On arrival we were greeted with a very well dressed doorman and bling doors (great start after a long journey) As it was nighttime we did not have much food or drink options open nearby. We had to search around for a 7 eleven. Suggest that reception should have a list/map of area. Rooms and amenities are awesome with lots of little extra touches to make your stay more comfortable. I was worried about the noise of the metro outside the hotel after watching a recent review on Youtube. Not an issue at all. Could only hear the odd beefed up TukTuk going past. Bed was comfortable and slept like a baby. Try out the local canal boats (1 min walk behind the hotel). You can also grab some delicious Thai food here. For a bit of fun and some great entertainment pop into the Rock bar, which is across the metro overpass. They also do great G&T's. Take the metro when you can as experiences with Taxi's in Bangkok were awful

Room, bed and toilet are very spacious. Separate shower cubicle so the toilet doesn't get wet everywhere. Walkable distance to Siam/Pratunam area and also very near BTS station if prefer taking the train. The quirky cafe nearby serves tasty western/thai food. Hotel is under Accor group and their service did not disappoint, all the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Only thing for the hotel to take note and possibly upgrade is the shower gel/shampoo bottle pumps and hair dryers. They were a bit dated and faulty but staff changed for us promptly after asking. But it would be great if the hotel can replace with new ones. Overall still very satisfied and will definitely stay again if the price is reasonable/on sale.

negatives ,check in took a long time ,no airco in corridors and therefore very unpleasant smell and no airco in elevators. airco stops after leaving the room,29 degrees Celsius after returning in the room ,bad klong smell in whole pool area , clublounge completely deserted and poor canapés ,no real cocktails in the evening ,no breakfast in clublounge available. Positives beautiful hotel in good location with friendly staff and the review is still 4 stars because of true hospitality from people like khun Natakhan ,khun Darius and khun Ya, thanks again for making our stay still memorable

We, a family of three, stayed three nights here and are very impressed by the convenient location, cozy environment and excellent services provided by friendly and professional staff. The pool, the gym and the breakfast are all great which give you a resort-feel right in the centre of the city. The spa, though comes at a hefty price tag, is so relaxing that you’ll find every inch of your muscle being properly massaged. All in all, the stay in this hotel worths every penny you spent.

Sangat kagum Sejak berjalan masuk ke dalam hotel Ada seorang kakitangan membantu membawa bagasi dari belakang kereta ke hadapan kaunter. Tiba sebelum waktu daftar masuk, anda boleh meninggalkan bagasi anda dahulu. Kakitangan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu adalah cantik dan melihat pelanggan dengan baik. Dan syorkan naik menunggu di rooftop untuk pergi berenang dan mandi dahulu Sangat comel Kami tidak bersarapan di hotel kerana hotel berdekatan dengan pusat makanan. Berjalan keluar dari lorong, anda akan melihat Monumen Kemenangan BTS. Sebuah lagi kedai serbaneka Century mempunyai 7-11 di sebelahnya. Semuanya selesa. Bilik itu benar-benar bersih. katil empuk juga Nampak selamat. Lain kali akan kembali untuk menggunakan perkhidmatan itu lagi.

PROS: The hotel is conveniently located, abt 10 minutes walk away from Victory Monument BTS stn or Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link (ARL) stn. Travel time on the Airport Rail from Suvarnabhumi Airport is 30 min. Service is good and there is a wide spread for the breakfast buffet (Western + Asian). CONS: The walls are very thin. I had 2 different noisy neighbours who disturbed my sleep at around 2am and 4am. I could literally hear them word for word (didn't understand as they were speaking Thai). Also, I was on the 2nd floor by the roadside and could hear the traffic. It was an OK experience. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrush, toothpaste and cotton buds were provided.

I loved every bit of this piece of heaven. The location is right in the heart of Bangkok, a short ride away from the park, the mall, the public transport, and so forth. The rooms are so comfortable and layout well planned that I would live there if I could. My favorites were the bathroom, where the shower and tub were sectioned off in one room. It reminds me of the Japanese style bathrooms. I also loved the dressing table that was spacious and luxurious. Of course the comfortable beds were also a big delight. Hospitality was as amazing as gracious and generous as expected too. Many thanks! And I’ll be back again soon!

I had a great stay at this amazing property thanks to the staff over here. Special shoutout to Ms. Pizza, the Lady in Red whom can communicate in both Mandarin and English. and Ms. Rita, the telephone operator whom responded me promptly with precise help that I was longing for. There are so many luxury hotels in Bangkok, but it is the service that makes the difference. Kakitangan perkhidmatan yang baik, bilik bersih tetapi agak kecil. Tempat tidurnya sendiri 5 kaki, tetapi bantal dan tilamnya bagus, tidak sakit belakang, jadi tidur lena. Dinding bilik sangat kaku. Bunyi bilik sebelah ketawa terbahak-bahak untuk didengar pada tengah malam. Sarapan untuk membuat pesanan semasa daftar masuk dan beritahu masa untuk turun untuk menjemput. Sangat mudah untuk memesan tanpa had sama sekali. Anda boleh mengambil sebiji selasih sebanyak yang anda mahukan. Sangat baik. Berbanding dengan harganya, ia sangat berbaloi.

