This hotel is quite nice! It has a swimming pool and the rooms are clean and hygienic. Five-star rating! It's very convenient, close to everything. Really good, I'll definitely stay here again next time. Fantastic, five-star rating!

The location is fantastic! There are all sorts of restaurants nearby, including Indian, Vietnamese, Filipino, Thai, and Western options. Plus, there are plenty of massage parlors and convenience stores. The parking is also ample and spacious. The only minor downside was that the shower gel was empty when I arrived; it seemed they forgot to refill it. Anyway, overall it was a good stay.

I stayed for two days and was very satisfied. The front desk was responsive, and the lobby seating and hallway sanitation were spotless. The air conditioning in the room worked great, and the beds were clean, though a little firm. The hotel's location is pretty good, with two 7-Elevens downstairs and many restaurants. It's about a 10-minute walk to the high-speed rail station, or you could take a motorbike. We checked out around 2 PM every day because it was too hot outside.

I recently stayed at your hotel, and while the overall environment was quite good, several incidents during my stay left me deeply disappointed. I sincerely hope the hotel will thoroughly investigate these matters and implement improvements. Firstly, during room cleaning, I discovered that almost all the Myanmar Kyat cash in my wallet was missing. I originally had about 100,000 MMK, but only 5,000 MMK remained. Fortunately, I always kept my passport, bank cards, and other valuables with me and not in the room; otherwise, the consequences could have been far more severe. Although the amount wasn't exceptionally large, and I didn't want it to disrupt my travel plans at the time, this incident has made me lose trust in the hotel's security and room management. I urge the hotel to conduct a serious investigation. Additionally, the room cleaning was subpar. On several occasions, trash bins were not fully emptied, indicating significant room for improvement in housekeeping quality. Secondly, the hotel advertised breakfast until 12:00 PM. However, when we went downstairs around 10:00 AM on the day in question, staff had already begun clearing the buffet, and many food items had been removed, preventing us from enjoying a proper breakfast. This clearly contradicts the information provided by the hotel. Finally, on our check-out day, our taxi was parked across the street. Since we only had one bag left, we politely asked a staff member for help carrying it across the road. To our dismay, the staff member rolled their eyes at us and displayed an extremely cold attitude, completely lacking any sense of service. This made us feel very uncomfortable. While the hotel's environment itself is pleasant, a positive stay experience isn't solely dependent on facilities; it largely hinges on the integrity, service attitude, and management quality of the staff. This stay left me very disappointed. I hope the hotel will thoroughly investigate these incidents, strengthen staff management and training, and improve room service quality to prevent similar situations from recurring.

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest BTS station. It's conveniently located between the entertainment district and the Royal Palace area, making it easy to get to any tourist spot.

I had a great stay at Season Siam Hotel. The location is convenient. It is away from the crowded tourist areas while still being close to shopping centers, malls, restaurants, and spas. You can walk to Palladium World Shopping in about 10 minutes, and Silom is around a 20 to 25 minute drive, depending on Bangkok traffic. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay. The room was clean and well maintained. Whenever I needed anything, they responded quickly and delivered it right away. For the price, this hotel offers excellent value for money. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in Bangkok, I would definitely recommend Season Siam Hotel.

There were no pleasant smiles at the hotel. The front desk seems rigid and unfriendly. I had an issue with my blood sugar being very low. Went to the front desk at about 1am. for help, and I was told to go to 7 Eleven. On top of that, it's not worth the money. No added amenities, no washing . The towels are dingy, and the bathroom is full of mould . Definitely would not recommend or stay here again. It look good from the outside. But the service amd cleanliness is poor

The location is pretty convenient. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They assisted with luggage and storage. Some staff even speak a bit of Chinese, so communication wasn't an issue. Overall, it's quite good, and there are many great restaurants nearby.

This hotel is located in a great spot in Siam, Bangkok, with several bus stops right outside, making transportation very convenient. I really enjoyed the varied breakfast options. But the best part was definitely the staff – their service was excellent! A special shout-out to the tall lady at the front desk; she was incredibly kind. She helped us check in early and later allowed us a one-hour late checkout, which was so thoughtful and much appreciated. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel.

The hotel had a lot of Indian guests. The location was good, but the facilities were old, and the environment was just so-so. The hygiene was really bad; the bedsheets weren't clean, and my friend and I both got bitten by bugs – our skin was super itchy with big red welts all over!

Hotel at the right point. Near to many attractions like Central world, icon siam, pratunam market, MBK center. Friendly staffs, room amneties of good quality. Backdrop- too many noisy asian customers.
