Kami tiba di hotel pada pukul lima pagi bilik yang tersedia pada separuh harga biasa adalah pada pukul dua dan daftar keluar pada pukul dua belas. Kami tiba di hotel -harga pada pukul 8 Mengapa mereka tidak memberitahu mereka sehari lebih awal? There was construction going on and it was noisy in the morning.
You can hear the cleaning noises from next door and upstairs.
I would not recommend this hotel to those who are sensitive to noise, but the other services were excellent, especially since it is a Marriott property.

Well, this is my second stay at this hotel in 3 months time.
This time I got a room with a bath tub which is absolutely fine with me. However, there is no rack or shelf for the shower gel and shampoo, so I need to bend over 90 degrees for several times in a shower which is quite annoying. The sink also has a long hair from a previous lady guest. Photo attached for details.
Other than the bathroom, the mattress is also a bit too soft especially by the edge, so I need to sleep in the center of the king size bed to avoid a bad back in the morning.
Secondly, the same old issue happened again (it happened in my last visit in July) as the room maid took the room key away from the slot by the entrance of my room, to save energy I presumed
This time I have no choice but to run down to the front desk and addressed the happening to the asst. Front office manager. I need to reiterate to her and she agreed that is not the proper action to do in view of the security of my room.
Later on, Ms Paantayamon, the manager sent me a fruit plate and chocolate to compensate for the inconvenience caused. I sincerely urged her to conduct more training to the room maids of their uwnprofessional behavior to take room keys away from any guest rooms. It posed a security issue if the key is in the wrong hands.
Finally, I hope the hotel looks into this seriously before any theft or loss happens due to the key being taken away from a guestroom.

The location is very good, the staff are very nice and helpful. The facilities in the room are all good except the hair dryer which is in old style (need to use palm to hold the hair dryer to turn it on, it's so tiring to use, and the wind is not strong enough). It takes a long time to have long hair dry. If the hotel can replace the hair dryer with a modern one, it would be much better.

Without a doubt, one of the best accommodation rooms and hotel we have stayed at. The hotel from when we arrived was excellent. The staff were fabulous from reception, housekeeping to security. All were extremely helpful and friendly. We decided to extend our stay due to enjoying our stay.
The room was larger than expected and so very well designed and fitted out with high-end fixtures and fittings. The bed and pillows were comfortable and fresh. The bathroom was superb and so well set up. The tiling, the bath and shower, and the double sinks to the mirror were amazing. Great colours and blended so well. Take my hat off to the designers.
We will be back, thank you, and thank you for making it so easy to extend our stay.
The restaurant was a favourite place to eat. The staff are so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating.

We had quite a high expectation before our arrival as our previous stays at Movenpick elsewhere were all excellent. Our check-in for 3 rooms at Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok took nearly an hour. The staff who served us was simply doing her job with no smile on her face. We didn't feel the welcoming warmth which we received in other Mövenpick hotels. It seems that we were not the only one having an issue with the reception. Another guest was having what seemed like an argument with another check-in staff. And then, there was no one manning the ice-cream booth at the lobby when we wanted to get our beloved Swiss ice-cream.
Although our room was clean, modern and the bed was comfortable, there were a few other issues which you wouldn't expect to find in a 5-star hotel. The safe deposit box was faulty, the hot water in the shower wasn't hot because of faulty plumbing part, water was leaking out of the tiny shower cubicle making the bathroom floor wet all around, the bathtub drain stopper was stuck, the aircon was freezing cold even when we turned the temperature to 28 degrees Celsius because the faulty control...

Overall, the hotel is great. Good location, clean and spacious.. just some small issues. I find it annoying.
1) The hotel lifts can be more responsive and active. Half the time, it's only 1 lift moving when there are 6 lifts. Resulting in long wait time and frustration as during some busy period, you can't get into the lift.
2) The lift key card reader and control panel is only at 1 side of the lift. So it's very inconvenient and hard for guests to use, especially when the lift is packed. So you may miss your level by the time you manage to squeeze through to get your room card scan.
3) The check out process can be more efficient. Due to in house beverage available in the room, the staff need to check and verify the consumption during your check out Resulting in long wait time. Wastage of time and manpower. I think in these days and age, it would not be very useful to have these in the room. Especially the mall and convenience stores are all nearby. Unneeded offerings I feel.
Other than the above, the hotel is great. Hope it helps.

