I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything about it felt special, from the warm welcome at check-in to the excellent services provided throughout my stay. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The facilities were well-maintained, and the ambiance was both elegant and relaxing. Hello, I stayed 2 nights at Homeland Hostel. They charged me 30 AED as “Tourism Dirham / tourist tax”. However, official Tourism Dirham for hostels in Dubai is around 7–10 AED per night, so for 2 nights it should be 14–20 AED. I believe this is an overcharge. Please review this and assist with a refund of the extra amount. Thank you.

Провели в отеле одну ночь и больше не вернёмся сюда. В отеле три ночных клуба, до 3 часов ночи звучит музыка. Номер маленький, стены покрашены масляной краской, нет электрочайника. Кондиционирования центральное, отключить невозможно, под потолком вентрешетка не регулируется, всю ночь дует прямо на кровати. В общем, данный отель не рекомендую

The room they gave me was close to the street and there was chanting at 5'Oclock. The TV didn't work, so we called reception desk to ask someone to fix it late afternoon, but they didn't arrive until the next afternoon.

Its a convenient place, very quite, Mussa is a nice person very helpful and multitask...at least i had extend my stay.. i recommend this place. not far for metro station, JBR or bluewaters by walk.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent—close to everything I wanted to see and easy to get around. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant experience. Only must paid again in reception i didnt like

The location is excellent, and overall the facilities are acceptable. Cleanliness and amenities are average and fine for a short stay. Please note that the hotel requires a cash deposit at check-in. However, the refund of this deposit is very inconvenient. The refund depends entirely on staff availability, and reception staff is not always present, especially in the evening and at night. In my case, I was told to wait until midnight or even 1:00–2:00 AM to get my deposit refunded, which is not reasonable, especially for guests with early morning departures. Staff professionalism and service organization need improvement. Apart from these service issues, everything else was okay
