centrally located, making it super convenient for getting around.

My stay at this hotel was ok. The location is decent, but the hotel is tucked behind a long-term care facility for the elderly, and the signage is so small that it was a bit difficult to find. There’s a cafe inside the building, which seemed convenient, but none of the power outlets were working that day, so I had to do my work in the room we booked. The room felt like it had been recently renovated, but not with the best quality, and there was an unpleasant smell. The bathroom, in particular, looked old and worn. To top it off, in the evening, a nearby sports group was playing loudly, which was quite irritating. For the price of 750THB, there are definitely better hotels in the area, making this one hard to recommend. All in all, it was an average experience.

I frequently stay here when I'm working in the Min Buri area; it's become my go-to place. While the entrance might be a little tucked away, the hotel is spotless, the beds are soft, and the air conditioning gets wonderfully cold. Plus, there's a cafe downstairs for when you wake up.

For this price, it genuinely exceeded my expectations. That said, don't come in with sky-high expectations, but it definitely delivers good value for money.

This hotel is far from tourist spots in Bangkok. Will take roughly 40mins to the town. But it is near to the airport. There is nearby spot that I enjoyed going such as floating market nearby because I don’t like busy and crowded tourist spots. 15 mins to chocolate villa. I saw many nice restaurants nearby but didnt get the chance to try out.
