The stay was okay. But I think the hotel needs to be stricter when it comes to their smoke-free rooms. Sometimes, there’s a smell of smoke that lingers…probably someone else in another room is smoking and the smell is reaching my room. They did a great job freshening up the room though! Also I find it weird that the second time I called for room service, I was told I should call the restaurant and not the reception. How will I know that? I only dialled the number written in the desk to call for orders😅 I commend the first person who answered my first order though, told me they’ll redirect the call to the restaurant. Maybe change the number that was on the desk? Other than that, it was an okay stay. Although not recommended for holidays, there was a waiting line for the buffet. Definitely not solo traveller/solo business trip friendly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Rove Expo City and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is modern, exceptionally clean, and located in a peaceful area that’s perfect for relaxing while still being well connected to the rest of Dubai. The room was comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything I needed. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the calm atmosphere, excellent facilities, and great value for money. Whether you’re visiting Expo City or exploring Dubai, this hotel is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment incroyable. La station de métro est juste devant à 3min à pied ainsi la station des taxis. Le studio est spacieux même pour deux personnes pour une longue période même. Le service de ménage est très bien, il nettoie tout les jours. L’eau, le café, sucre, thé et du lait offert par l’hôtel. La partie kitchenette est très spacieuse et bien équipée pour préparer des plats. Le frigo est très bien fonctionnel et grand aussi pour mettre de la nourriture. Le personnel est vraiment très bien et bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner correct

I recently stayed at Mercure Dubai Deira and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the nearby Gold Souk which was my reason for the trip. My room was spacious and clean with a lovely view. The staff were lovely and very helpful, the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. A great choice -I’d definitely stay here again

Overall, the hotel itself is quite good, especially considering the price we managed to book it for. In this city, hotel prices are generally unreasonably high, so this option felt like a fair deal. What was good: - The hotel honestly deserves around 4 stars. - Good and varied breakfast was included. - Rooms and facilities match the category. - The hotel is located close to a metro station, which sounds good on paper. Major downside: location - Despite being near the metro, the surrounding area is terrible. - The road leading to the hotel is in very poor condition. - There are no proper sidewalks — moving with a suitcase is extremely uncomfortable. - Dust, dirt, construction sites everywhere. - The area feels neglected and unpleasant, especially for travelers. Final thoughts: The hotel itself is fine and could be a good option if it were located elsewhere. Unfortunately, the environment around it completely ruins the experience. Honestly, after this trip, I don’t see myself ever coming back to this city.

We stayed in Ibis for 2 nights. The hotel is good, rooms a bit old but cozy, have everything you need. We had first floor and windows looking to the garden. The location is 5 min walking distance from Insurance Company metro station which is so good. Area is also nice, there is mall and a lot of cafes. There is also Carrefour next to the hotel.

Room was clean and nice and the good thing is it’s spacious.The view was perfect from the window.Service and hospitality was fantastic thank you to the gentleman who was at the front desk.

The hotel is definitely worth every penny. The area is peaceful and quiet, which made the whole experience very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, well-maintained, and the toilets are clean and fresh. Overall, great value for money and a place I would happily stay at again.

Had a good customer experience except that I was greatly disappointed when I was charged 100DHR for inviting a guest to my room. I’ve been in several hotels in different countries but I never heard of such insane charges.

Location is good. Service is fair but the cleanliness is poor. There was food left in the refrigerator and we asked for it to be removed and cleaned. Transferred us to another room with the same food left in the room from the previous guest. If you are not Indian I advise not to book. It feels more of an Indian hotel than foreigners.
