We were guests from April 15th to April 19th, 2024, and our room number was 0512. Firstly, we would like to commend the excellent service and politeness of your hotel staff. The two employees at the front desk were incredibly friendly and professional. They patiently addressed our needs and inquiries, making us feel valued and important. Furthermore, we would like to give special recognition to a male staff member who assisted us with carrying our luggage to the room. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Not only was he willing to help us, but he also provided valuable information about the hotel facilities and the surrounding area. His professionalism and friendly demeanor left a lasting impression on us. Additionally, we want to praise the cleanliness of the room. Every time we returned to the room, we could sense a fresh atmosphere. The beds were tidy and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. This allowed us to rest and relax fully during our tiring journey. Moreover, the location of your hotel is truly convenient. There are two large shopping malls nearby, making our shopping and dining experiences extremely convenient. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to the Asok and Sukhumvit MRT stations made it easy for us to travel to any destination. Such a location indeed added a lot of convenience to our trip. Lastly, we want to emphasize once again how unforgettable our stay at your hotel was. We feel fortunate to have chosen this hotel for our visit to Bangkok, and it was undoubtedly the best choice for us. Excellent location being very close to the MRT as well as the sky train. There are also a couple of shopping centres nearby and cinemas. The rooms are smallish but contain everything you need. Hot water in plentiful supply, a/c , wifi, quiet and very helpful staff. Can’t really beat the price. Thank you.

Kakitangan sangat ramah. Setiap kali anda memerlukan pertolongan, mereka sentiasa ada. Sarapan pagi juga sedap. Sebilangan had Melayan tetapi dapat memahami kerana Covid. Bilik sangat bersih sebelum kami check-in mereka bersih dengan baik. Mereka juga membenarkan kami untuk check-in lebih awal tanpa kami memintanya. Sangat bagus. Akan kembali tinggal di sana lagi.

Spoiler alert - I've had significant problems with Marriott recently. We tried Best Western as much out of desperation as anything, using the BW status match to get Diamond Elite. Conclusion is one word - amazing! I've tried status matches before but they have rarely paid off. The Best Western offer and outcomes though are superb. We were matched immediately to the top tier and were offer a new promotion as soon as we joined. Took it and now have 10,000 points on a roll and just booked our next stay for the end of the month. Try it... it's a great offer! To the hotel... I used to stay on Soi 18 a decade o so ago and had forgotten this little corner of the Sukhumvit area. The world has changed drastically since then but Soi 20 has signs of life and so we were quite happy when we rolled up to the BW Plus @ 20. It is not a big property, there are (very) limited parking options and it doesn't have an onsite catering facility that is open. But... we were upgraded immediately to a suite and those rooms, for the price we paid, would be hard to beat in any property in central Bangkok. Large lounge with a desk; large bathroom - with a bath where I fell asleep one night it was that comfortable! - and double sinks... all the basics there and then the separate bedroom is large and well-appointed. It is not a new property and there were some maintenance issues that needed resolving like some plug sockets not working and no bath plug. But for goodness sake... we paid less than 1500 baht and would have paid three times that (and currently much more, what IS going on with Marriott in Bangkok?) for less facilities along Sukhumvit. The hotel doesn't have F&B but does get a 20% discount at The Deck next door and we had a very decent supper there the second night, good quality food and a broad menu. Compliments also to Kawin, who checked us in the first night and was doing Reception almost single-handedly. No fuss, no bother and very good service. Thank you Kawinm Best Western and we're booked to go back in a couple of weeks time, fingers crossed for that complimentary upgrade (again!). Final message to my friends at Marriott - Best Western are eating your lunch, guys.

The hotel was outstanding with exceptional service and luxurious amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were beautifully decorated and spotless. The dining options were excellent, and the location was perfect, close to attractions yet peaceful. My stay was truly delightful and memorable 😌

I stayed a night. It's right off Sukhumvit and very close to Nana Plaza so you're going to get some traffic noise in addition to the music from Nana. I had no problem with the background noise but that's just me. The location is great though. There's a 7/11 on one side and a restaurant on the other. I would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this excellent 5 starts hotel. Highlights include the truly excellent staff, who are warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Fitness center and pool are both excellent. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good with plenty of choices in Thai style, European and Chinese. Overall the food quality is excellent. We will continue to stay in this hotel for our next holiday in Bangkok.

Terdapat dua botol plastik, tetapi tiada kopi segera dll. Anda mesti membawa anda sendiri. Oleh itu, saya kecewa apabila saya tinggal di sana buat kali pertama. Terdapat 7-Eleven di bawah stesen, jadi tidak mengapa. Jika anda menggunakan hotel ini sebagai pangkalan anda, anda boleh menggunakan BTS atau MRT dari ARL, atau anda boleh menaiki bas dari jalan di hadapan hotel, jadi jika anda tidak mempunyai kipas, anda boleh pergi ke Siam Amazing Park. untuk 8 baht.
