The location is probably the only redeeming quality of this place. As for the hotel, it is REALLY dated. I'll add some pictures but I just feel for that money (even though it is not that much) you could get something better. Most of the lights in my room also did not work, there was one light that felt like something just added afterward to give some light. The mirror was broken and just ”fixed”/covered with some tape. The floor and bathroom looked dirty. Also, the hallway to the rooms was really dark and grim-looking. The staff was friendly, I was there an hour before check-in time and they would not let me check in, which I can understand.

*Kind staff especially Pilot Florida *Bad location and disorganized shuttle service and unwillingness of the staff to respond and provide guidance regarding bus and metro lines *Breakfast was acceptable but there are not many things like pasta for kids and you have to ask the chef *There is no way from inside the hotel to the street behind the hotel, but you can walk from the building next to the hotel for a few minutes to reach the street behind the hotel (Phetchaburi Rd), where you can easily take a bus to everywhere such as MBK or Chaina Twon, etc. And save yourself from the high cost of taxis and tuk-tuks. The Bangkok bus app called Viabus will help you a lot, and the indrive app for taxis is cheaper and more accessible than grab. *A big problem that I observed during my two stay at this hotel is the lack of welcoming the guest at the beginning of the arrival, and because the reception is on the eighth floor, you have to carry your things there yourself and no one greets you. *As a friendly recommendation to other Bangkok hotels, think twice *Important note: child stay with parents is free for under 12 years old at maximum 2 children in the same room without any extra bed. Breakfast is also free.

We stayed at this hotel because I thought it was easy to take public transport. The hotel is okay. If you are looking for really big rooms then this is your place. But I feel it wasn’t as comfortable. I want the TV in the bedroom and we stayed on the first floor so I felt there was little privacy. The breakfast was okay. The pool is not worthy.

This place was just awful. After looking at the place on booking.com I thought it seems good. I got there looked at the room and thought I was in some hellhole. The room was old, the cupboard door fell of when I tried to open it, the bathroom was old and the whole feel was dingy that it almost bordered on creepy. The pictures they give you are at night to hide all the flaws. During the daytime it looks like it's been through the Bombing of Berlin, no one's made any effort to make it even look or feel half decent. They promote it as a 4 star hotel, nonsense it's 1 star. Most things they advertise that entice you to stay aren't even true. They say it has room service, nope a bar, nope, a kitchen, a coffee shop, nope it doesn't have any of these things. As for all those lovely pictures of towels made up as Swans on the bed, complete fabrication. This place may as well have been a drug den. I asked to be upgraded to to an Executive Room. Got up there, just a standard room in any 3 star hotel, if you were an Executive I'd be looking for another job. I lasted one hour and got the hell out of there, it's a dump pure and simple. I later found out it was used as a Quarantine hotel during Covid, they shunted them in and out. Don't even look at this place, it will ruin your holiday, old bathroom and a central light in the bedroom that's as old as the building itself (straight from the 70s). They give all these fantastic pictures of meeting and conference rooms, all nonsense. Oh, and BTW, there's no safe in the room for your belongings either, on top of the insult of this place, they charge you 3000 Baht to hire a storage locker like you're in a some train station. The staff dress shabbily none of those photos with door staff in uniform, they look like they could be cleaning staff. I went to my next hotel and the man behind reception just laughed and said ”oh, awful, awful place”. Hellhole, avoid at all costs.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now as I travel to Bangkok regularly and know the area well. In terms of location it’s pretty good as it’s close to the bars, restaurants and cafes that cater well to tourists and the expat community. Its near soi 11 that is very vibrant at night and just a moment’s walk away. It’s a little bit of a walk to the nearest sky train but like many soi’s there are the motorbike taxis that will rapidly take you to Sukhumvit Rd. where you are then a short walk to the sky train. The rooms I have stayed in have a modern feel but certainly could do with some attention. This hotel is not brand new and so although it’s comfortable and will meet your basic needs, it’s certainly not a luxury stay. But I feel the price indicates that you are not to expect such luxury and so I feel it has the right balance of comfort for price. Strangely the rooms I have booked do not have windows that you can look out of. They were frosted if I recall and so do not expect city skyline views. I would suggest that once inside you almost feel that you are in a ships cabin or even aboard a space ship (similar to all the space ships I’ve ever flown in). There is a light feel to the rooms and more than enough room to feel you can spread out. There is good interior lighting that can be subdued. On one trip I had issues with the shower water not being consistently hot. The hotel did attend to the issue but it continued to be problematic. So good that the staff were on the case but I fear the plumbing itself could do with some attention. The water temperature never got quite to how I would have liked it. The service was mixed over the different trips. One staff member would offer the wonderful Thai smile and happy service that one would expect in Thailand and then the next member would be somewhat sullen and not so positive. I would go as far at the say that this needs improvement to really offer guests a better experience. The hotel pool on the rooftop is small and there is little room to sit and enjoy the sun. If I remember there is room for just 4 loungers. The outside restaurant on the rooftop has not been in service for some time and its been left to the elements and so is a real mess. On the web site the nighttime image of that cool hip, cosy lit restaurant just does not exist. Bad advertising if you book hoping to chill and watch the sunset in that bar. I feel if they can’t make it work financially then they should clean up that roof top area and at least make it smart as this is seen by guests. Currently its a building site and that’s sad and actually dangerous. The pool is great for a dip after busy day sightseeing but it’s far from a luxury escape. No doubt having a pool is awesome in a Bangkok hotel even if it’s not the best. Overall I feel that this hotel is just coasting along. It’s become lazy and complacent. Great location, friendly and helpful stuff, lots of bars and restaurants around, it was so vibrant with life. I will come back to stay next time.

This hotel proved to be well above my expectations, it's a 4 stars but you feel like you're in a 5 stars. There are many amenities in the room and the swimming pool on the 12th floor is excellent. The Internet is very fast, which is essential for my work. The location is also very advantageous, very close to the metro and shopping malls. I will definitely book again in the future.

The rooms are big and clean and the location is great. The negative side is that there is a lot of traffic in this area. So it takes a long time to get out of this area with a taxi. Another negative point is that the checkin and checkout is very very slow and takes a long time.

500Baht CASH is needed for a room key deposit. The rooms are clean if outdated. The toilet was my biggest problem since I had trouble flushing. The Staff are so friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Would stay there again in the future.