新しいので綺麗でしたし、掃除も行き届いていました。プールもいつも綺麗で、清潔に感じました。
朝食もおいしかったです。子どもたちはそれぞれ好き嫌いがありますが、美味しいと食べられるものがたくさんありました。焼きたての*焼きがおいしかったです。フルーツも南国らしく、いつも食べているものと全然違いました！
お部屋のメイキング時間がまちまちで、出かけて夕方戻ってからまだ掃除されていないことがあったので困りました。また、掃除して欲しくないタイミングでチャイムが鳴らされたりと、掃除ボタンの使い方がよくわからなかったですが、連絡すれば対応してもらえました。
総じて良かったので、また泊まりたいです。

The place looked very different from the pictures. The building looked a bit old. But everything was super clean. The staff was amazing. The room was clean and the location was amazing. Close to Khao Sand Road(5min walk).
There was elevator available and we didn’t have time to get in the swimming pool but it looked nice.
If you need hairdryer, it’s available is you ask in the counter.
I had a good experience~ even if the pictures were different.

JJkoh1Good location. Directly linked to MBK (via level 2) and National Stadium BTS. There’s a 7-11 at level 1. Modern and clean room. Buffet breakfast spread was good and some food items were changed daily. Go before 9am to avoid queues. Can reach Siam square, Siam paragon in less than 15min walk. However sound proof is quite bad. Can hear the traffic sound at night on level 19

TtheshortmonsterI recently stayed at the Courtyard Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel is centrally located between Asok and Phrom Pong station, very near to Terminal 21 and the new Emsphere shopping centre. And there are a wide selection of good clean massage shops outside the hotel.
The check in process was smooth and efficient. Even though I checked in very late close to midnight, the staff at the reception were very welcoming. The staff was very kind to upgrade me to a room that comes with a bathtub! Appreciate the very kind gesture.
The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and I appreciate the amenities provided. The housekeeping team did an excellent job as will in maintaining the room each day.
The service from the concierge staff was exceptional as well. They were always friendly, professional and eager to assist with my requests.
Overall, I highly recommend Courtyard Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. The combination of excellent service, convenient location and very comfortable room made my stay truly enjoyable.

HHappy TripppPerkhidmatan di sini sangat baik. Daftar masuk untuk hotel pergi ke tingkat 9 Hotel ini berhampiran Emporium, turun di stesen BTS Phrom Phong. Turun di stesen dan berjalan selama 3 minit sahaja. Bilik di tingkat 28 mempunyai bilik mandi yang sangat bersih. Kakitangan perkhidmatan yang baik, cantik. Katilnya bersih dan selesa. tiada bunyi bising Tidur lena sehingga pagi. Hotel ini mempunyai sarapan di tingkat 8 Bagi makanan, terdapat kolam renang yang panjang secara keseluruhan, sangat bagus.

HhnkuanWe stayed here for 1 night on 21 Feb as we arrived BKK at night.
The hotel has a residential-style setup, fully equipped with a kitchenette, including kitchen utensils, a microwave, and an induction cooktop, making it convenient for extended stays.
Location is not ideal, as it is far from the city.
The room is quite dark and lacks sufficient downlighting. The lighting position does not seem well-placed, making the room feel dim. There are no hidden lights to create a cozy ambiance, and to sleep comfortably, all lights must be turned off, as there is no option for softer lighting.
The room slippers are reusable, which might not be ideal for hygiene. There are two pillows, one hard and one soft - good!
The mattress is extremely soft, which may or may not be comfortable depending on personal preference.
In terms of location, the hotel is far from the city, but a 7-Eleven is just a 2-minute walk away, which is super convenient. However, the lobby also had an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, which affected the overall experience.

VVictorBrazilChinaA bit disappointed. I had to wait 40 minutes to get my room, I waited until 2:35pm. They just gave me the room because I decided to stand in front of them until they give me the room.
The keycard if stop working they will give you another one but they said “it’s the last one” so if this card stop working you will have to ask some staff to open the door with a key.
The pool they control the towels and sometimes no staff there to ask for.
Gym also no towels, even tho they have the towel sign.
It’s not a bad hotel, they just need to improve and respect a bit more the customers. My floor the aisle AC it was too cold, I asked to turn a bit down and nothing happened.
