Hotel berhampiran Wichai Prasit Fort, Bangkok

バンコク旧市街・テーウェート地区のカサットスク通り沿いにある老舗のホテル。当ホテルのあらましについては公式HP内に詳しい記載がなされているが、現ホテル名に改称した1963年から数えても既に半世紀以上の歴史を誇り、落ち着いた佇まいの館内の共有スペースやドアマンの丁寧な物腰からも只ならぬホテルであることが伺える。ホテルは創業時からのハードをリニューアルしたと思われる旧館と現代風建築の粋を結集したかのように見える新館とに別れている。特筆すべきは旧館のアーケード回廊状の意匠とそこに設けられたプール・庭園のデザイン。客室はさすがに1950-60年代建築の限界から、最近のモダンなホテルとの比較では快適性・設備の面で見劣りしてしまうのは致し方ないのだが、適宜リニューアルされており不満を感じる事はない。バンコク旧市街の観光スポットへのアクセス性の良さも特筆すべきであり、ワンランク高い評価がなされてもおかしくない素晴らしいホテルである。

I went to check in late afternoon around 5.20 pm. After getting into the room no. 202 we instantly found that the room wasn’t cleaned up yet(or maybe it was still occupied)!! This is unacceptable. We were so shocked. The bed, pillow, blanket...etc were still messed and not made (luckily nobody was in the room) We then were assigned to another room which was 204. This room was okay. One good point that the male staff did apologize us but he said that maybe the system was inaccurate!! Thinking of our check in time at 5+ pm which was pretty late already, they should have checked and prepared the room for the arriving guest. Imagine if there was someone in the room when we entered, what would have happened? พักครั้งแรกก็ไม่ประทับใจ เข้าพักระหว่าง 6-7 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564 ไปเช็คอินประมาณ 17.20 น. (ซึ่งก็ถือว่าช้าแล้ว) พอเปิดประตูเข้าไป ห้องแรก 202 สภาพที่เห็นคือห้องถูกใช้แล้ว เตียงนอน ที่นอน ผ้าห่ม ฯลฯ อยู่ในสภาพที่ยังไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด เลยรีบออกมาและแจ้งพนักงาน พนักงานก็รีบหาห้องใหม่ให้คือ 204 (ห้องนี้ปกติ) พอลงไปสอบถามพนักงานว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น พนักงานก็แจ้งว่าไม่ทราบเหมือนกัน เพราะเขาทำงานแค่เสาร์-อาทิตย์ แต่น่าจะเป็นที่ระบบ?? ขนาดเราว่าเรามาเช็คอินช้าแล้ว และโรงแรมก็ไม่ได้เต็มหรือยุ่งมาก แสดงว่าก่อนเราเข้าพัก ทางโรงแรมฯ ไม่ได้เช็คหรือเตรียมห้องไว้ล่วงหน้าเลย ยังโชคดีที่ตอนที่เราเข้าไปห้องแรก ไม่มีลูกค้าคนอื่นอยู่!! สิ่งที่ตามมาคือ คืนนั้นทั้งคืนมันก็ทำให้เรานอนไม่หลับสนิท เพราะระแวงว่าโรงแรมฯ จะส่งลูกค้าคนอื่นมาซ้ำห้องเราอีกไหม (First impression is the last impression) อยากให้โรงแรมฯ ตรวจสอบและหามาตรการระมัดระวังไม่ให้เกิดเหตุการณ์แบบนี้เกิดขึ้นอีกในอนาคต ปล.พนักงานผู้ชายที่เป็นคนเช็คอิน รับมือกับสถานการณ์ได้ดี หาห้องใหม่เปลี่ยนให้ พูดจาเพราะและขอโทษหลายครั้ง

Kemudahan berjalan kaki adalah baik kerana pusat membeli-belah terletak kira-kira 45 minit hingga sejam, kereta api sjy terletak kira-kira 25 minit jauhnya, dan bas terletak kira-kira 10 minit jauhnya. Restoran terletak kira-kira 10 minit berjalan kaki juga, dengan beberapa restoran di dalam hotel. Jati emas mempunyai pilihan makanan yang berpatutan untuk harganya, dan saya katakan bufet sarapan pagi mereka adalah harga yang berpatutan. Tempat dim sum bukanlah yang terbaik tetapi mereka mempunyai pilihan bufet juga.

