No utensils, though. 2 bottles of water and coffee packets provided The bathroom is a bit small but just right for one person with enough space to manuever from the toilet, shower,and sink. Soap provided Surprisingly there is no safe in the unit. The bed is a typical Thai hard bed. There is an attempt to make it softer by using a mattress topper but it is still stiff. Shower is decent. 7 Eleven is a 3 minute walk away. Very inaccurate that there is an ”airport shuttle”. What they offer is to drop you off at a Sky Train Station. You still need to walk to Departure area. The sign in the lobby says the airport shuttle is 800BAHT one way which is absolutely ridiculous! Although the airport is 3km away, it took 18 minutes and cost 148 baht on GRAB to be dropped off right in the departure lane. Recommend downloading the GRAB app and don't bother with the hotel shuttle service I found the front desk staff and security to be hospitable and had no concerns with the service.

I have stayed there for a few times already and never failed to give a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and the staff attitude was great and welcoming. The design of this hotel is luxury as well with a very vintage look. Honestly I think the price is very reasonable as well for a hotel like this. With washing machine, microwave and etc.

It felt like I was going home. This was my 3rd stay, my 1st being in late May this year (2024). I stressed 3rd stay to highlight the consistently high level of cleanliness and excellent service. Breeze, on the reception team, mentioned that when he saw my reservation, he set aside a lower bed for me. This touched my heart, knowing someone is watching out for me, an elderly female solo traveller. I want to quickly add that at no time did the staff make me feel uncomfortable being an elderly guest staying with younger folks in a hostel. My wish - I hope guests will participate in taking care of the property, like cleaning up after themselves and discarding of their waste according to their category : general, food and recyclables.

Firstly, all the staff were just great, friendly and helpful upon arrival and my stay there for 4 nights were wonderful. The food, service and the atmosphere just made me to return to stay at this hotel. Location was very convenient for travel and moving around. The conceige was very helpful to give directions, too. Just one word to describe my stay, GREAT!!

Saya berasa sangat hangat. Zhonghui menghantar e-mel kepada saya keesokan harinya dan bertanya kepada saya jika ada hotel yang tersedia. Untuk menambah baik tempat tersebut, kami juga akan memberikan 2 ekor anak patung gajah pada malam terakhir yang sungguh manis. Terdapat banyak rumah urut di tingkat bawah hotel, serta kedai serbaneka, pasar malam kecil dan tempat menjual pakaian berdekatan. Ia juga berdekatan dengan Big C, tetapi ia jauh dari BTS. Jika anda menginap di hotel , adalah disyorkan untuk memilih Lapangan Terbang BKK. Ia lebih mudah. ​​Anda hanya perlu menaiki kereta api bawah tanah garisan merah dan berjalan ke sana dalam masa kira-kira 7 minit. Di samping itu, ada seorang pakcik yang baik memakai baju putih di bawah hotel yang akan bercakap dengan anda. Amazing stay with my husband. We are celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the hotel prepared a lovely swan for us. We feel loved. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the room is spacious. We requested a high floor and a non-smoking room, and the front desk was able to accommodate our request. We feel happy and satisfied. The location is good and convenient, within walking distance to Pratunam morning market. Also, we would like to shout out their flexibility. Due to our late flight at 9 pm, they were not able to extend our room stay, but they provided a towel for a shower after another round of shopping before heading to the airport. We will definitely come back to this hotel for a stay in the future.

Ia adalah hotel yang sangat bagus. Saya tidak masuk, tetapi ada kolam dan ia kelihatan menyeronokkan. Bilik itu bersih dan pembersihan dilakukan dengan baik. Wi-Fi lemah sedikit. Mereka yang tidak perlu menukar cadar boleh menerima tiket minuman. Namun, saya agak sedih kerana tidak dapat menggunakannya selepas mendaftar keluar kerana waktu bermula pada pukul 13:00. Ini bukan aduan. Minuman alu-aluan itu sedap jadi saya hanya mahu meminumnya.

Hotel is in the prime location but as per the photos in the app while booking it was not like same. This is first time when a hotel charge for luggage handling when you checkout and go for 3 to 4 hours outside before taking the flight. Beds are making sound while you take a side also.
