One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Everything was perfect—from the clean, spacious rooms to the amazing service. The location was great, and the staff went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great stay in the hotel. Very helpful staff , great room and room service. The breakfast though a bit limited for such a hotel but it was still good . The bed was very comfy .

Location is quite near to Ploen Chit BTS, with a mini Lawson and Mac at nearby mall. Hotel also allowed early check-in and decorated the room for our anniversary

A special shout-out to the check-in team, who were attentive to our needs at all times, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. I also want to extend my gratitude to the concierge team for their invaluable advice on Bangkok attractions, helping us make the most of our trip and last but not the least, the most efficient housekeeping team for their TLC! To top it all off, the hotel surprised us with a delightful Christmas advent calendar box set filled with festive cookies and vouchers. It was a wonderful touch that truly enhanced our stay. Overall, the hospitality at DoubleTree by Hilton Ploenchit Bangkok made our visit unforgettable!

Ganda ng location walking distance to restos and cafe. Spacious rooms too.

Hotel staffs were friendly & very hospitable. Room and facilities are new and clean. Breakfast spread was good. Spa facility under renovation & hence gym/pool do not have restrooms facilities. Overall a very good experience, will revisit in future.

Overall, first time to stay at this hotel, the location is not far away from BTS, walk about 8 minutes. I booked with the meal package. The breakfast and dinner meal offered and Western food choices. Room is big enough as well provided everything you need in the room.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally positive experience. The room was clean, and the Wi-Fi worked well, which was essential for my stay. I want to give a special shout-out to the manager, Sam, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and was always enthusiastic and professional. Sam speaks fluent English, making communication seamless. He and his team frequently checked in with us to ensure everything was going well, which was much appreciated. On the downside, the hotel’s location is a bit far from most shopping spots and the BTS, with about a 30-minute walk to the Erawan Shrine. This can make getting around a bit inconvenient, especially since there are no convenience stores nearby. Getting a Grab can also be challenging due to the location. Additionally, the complimentary water provided had a strange taste, which was a bit off-putting. The pillows in the room were initially too soft for my liking, but after I mentioned this to the team, they provided a slightly firmer pillow the next day, which significantly improved my sleep. The hotel offers a lot of choices for breakfast, which was a nice touch. However, their transportation service to the airport is quite overpriced—almost five times the cost of ordering a Grab ourselves. This might be something to keep in mind if you’re considering using their service. One area that could use some improvement is the professionalism of some of the ground staff, as I noticed that they were not as polished as Sam and his team. Overall, it was a good stay, especially thanks to the efforts of Sam and his team.