Very clean and well organized. Staff are willing to listen what guests are saying. breakfast was a bit poor so that i get hungry easily. The major weak point was no good location. but compare with other Accor brand hotel, this hotel is much better.

バンコクに来て外国情緒を味わうのに、日系ホテルじゃないと思って最初はタイのローカルのオシャレっぽいホテルに泊まったけど、いろいろ？？？だったので、こっちのホテルが新しくオープンしたって聞いて、急遽バンコク最後の1泊だけ泊まることにしました！ チェックインしてくれたReiさんはタイ人だけど、日本語でチェックインしてくれて、いろいろ親切にしてくれました。笑顔が素敵! ここのホテルはスタッフがみんな日本語の名前を名乗ってる。日本語話せない人も。ユニークな発想でおもしろい。親近感が湧きます。 お部屋はなんか日本のホテルって雰囲気があってベージュと優しいオレンジの色調が落ち着く。ウォシュレットもあって最高！！かわいいナイトウェアとかお水をいくらでも補充できるタンブラーも置いてあって至れり尽くせり。 気に入ったのでフロントで販売していたのでお土産で買っちゃいました〜。 出発前に急いで食べた朝食も最初に泊まったホテルより段違いで美味しい！クロワッサンもバルミューダのトースターで温めるから、しっとり、もちもち！ 最後に感動したのが、前の日に泊まったホテルに大事な化粧ポーチを忘れてしまい、相談したら連絡をしてくれて、空港への出発までにタクシーで届けてくれて本当に感謝です。フロントのYouさんとコンシェルジュのKishiro さん ありがとう！　もう最高！ またぜったい泊まりに来る🧡 友人や知り合いみんなに勧めたいです！ こちらのホテルに滞在出来て素晴らしい旅と なりました🎶 ホテルの皆さん本当にありがとうございました😊

my stay here was decent. it’s a nice and simple serviced property situated in a convenient location. easy to walk around. there was a misunderstanding about whether my booking included breakfast or not so i ended up paying almost $20 for a single omelette. i was in a rush to go to the airport so couldn’t be bothered going back and forth about it and just paid.

Ini adalah hotel di mana anda boleh pergi dari Stesen Ramkhamhaeng tanpa basah walaupun hujan. Terdapat kakitangan lain semasa daftar masuk, tetapi saya pergi ke sana dua kali dan hanya seorang yang berada di sana. Ia akan mengambil sedikit masa untuk mendaftar masuk. Deposit ialah 500 baht. Terdapat 3 lif jadi anda tidak perlu menunggu lama. Kunci bilik adalah kunci ortodoks. Untuk menutup, tekan butang pada pemegang dari dalam bilik. Tandas dan tab mandi adalah jenis yang sama. Anda boleh mendengar banyak bunyi di luar mungkin kerana pengudaraan. Tab mandinya kecil sedikit. Terdapat dua jalur kuasa berhampiran cermin. Ia bukan di sebelah katil. Terdapat dua botol plastik, tetapi tiada kopi segera dll. Anda mesti membawa anda sendiri. Oleh itu, saya kecewa apabila saya tinggal di sana buat kali pertama. Terdapat 7-Eleven di bawah stesen, jadi tidak mengapa. Jika anda menggunakan hotel ini sebagai pangkalan anda, anda boleh menggunakan BTS atau MRT dari ARL, atau anda boleh menaiki bas dari jalan di hadapan hotel, jadi jika anda tidak mempunyai kipas, anda boleh pergi ke Siam Amazing Park. untuk 8 baht. Anda juga boleh pergi ke pusat dalam arah yang bertentangan. Pengangkutan adalah mudah. Terdapat juga pasar malam kecil di bawah stesen. I stayed here like 4 days (3nights) for the first time with my family from 12 june 2024 until 15 june 2024and it was excellent. At that time We got floor 6. The room is big with the high floor and i can get a better view. So I want to stay here again and booked it again from 16 june 2024 until 19 june 2024. But i got disappointed with my room view. It's in the 3rd floor and the view is totally different with the last time. I booked Deluxe twin room because of the view. If i can know that i'll get the bad view, i may just booked the standard room. I requested to change the hight floor with the front desk at night. And they told me to contat in the morning again. In the morning, they told me that i can't change the room. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!! i don't know how can i stay with this room until 19 june. This is my vacation and i would like to enjoy the viewww
