Hotel yang cantik! Nampak seperti syurga tropika. Perkhidmatan yang sangat mesra dan membantu.

Nice hotel not far from SJO. In Belen more upscale part of San Jose. Rooms are big but could be a little cleaner. Service in the bar and restaurant wasn’t great. Breakfast buffet is overpriced. ****** is nothing to write home about. Other than that stay was good.

Very nice pool to be able to relax after a long trip in Costa Rica!

Geweldige service, mooi hotel locatie wat minder maar dat weet je natuurlijk van tevoren. Alles is echt goed geregeld en zeker waar voor je geld! Het eten is ok, verwacht geen culinair hoogstandje.

Accueil personnalisé, petit cookie d'accueil, personnel très à l'écoute. Chambre très spacieuse et calme, lit très confortable, pression de la douche ok. Pas de sèche-cheveux dans la chambre. Petit-déjeuner très bien.

Guter amerikanischer Standard. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Am Pool gibt es nur 16 Sonnenliegen für über 200 Zimmer...

The hotel is very dated. We had booked two rooms. Front desk suggested we could have a room with 2 bedrooms at the same price for the two rooms. On the back of the door in our new room it showed the same price as one of the initial rooms. Seems like we paid double. Breakfast was awful… eggs and toast were cold, hashbrowns were greasy. On a positive note, the Royal burger was excellent.

The hotel is decrepit and the rooms are dark and old looking. The TV didn't work properly. The water in the shower was either freezing or scalding, no in between. A terrible value for the very high price. Only thing worth it was the food.

I just came for a night with my wife to the Junior Suite. Everything was good. The food at the restaurant is delicious. We also ordered desserts to the room and it came very quickly.

The hotel was incredible. A large space, well decorated and immaculate. Room was very large and comfortable. Beautiful pool and bar/restaurant. Gorgeous landscaping and plants. Very secure. Absolutely recommend for an overnight near the airport or a few days in that business conference center area.
