Imposing in its entrance looking out on a good view it is rundown yet clean with my room being merely functional small with a side window it is decent with a good breakfast lobby restaurant an charming but not very inspiring

The place looked very different from the pictures. The building looked a bit old. But everything was super clean. The staff was amazing. The room was clean and the location was amazing. Close to Khao Sand Road(5min walk). There was elevator available and we didn’t have time to get in the swimming pool but it looked nice. If you need hairdryer, it’s available is you ask in the counter. I had a good experience~ even if the pictures were different.

The room Sanitation is horrible. **** on toilet,Stains on bed sheet.NO slippers for the livingromm.Service is so bad.

Not so bad, you paid what you get. The room is ok, things are there with what you need. No dryer lol. Overall experience is really Okok.

The room is old but clean. It offers a standard service, not so bad though. I had a good sleep the whole night. The location is the prime. Near Grand Palace, Pra Meru Ground (Sanam Luang). Easy to get there by the airport bus (A4) from Don Maung Airport. The fare is just 50Baht/ride

Old hotel which must have been quite grand. Service was minimal and cleanliness ok. Enjoyed the pool and buffet breakfast. Location is not bad if u are not in BKK for shopping. No toiletries provided.

This hotel has very poor customer service. They dont clean the room everyday. The room carpet is so dirty and dusty. Chambermaid is too rude and shout at client as if we are not customers. Very arrogant. They really lack training on proper service. Very itchy bed and causing lots of sneezes as old carpet trap dirt and they dont clean everyday. Poor sound insulation as well. Location has no restaurant nearby. They have buffet breakfast and lunch cost 200 baht. Hotel has no guard with many bystanders looking at you when you enter. Quite scary. You need to walk deep inside to go to your room area. Staff cannot speak English. When you call the lobby reception, they dont care. Rest room quite dirty and toothpaste has bad odor. They dont flush the toilet when we check in the room. Very dirty toilet. Cannot request extra water. They need deposit of 1000 baht per night. Good point: The room is big, lobby is airconditioned. They allow early check in. Buffet is value for money with wide selection. Easy for Van or bus to park in front of the hotel. There is travel agency inside the hotel but only available in morning.

This was the worst hotel experience out of the six I booked for my trip to Thailand. The room was dirty, the bathroom had no light, and the furniture and beds were outdated. There were no tea bags or coffee provided, the flip-flops were torn, and the fridge was extremely dirty. The room looked nothing like what was shown on the Trip.com app. I reported the bathroom light issue to the reception, but no one came to address it. The staff were unhelpful and insisted I contact Trip.com directly with my complaints. I also requested an early checkout and a refund for my second night, but they refused. Ultimately, I had no choice but to book another hotel. I hope Trip.com reviews my feedback and takes appropriate action.
