Ulasan Diamond City Hotel

Lokasi adalah berhampiran kawasan bandar tetapi tidak begitu mudah untuk mencari cemara tuk tuk dan teksi. Ramai daripada mereka tidak mengetahui hotel tersebut. Itulah masalah utama yang dihadapi. Hotel ini lama dan tidak ada banyak kemudahan sama sekali.

Katil double, bilik yang sangat luas, bersih bersih, lokasi tidak buruk, tetapi di dalam lorong sedikit. Kat lorong hotel ni banyak kedai makan, 7 eleven sampai 3 point dari pintu masuk lorong tu, jalan kaki pun tak jauh sangat. Jika anda duduk dan menang dari mulut lorong, lebih kurang 15 ฿ Kakitangan tersenyum. Pada masa ini, kebanyakan pelanggan adalah warga asing.

Bilik itu agak lama. Kertas dinding belum digulung lagi. Terdapat kebocoran udara Warna tuala pudar daripada putih kepada kelabu. Kakitangan perkhidmatan tidak baik. jangan tukar cadar katil Sarung bantal setiap hari, air minuman, sabun cair, syampu mesti diminta. Jika anda tidak bertanya, saya rasa anda tidak boleh. Pintu lif lama terbuka perlahan Sarapan bukanlah bufet, hanya hot dog, telur goreng, salad dan dua keping roti bakar, popcorn, teh, kopi, jus oren sahaja yang anda boleh makan. Lokasinya agak sukar untuk dilalui. untuk kekal di pasaran tetapi tidak ketagih dengan tarikan pelancong Terdapat bayaran deposit sebanyak 100 baht.

All the noise was too loud and you can hear everything even the foot step, door lock, or music in the lobby come into your room.

It was a terrible experience. Breakfast pathetic. Booked put after 1day. Very dissapointed.

It has some stain on the floor. The water flows so slow

Oh boy! I wish I hadn't stayed here. The location is great, as it's close to the station, and the ladies at the front desk were super helpful, but that's about it. Maybe it was nice when it was new, but now it looks like it desperately needs a renovation. Definitely not as good as in the photos. The "pool" on the 1st floor next to the lobby is really tiny. I personally wouldn't risk getting in there. Dunno if it was because I was checking in right after 14:00, but there were no rooms ready and it seems that they "cleaned" my room in 5 min. I found suspicious looking hair in the bath. The pillowcase had holes in it. The bed's cushioned headrest had a plastic covering. There were black stains on the walls. The hotel has seen better days.

The rooms are big and comfortable. Slept well through the night after a long day of walking around. The reception was accommodating. The only downside is that the hotel seems to need an uplift as it looks old and very dusty & dirty. The walkways are crowded with stuff that made it appear like a storage facility. The lift closes within 3 seconds that might be a safety risk for elderly and children. The indoor pool looks inviting in the photos but in reality it is a wading pool in the middle of the reception where no privacy is. Opening the curtains you will be greeted with a view of a leaking aircon compressor or a neighbour’s backyard. Totally uninviting and depressing. If you are intending just to sleep and nothing else, this is an ok place. Nonetheless, my stay has been uneventful.

The location is good and near Platinum Mall room is clean with fair services friendly staff good price

Worst hotel ever, pictures are amazing but in reality it’s an old hotel, swimming pool is so small. Rooms are looking like 20 years ago. Better do not stay there

Really friendly workers at this lovely hotel. You are in the center of the city but it’s down a more local feeling street, meaning you get the best of both worlds. Room is nice and spacious and the hotel is very charming and nicely decorated. 24 hour reception and free coffee, juice and popcorn 24/7. We didn’t realize until the last day, but you have to tell them if you want your room cleaned during your stay, we thought they just didn’t do it. You can always ask reception for more towels and TP tho. Outside the hotel is a local Thai street with lots of good cheap restaurants and launderettes. You are only 15 min walk to the start of the Siam shopping centers and 5 mins to the BTS station. Free breakfast with our room which was simple but tasty. A lot of staff speak good English and all of them help with a smile! Very pleasant hotel with guests from all over the world!

Average. Limited Buffet food and not good . Compared to same hotel in Thailand. Value of money not worth
