Upon arrival, was greeted by a doorbell staff. Courteous and friendly. Reception staff was working liek a robot only and not helpful. 1st room a/c not working..room was very hot. Went down to change room and 2nd room was ok. View is great ( panoramic view room) with great location to bts and walking distance to Terminal 21. Cross the st will have a very good massage place called Lek. Plenty of food avaialble nearby. Tried the gym and was rather small .

love it! everything was great and clean. it’s only 4 months old. the room is quite spacious. nice bed, very comfortable. it’s not far from emquartier, and BTS station ( 10min walk). plenty of restaurants nearby. the staffs were nice and helpful. negative: the drain was kind of clogged in the shower. but overall, it was a nice stay! will be back next year in Feb.

Ich war in diese Hotel Ende März 2019 das erste und letzte Mal. Ich hatte einen Abend Flug und wollte noch 4 Stunden länger in diesem Hotel bleiben. Ich habe an der Rezeption gefragt Ob das gehen würde. Sie haben gesagt natürlich das ist kein Problem aber ich muss den vollen Preis für einen Tag zahlen. Von Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit das Personal kann man nur träumen. 0 von 10 punkte. Das einzigste positive in diesem Haus ist das das die BTS in der näher ist. Nie wieder.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay at Oakwood Residence, Bangkok. This hotel is conveniently located a few minutes away from the subway station, a shopping mall, and plenty of restaurants. The room was comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities needed for our short stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. This is a great place to stay if you are traveling to Bangkok for work - they even have free Wi-Fi.

Good location nice shopping in the area including brand new emsphere mall. and Michelin pork noodle soup right next door. Room is a bit old ans dated. Pillows are way too soft had to stack 4 pillows. Road is a bit dark at night. They give a cookie upon check in. And the reception staff are helpful and kind.

I have said a few times now. Yes it is dated, but come for the price what do you expect, high-end luxury? The rooms are comfortable and have a bath which is uncommon these days. Staff are welcoming and accomdate room requests. Breakfast is adequate, again given it is included in the price and not charged extra, you cant complain. Eggs frshly cooked, fruit, coffee and more. It is ideal for the location, a solid offering in the price range.

Location wise, a stone's throw away from Soi Cowboy and around 5min walk to BTS Asok/MRT Sukhumvit. However, the roads around the hotel are almost pitch black at night, even though this part of the city is generally relatively safe for tourists. The room I stayed in felt dated but still rather well maintained for it's age (I've stayed in Grand Hyatts and Pullmans of similar age that have been far worse maintained). Cleanliness was acceptable, though you can see thick dust collected on surfaces that generally are not touched (eg top of stove fume hood, top of fridge, shelves etc). The fridge smelled extremely stale though. However, being a hotel from yesteryear the room was rather spacious, with 2 balconies and a kitchen set up. There was also a personal washing machine in the bathroom. These are some features that you generally won't get in a modern hotel room. Service wise, the place seems well managed in terms of staffing. Requests were tended to timely and I can't find any complaints about it. Staff were cordial too, from the front desk to the porter. Breakfast was included in my room, and it was decent enough in terms of spread as well as taste wise. Once again, the food spread as well as the ambience felt like something that would have been well received 30 years ago. Price wise, it was okay for what felt like a 2.5-3 star hotel in the heat of a popular tourist spot. However, the general vibe isn't really my cup of tea (though YMMV).

This staying experience in Two three a homely hotel was perfect. Comparing with price, this hotel was soooo affordable choice. Especially the sincere and thoughtful hospitality from people in this hotel, also room and facilities were good. Special thanks to Mr. Ton(receptionist) & young man working for breakfast restaurant(sorry for can't remember your name). I forgot my sunglasses in this trip but Mr. Ton assisted me a lot to get it back. The room condition was good but I don't understand why they don't have dental kit for amenity :( Breakfast was not bad, you can order egg dishes and they have some ham, sausage, stir-fried rice, fruits and bakery, etc. The location is perfect as they are close with Asoke station(terminal 21) & there are a lot of restaurant and convenient stores around there. We had wonderful time and beautiful memory in Thailand. I highly recommend this hotel and come back next time for sure. Hope to see you guys again and all of best wishes to you. Thanks a lot, ขอบคุณค่ะ !

This was the second time for us to stay in this hotel, because the location is really convenient, hotel staffs are nice, although the hotel is not big but quiet, clean and cheaper than the same level hotels. We did not add breakfast this time but the breakfast buffet is nice and the room service foods are also good this time. We prefer to stay in this hotel again for the next stay at Bangkok. Thank you so much.

The room was really clean and bright.The bed is really big enough for two people.I really liked the swimming pool and the view was really incredible at night since the hotel is around the city centre.The staffs are really helpful and friendly.I definitely enjoyed my stay at there and I would stay there when I come to visit Bangkok again.It’s a great place to stay for real if you like to enjoy nightlife of Bangkok since it’s near to most of the attractions.

The hotel is very new, clean and in a good location. The bed is soft. The staff is friendly also. The hotel location is very near Terminal21 shopping mall and BTS Asoke sky train by walking distance. Opposite the hotel alley have 7-11. You can book the taxi or grab by choosing the arrival destination at Ambassador & smart fashion Sukhumvit soi19 because the hotel is situated in the small alley between this fashion boutique and massage shop. Overall, I like this hotel. Very convenient
