Room is clean, location is ok, about 15 mins walk to the nearest BTS station. Lobby is spacious and overall it’s a good stay.

Location is good. 7-8 mins walk to Phaya Thai BTS. Room quite big and have bathtub. Thanks for preparing the birthday cake for my friend birthday.

Near to pullman King power mall, can just buy and back to hotel Nearby traffic is very bad. MRT is 15min walk

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Pullman Bangkok King Power, and I regret to say that my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my concerns and disappointments regarding several aspects of my stay. First and foremost, there was a significant safety issue during my time at the hotel. In the middle of the night at around 4 am, a lady in distress let out a terrifying scream that echoed through the corridors. It sounded as though someone was in immediate danger or facing a life-threatening situation. Naturally, my travel companions and I were extremely concerned for the well-being of our fellow guests. We immediately contacted the hotel staff, hoping for some reassurance or guidance in handling the situation. Unfortunately, to our dismay, the hotel did not provide any constructive feedback or assistance. This lack of responsiveness and concern regarding a potentially dangerous incident was deeply unsettling. Adding to our disappointment, the hotel management displayed an unsatisfactory approach when it came to addressing our concerns. We requested a refund for the remaining 2 nights, considering the safety issue and our subsequent inability to rest. Shockingly, the hotel refused to provide a refund, citing that the booking was made through a travel agency. As a service provider, one would expect the hotel to prioritize the well-being and comfort of their guests in such circumstances. However, their refusal to offer any compensation or even acknowledge the distress we endured was disheartening, to say the least. Furthermore, the inconsistency between the room we had booked through the travel agency app and the room we were given upon arrival was another frustrating aspect of our stay. The room we received differed significantly from the one we had selected, both in terms of amenities and price. There was a discrepancy of HK$200, which left us feeling misled and dissatisfied with the overall value for money. In conclusion, my experience at Pullman Bangkok King Power was marred by multiple issues, primarily revolving around safety concerns and the hotel's lack of responsiveness and customer support. The distressing incident during the night, coupled with the hotel's refusal to address the matter or provide any form of compensation, left me profoundly disappointed. I cannot recommend Pullman Bangkok King Power based on my experience, and I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously to avoid similar disappointments for future guests.

Hotel was beautiful and amenities were great. However room service was very slow and they do not clear the bins when they make the rooms. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Enjoy so much! Will book again in future trip.

Hotel service was excellent. Our flight got moved to a very early one and foh let us checked in at 11am. That’s very nice of them. Room definitely towards earlier 2000s decor but still clean. Air con is strong and thanks god. Definitely worth the money with the great location that near everything.

Nice place to stay. Everything was so amazing since I got down from my grab. The lunch and dinner was so cheap for purchase. I asked for extra towel and the immediate response surprise me! Affordable and nice cafe at the other side of hotel entrance ☕️

The hotel is very spacious and new, there’s a garden in the hotel and the design is nice! Room is clean and breakfast offers many selection! Location is good if you would love to buy cosmetics products as there’s a duty free mall connected to the hotel
