Ulasan The Heritage Hotels Sathorn

Bilik ini bersih, sangat luas, mudah untuk perjalanan, tidak terlalu jauh dari BTS St. Louis. Tetapi kemudahannya kurang sedikit. Saya ingin mempunyai kertas tandas di dalam bilik juga, penyangkut pakaian, dan penutup rambut. Tetapi secara keseluruhannya ok.

That’s my fourth time live in the hotel,it’s big ,quiet and not expensive. I stay 3 nights,the first day I forgot give tips,then the second day not cleaning, even didn’t get in my room,the last day I give tips. I Know tips are the culture but I didn’t give tips that you didn’t changed and even didn’t come in that’s so bad.

Loc ok quite also closed BTS saint Louis . Need walking 15 mint or take grab 26 baht

The room is large and it has a small kitchenette but no utensils, apart from being an old construction everything is fine.

The location is great and the receptionist is very nice. The photos are confusing tho because it shows their other hotels with a swimming pool. Amenities and facilities are old school. Overall, its okay.

The photos displayed for this hotel are actually from another hotel in the same company. Don’t be fooled by these pictures,this is not the same hotel!!! No pool, rooms are old and grubby, no facilities whatsoever, and staff that was rude when I confronted them about misrepresentation of the hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The service and the hotel was just fine. The hotel is quite old but it's clean. There must be something need to be fixed,like the elevator door.

The hotel was overbooked. They didn't have a room for me so they sent me to another one which is quite far from the nearest BTS station. The room they sent me to wasn't an upgrade - it is smaller and has no windows .. T_T Usually in case of overbooking, most hotels will cover the cost of your stay and transportation fees for the overbooked night. But I still have to pay the full price for this one. Now on the second night at this hotel, the air con is pretty rundown and makes noises from time to time. Looks a bit ******* on the inside.

Old hotel. The room was very big with balcony, I appreciated it. Location is great, people on reception are really friendly and kind. Hotel is fine but quite old. 3/5!
