設施：都很新，房間也大，很棒。歡迎水果，晚上的草莓巧克力送的大氣且好吃😋 衞生：很乾凈，打掃衞生的人態度都很好，我們最後走的時候那天，已經離開房間去前台退房了。打掃衞生的小夥子發現我女兒掉了條手鍊在房間，他非常着急，追下來還給我們。拾金不昧很優秀，點大大的贊。 環境：都很漂亮 服務：沒得説，每個人都很好。前台辦理入住女孩態度很好，講解也很細緻。有問必答很耐心。

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to various attractions and the stunning creek views. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. From fresh fruits to delicious pastries and hot dishes, there was something for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly service, and excellent breakfast selection!

The stay was good and the place is really great. Staffs are accomodating and approachable. My only issue is not enough info about the promo 36hrs stay. I expect to stay till 9PM the next day but they told us that our booking doesn't have promo of 36hrs stay, although it was in out email that we have a package of the promo. In the end the Rove told us that the promo is exclusive in their website only. The next time, they should inform the 3rd party booking app that is was exclusive booking only from their own website. But overall our stay is very good ❤️

Kali ini saya tinggal di pemandangan laut pada asalnya saya ingin menaik taraf kepada pemandangan tapak tangan tetapi tidak ada ruang yang tersedia. Sebelum datang ke sini, saya melihat beberapa komen di Ctrip mengatakan bahawa perkhidmatan itu tidak begitu baik dan didiskriminasikan terhadap orang Asia, tetapi saya tidak menghadapi situasi sedemikian, malah saya rasa perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Pertama sekali, ada seorang kakak Cina di lobi Jika anda mempunyai sebarang soalan, anda boleh bertanya kepadanya. Seterusnya, saya bertemu dengan dua meja depan Wanita tempatan yang pertama memberi saya kupon pengalaman minum petang percuma kerana saya perlu menunggu bilik ketika mendaftar masuk. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. From the reception team to those assisting with the elevators, everyone was incredibly helpful. I also had a delightful conversation with the Filipino staff, which added a personal touch to my visit. The breakfast offered was not as extensive as anticipated, but it was still enjoyable and of good quality! And the handcrafted coffee, it was a real treat compared to the usual machine-dispensed options—100/10! While it took a little time for the water to warm up in the bathrooms, the room itself was fantastic—definitely a 10/10. Balconies are locked by default for safety, but you can ask the hotel to make it available for you. Only 4-5 mins walk from Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station. I will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family! Gym, pool, and sauna are available.

Everything is brilliant, the service to the cleanliness to the comfy beds! Highly recommend. Clean hotel, very good breakfast. Wahab from breakfast Larder restaurant provided excellent service, very organised. Thank you.

I have booked for king bed room. Unfortunately when I came for check in my room was with connection door inside with other room. Then I request to change the room. But receptionist informed me that no king size room available and he recommend me twin room, which I did not expect. This was useless for me to book the room in advance.

3 star at a max for Dubai. I guess having a club enhances the star rating but this is not to say it is poor, but rooms need upgrading.  It serves a specific client group, this definitely defeats the Accor Standards and not good enough of management to say “well they are 90% of our guest”.  I choice to say as the price ratio was good for the night but if the stay was longer I would have ran away! Would I come back, not likely unless Accor Head office does some serious head banging!

Impeccable service, very friendly staff, cosy rooms with great views to the sea side. You feel here warm and cosily like at home. Location is perfectly convenient, diverse infrastructure all around. I’d like to especially mention and thank Bobur - the reception guy. He is really great and solves all queries in no time 👍.