Convenient , clean and friendly staff! What surprise me is 1. The pool is just cute and nice for a good sunrise view 2. Walk next door is a nostalgic riverside (really surprise me) Highly recommend to all travellers!! It’s pretty new! And they are so kind, they even decorated the room for my mom birthday ❤️

We checked in to the hotel and were moved to the resident portion of the property. The pool was closed, however it did not say that when we booked the room. We would have been able to use the hotel pool however we would have had to walk around the parking lot to the other building. The first room we were assigned was facing the pool under construction and it was very noisy. We requested to be moved and the next room was much nicer. The rooms are spacious and very clean with a nice kitchen and sitting area. The hotel is very close to the mall. The staff was very nice and helpful. However we booked a driver to the Floating Market through the hotel and were dropped off at a boat rental place, had to pay B2000.00 for 1 hour boat ride. (no negotiations) When we requested to be dropped off at the market itself our driver told us he is not able to do that because he is not a guide. We would have been better off booking a tour.

This is a pretty lovely place to come stay as tourist for a couple of days. Its many attractive features include: (1) location. Less than two minutes’ walk from national stadium BTS. Note that if you come with older folks, there is a lift - look carefully. (2). Room. We stayed in the residence which is around the corner (note - you still have to check in at the hotel, not at the actual residence cos there’s no one manning the station there). They will send you with your luggage there on a buggy. All rooms are suites with balconies (good for drying clothes!) and come with a washing machine/dryer (with powder provided), kitchenette (with a new wash cloth and detergent provided), electric stove, microwave. Four bottles of water are provided daily! Aircon is strong. Wi-Fi is strong. (3). Breakfast (at the hotel). It’s an ala carte buffet in addition to a decent spread of items. Service is fast! (4). Massage. I’m not referring to the hotel spa, but the little shop across the hotel. Reasonable prices, so if you don’t want to venture far, just come here. Above all, your stay likely won’t burn a big hole in your pocket!! This is not the kind of place that will blow you away from awe or spectacle. If you intend to spend a significant amount of time outside your room, plus you want to save some extra money for expenditures, yet you want to enjoy a medium level of luxury and comfort, then this is one of my top recommendations in BKK (I visit BKK yearly, sometimes twice).

Location of the hotel is very convenient, within walking distance to the National Stadium BTS station, MBK Center, Siam Discovery & Siam Center. It’s nearby to Chulalongkorn University food street, with many famous street food to be explored there. Additionally, there is McDonald, vending machine selling various types of drinks, and an ATM machine right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is provided for all guests, and you may use the self-service laundry & dryer machines at Level 7 as well. Check-in and check-out process was smooth, and all the staff that we encountered were able to communicate and provide advice to us regarding our inquiries. Housekeeping service is good and the room is very clean. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Lastly, we wish to express our gratitude to Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Siam for the honeymoon setup after acknowledging that we were travelling to Thailand for our honeymoon trip by my family member.

This is the fourth time I have stayed in this hotel. This hotel is a boutique hotel that is very centrally located. It’s less than 150m from National Stadium BTS and is very safe to walk even at night. The rooms are standard sized but nicely renovated. There’s also a decent gym. The breakfast is rather comprehensive with both cooked and hot food as well as breads and fruits. The room price is also very reasonable. Strongly recommended !

We had a great stay in Bangkok, superb for everything! from * its location: very near to BTS; cheap taxi fare as well because very close to most tourist spots; * our comfort: we are so comfortable all throughout our stay; beddings/towels are so clean, smells good and very soft; so quiet as well! * cleanliness: the hostel is properly maintained, they refill immediately once the soap/tissue run out. * very GREAT STAFF: they are so accommodating and most of all, they are fluent in english. didn't had a hard time communicating with them; * FREE BREAKFAST! They are so generous, it is not even indicated on their freebies that there is a free breakfast, cook all you want, everything you see on the kitchen is for FREE! * Ambiance: We had the chance to stay in their well-maintained, romantic rooftop for dinner, and right before we go to bed, we used to stay downstairs because of its cozy feeling! WE WILL DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN TO THIS HOSTEL! A BIG THANKS TO TIMBER HOSTEL!! ＜3

This place is amazing, the rooms are spacious and very clean, all amenities you need are provided, the beds are comfortable, duvets are cosy and the air con is amazing! The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming, and even let us keep our bags there for the whole day after check out and even offered us to use the shower that night before our train! If we come to Bangkok again, we will be staying here if there is room!
