location is great, most staff are friendly. Shout out to Rose for being kind and understanding. Rooms are moldy and amenities are not up to par. The hotel itself is more like a 3 star hotel. It’s definitely below average and very difficult to enjoy. The breakfast is so sad and unappealing. The pool is green (definitely not like the pictures). The baby seats are disgusting and don’t even have a harness. I would recommend that they invest in new facilities and new high chairs.

The hotel is clean and it’s near Bumrungrad hospital which is easy for us.

I booked this hotel for my parents to get check up at close by hospital and they loved their stay there, their employees showered my parents with smile , professionalism and helped them for what's needed I recommend this hotel to anyone specifically if you have elderly parents ...they know how to treat Thank you!

Next door to Bumrungrad, the service personnell is very friendly. The only downside was there was a slight smell in the room and windows cannot be opened.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. It is the closest hotel to Bumrungrad international hospital with back door that is almost next door to the hospital.

This is a very nice hotel, and the location could not be better if you are visiting Bumrungrad. If you are not visiting the hospital, or want to pay less, there are many options nearby. This is the closest, and perhaps the nicest. Breakfast is very nice, not fancy, but a full breakfast and good. The staff is great throughout the hotel. Rooms are large and modern.

Would be better if they could get rid off the mosquitos by the lobby but the lobby did provide mosquito spray. However overall great place and convinient.

Cleaning the rooms you need to wait in queue…. Location in 500 meter is small street near Nana area

I always enjoy to stay here and I just love the whole ambience. The room is super clean, big and cozy. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. It’s very convenient just a short diatance to the center. One of the Best Western hotel I love to stay so far.
