Beautifully hotel, friendly staff. Great food options. The rooms are well equipped. An area of improvement could be the pool bar as the drinks were quite costly and lacked a bit of flavor. Everything else was spectacular.

Location was very good. Within walking distance via the overhead pedestrian walkway to all the major shopping malls. Service was good and I especially appreciated the premier lounge facilities which was quiet and had a great view of the city. I will stay here again if I visit Bangkok.

Everything from the service to the breakfast buffet was excellent. The only inconvenience was having to change lifts every time to go up or down. This could be due to the renovation going on at the 23rd floor lobby. If the lift change area renovations are complete it may have a better feel than walking past a boarded up area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waldorf Astoria Bangkok, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I walked into the grand lobby, I was struck by the opulence and elegance of the hotel. The staff greeted me warmly and provided impeccable service throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was truly impressive. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the marble bathroom with a deep soaking tub was a welcome retreat after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel's restaurants. The food was exquisite, and the variety of dining options was impressive. Whether it was the Thai cuisine at the Front Room or the international dishes at Bull & Bear, every meal was a culinary delight. The rooftop bar, The Loft, offered stunning views of Bangkok, making it the perfect spot for a nightcap. The Waldorf Astoria Bangkok also boasts a fantastic spa and fitness center. I indulged in a relaxing spa treatment, and it was a truly rejuvenating experience. The state-of-the-art fitness center had all the equipment I needed to maintain my workout routine while traveling. Overall, the Waldorf Astoria Bangkok exceeded my expectations in every way. It offers a luxurious oasis in the heart of the bustling city, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Bangkok.

I like that when I stepped into the hotel, I can feel the aroma of the atmosphere inside. The service staffs and crews are all very helpful and nice! The breakfast is a sumptuous! The location is near so many shopping malls like Central World, etc. Food is a plentiful too. For those who pray, it is just within a short walking distance to the famous and popular Erawan Shrine🙏. Not forgetting too, it is just right at Chidlom BTS! Quan spa located in the hotel also offers one of the best body massage, facials, etc. if you do not want to venture out! Going else where for spa would mean you may have to battle the heat and traffic heading back to the hotel again! I will come back to stay here if the next opportunity arises🙂

Never come back this hotel! So regretted when I booked it for my holiday. Terrible toilet in the Executive Suite room. It's absolutely not worth the money at all. I will not recommend people I know to book this hotel. I booked one of the most expensive room rate, Executive suite but the flushing in the toilet got broke and the water in the toilet couldn't come out and I had to use the toilet in the hotel lobby because it was being fixed and took long time to fix and replace the equipment of the toilet. The flushing got broke at the first night when I checked in. It took ages to fix the flushing of the toilet, not the fault of the technician, but the hotel maintenance and equipment was very bad at the Executive suite( expensive room in the 5-star hotel). The shower equipment in the bathroom room was old style. Also, there were no wine glasses in the room although there were a microwave, refrigerator, kitchen, cups and dishes. What would u do when u have a bottle of wine and only tea cups available in the room? Last but not least, it takes at least 15mins to line up in front of the breakers buffet to be seated. Food was very simple and only a few dishes. I have not seen that simple and boring breakfast which was paid in a 5 star hotel in BKK. You shouldn't buy breakfast in the hotel when you make the booking because this hotel doesn't have a many kinds of food. The next day of my stay, I went out to eat although I paid all when I made booking.

I had a great stay at this amazing property thanks to the staff over here. Special shoutout to Ms. Pizza, the Lady in Red whom can communicate in both Mandarin and English. and Ms. Rita, the telephone operator whom responded me promptly with precise help that I was longing for. There are so many luxury hotels in Bangkok, but it is the service that makes the difference. I will definitely come back Sindhorn Kempinski thanks to the amazing service by the team. 曼谷這家凱賓斯基的服務真是不錯，不論是身穿紅衣的小姐姐Pizza 或是電話服務中心的Rita，优雅的互動著實讓人暖心。下回來曼谷，一定要在再來住！

PROS: The hotel is conveniently located, abt 10 minutes walk away from Victory Monument BTS stn or Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link (ARL) stn. Travel time on the Airport Rail from Suvarnabhumi Airport is 30 min. Service is good and there is a wide spread for the breakfast buffet (Western + Asian). CONS: The walls are very thin. I had 2 different noisy neighbours who disturbed my sleep at around 2am and 4am. I could literally hear them word for word (didn't understand as they were speaking Thai). Also, I was on the 2nd floor by the roadside and could hear the traffic. It was an OK experience. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrush, toothpaste and cotton buds were provided.

