Upon arrival, the hotel didn't have the room type I booked; I even had to switch rooms on the second day. The environment was quite dim. Facilities: The air conditioning was incredibly noisy. The duvet was a bit dirty, and the overall hygiene was really poor. They didn't proactively clean the room, nor did they replenish bottled water. To top it off, the elevator broke down during my stay.

Quite , Relaxing, the rooms are so spacious I very much liked but the rooms need proper storage for business clients, desk lights, iron set up in the lobby be good for long stay clients iron clothes. Change of old slack pillows needs to be removed from the rooms .Coffee Sugar Milk Amenities daily supply to make use of the cups and jars in the room . Staff needs to be polite and smile greetings...these I hardly fine with general cleaning staffs and General hotel staff . The place comes alive with greetings and welcome. It starts at the front office when the glass door opens entrance...

The service was excellent. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower, so I told the front desk staff, and they quickly sent someone to show me. It was hot water too!

Quite a old and rundown hotel. 1st night checked in an there is no hot water. They tried to fix it, but unable to. Bath tub is leaking at the outer side of the bath tub causing water on the floor. Breakfast is not fantastic and starts only at 8am. Room has no safe deposit box.overall will jot stay at this hotel.bidet spray holder fell off the wall. Water pressure is quite bad. Rain shower head is so low, that you will hit your head .

Most of the reviews are quite good, Likely they were written by a 10 year old who loved the free popcorn. Dont get me wrong, the staff are lovely. Very helpful booked us a cab to the airport, attentive. The breakfast buffet isn’t great for vegetarians, they do have toast with jam. The rooms are quite dated, the shower head we had was for a 4 ft 3 person. The hallways lined with cabinets of trinkets has a unique appeal and then you get in the room and it’s not nice at all. I wouldn’t book again

Everything was good! The only thing I feel weird is the toilet are not fully sealed. Which is kinda.. awkward

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was ok, very clean. The view out from the window was precluded by the side of another building, so only saw AC condenser units, thus it was quite noisy at times.

The staff at Diamond City Hotel were truly wonderful, friendly, warm, and welcoming. They greeted us with smiles, walked us up to our room, and even gave us great local tips about nearby places to visit and eat. The hotel also offers thoughtful amenities like 24-hour coffee and tea, and even a popcorn machine with freshly popped popcorn, which was a lovely touch. The location is also excellent, right next to a local market with amazing freshly cooked Thai food. However, the building itself is quite old, and the cleanliness could be improved. Our room had visible mold behind the air conditioner and in the bathroom, which made the stay less comfortable. Overall, the people and location were great, but the rooms could really use some deep cleaning and maintenance.

Diamond City Hotel is easy to get to via Airport Link or BTS rail. It is on a side street but with certain amount of traffic. Means that you don't have complete quietness in addition to the noises for the old vent. The breakfast is great. And you can enjoy free water, coffee, etc. for amenities.

Fantastic stay. Loved the staff friendliness and willingness to help in any situation. Staff seem very knowledgeable about the surrounding activities for just about anything you might need.

The hotel is very dirty, especially in the bathroom. The bed sheets are old and torn. The swimming pool is very dirty and looks like it is not suitable for swimming. Every corner of the hotel is dusty. I recommend you to stay in another hotel. The breakfast is inedible. But if you are okay with eating very hard and dry chicken and fried eggs, there are 2 pieces of sausage. The Burmese staff will stand and put it on the plate. The Burmese staff is chewing betel nuts all the time. Out of 10, I give only 2.

The hotel looks a bit scary for me and my mom, a lot of chandelier water is cold and looks scary and the bathroom it abit small and the bathtub is not usable And the room is can't keep the noise but it good that near BTS and 7-11 lotus and Banthat Thong very good location.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel is showing its change and the shower was a major let down. The warmer was tepid at best and the shower head and rail are in need of replacement. In all honesty this was probably what we expected for the price- just the shower issue.
