I have a special experience with this hotel. So I am staying for 2 nights. On the first night, they gave me a disabled room instead of what I had booked. I have tried to speak to the receptionist but have been told that it is fully booked, so they are not able to provide the room type that I booked. When I checked in, they did not mention anything about that. So I would advise to double check when you get into your room.I have talked to trip.com, and they informed me that the hotel has actually upgraded my room with a balcony. But I don't actually use the balcony and I would like to get the room type that I booked because that is what I need. So trip.com has sorted it out for me with the hotel manager and they agreed to change the room for me on the second night. I would say the room that I booked is much more bigger than the room that I stayed on the first night. There are pictures for both room below. I am glad that trip.com can sort this out for me and the hotel has changed it for me. Otherwise I probably will make a complaint about that. So, I am quite satisfied about sorting out the query. The room is clean in general. However, the pillow is not comfortable at all. A basic selection of breakfast. Location is quite good as it is only 5 to 10 minutes walk to ski schools and the resort. It is close to the restaurant as well. Staff are good, but I found a bit difficult to communicate in English. They can speak English, but I would say only basic conversation. The ski school in the hotel is too expensive. Although they said it is a VIP course but you can found somewhere cheaper in about 5 minutes walk.