Location is to a mall and night market with plenty of eateries and coffee shops nearby, also close to train station (10 min walk). Clean room with plenty of storage space, clean bathroom w/ bathtub, large refrigerator & freezer, tea kettle w/ 2 bottles of water & instant coffee included every morning, decent gym, rooftop pool… couldn’t ask for more! Breakfast is 200 baht although I didn’t eat it. There is a 500 baht cash deposit which I was not expecting, but was refunded at check-out. I stayed for 15 days and had a great time.

This hotel is beautiful and clean. The doorman warmly and enthusiastically greets us every time he sees us. He also listened to my complaint about crazy and dishonest drivers in Bangkok city, then helped us book a company reliable car for transport to the airport. Overall, the hotel is clean and stylish. My favorite part is the entrance/lobby with a spiral staircase which looks like a library. The location is good, a 5-minute taxi to Siam Paragon shopping center. The breakfast is delicious and full of varieties, however, I am not impressed with the dinner.

Ich war in diese Hotel Ende März 2019 das erste und letzte Mal. Ich hatte einen Abend Flug und wollte noch 4 Stunden länger in diesem Hotel bleiben. Ich habe an der Rezeption gefragt Ob das gehen würde. Sie haben gesagt natürlich das ist kein Problem aber ich muss den vollen Preis für einen Tag zahlen. Von Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit das Personal kann man nur träumen. 0 von 10 punkte. Das einzigste positive in diesem Haus ist das das die BTS in der näher ist. Nie wieder.

first room we were brought to, we caught 6 roaches in less than 5 mins, size ranging from small to medium. asked for a change in room in less than 5 mins but was already ready to leave. thank god the next room we had was pretty decent & clean. even had a bathtub & big bathroom. hotel in general was pretty old so bathtubpin & bathroom taps were kinda rusty & hard to use. location is v convenient to bigc/ centralworld/ childlom bts but there’s still a very short walkway that has no shelter so if it rains, you’ll most likely be slightly drenched. cleanliness of the room was really the breaking point & defo needs improvement. if you’re not afraid of roaches, this hotel might be okay for you.

the staff here are very helpful and nice and will def come back again for next trip. and surprisingly the food is pretty good and the match promotion is a great deal. location is the greatest part and walk distance to big c and central world, great for shopping experience.

I was there from 08/Nov/2022~11/Nov/2022, my stay was good as the staff there are all very friendly, especially Zai. He help me on all my request and response fast. Thank you to Zai. There is another lady at the counter but i forgotten to ask her name, she is friendly too. In the room, the water pressure is very good, but the room soundproof is not that good as we can hear noises, knocking on door while inside our own room, overall is ok. There is a few sets of breakfast choice and it all taste good. The hotel location is very good as it is beside The Market, Big C and opposite centre world. There is a bridge that can link to platinum mall with a few mins walk. My sister said she would book this Hotel when she go Bangkok again and it goes same to me.

Perfect location!! Close to everything and bts Siam Station. Even though there's a strong sewage smell in the lobby, but I don't think it is something within the hotel's control so its fine. The rooms are very clean and really appreciate the complimentary water provided!

It is my favourite hotel in BKK, old school and dated interiors, but very well maintained and has the “soul” that many of the newly built hotel lacks. I love the low rise and intimate ambience of this hotel, which is hard to capture in a newly built property The common areas are classy. Staff are the heroes of the hotel, from the bellboys, front desk, restaurant staff, and housekeeping, all deserve 5-star standard!
