PPengguna TetamuThis is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.

2. The tab water has a chlorine smell somehow. Not that good to drink directly.
3. Good location, nice room, very clean, good service on site.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaCheck in and out was a breeze. Every was explained in detail and they accorded late check out for 2 extra hours which we appreciated.
One feedback is the beds. Not sure why it moves so much. It disrupts our sleep at night. Other than that, this hotel provided what we needed for our short holiday.

PPengguna TetamuBooked 2 rooms and upgraded to a corner room with views only to spend the whole stay in darkness with no views or natural light as the electric drapes were not working and multiple attempts to fix by maintenance were not succesf. Was told they were coming back to fix but when I went to reception at 7:45pm to ask why they’re not fixed I was told they determined they could not fix until a later date, Requested a room refund from Crown which was declined. Very poor experience and will be taking the request for refund further. With no natural light it was akin to staying in a large dormitory.

PPengguna TetamuOn 24/6 I ordered fried eggs during breakfast, yet the quality of the eggs were not up to standard, yolk was not normal and with no taste at all, yet I ordered same on the next day with a different chef, that was back to a normal egg, I wondered Sheraton would use such quality of eggs!
Another opinion is that gym room facilities are not enough, thanks!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel is v new, just opened recently so the facilities are kinda cool. It’s like half hostel half hotel vibe where there is a common space, gym and kitchen at level 1. The gym is super cool, should check out if you have time, there is small tvs in front which could display exercise guiding video.
The kitchen sometimes can get dirty especially the sink there, it might clock and has fly. You generally fill up water at the sink there so you might mind and gets quite disgusted.
There is no slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, coffee, tea and water provided in the room. Without slippers, it can be quite cold stepping into the bathroom. The room is quite dark, there isn’t a bulb at the top of the room so it’s designed such that you just get back to hotel and have sleep. You also can’t get light near the end of the room.
The staffs said they will do housekeeping for every 4 days so let’s say you stay up for 3 days, no one will come and clean up the room for you. Good and bad.
The hotel wifi sometimes will lost connection, maybe there is too many people using, I’m not sure but it’s quite annoying.
The shower holder is too tall, definitely higher than 2m, not user-friendly.
The location is v accessible, there is a tram station called queen Victoria market nearby and it’s within free tram zone. There is a 7 11 at the end of the street, convenient to grab something fast. If you like Asian food especially Chinese/ Malaysian, there is quite a lot of options you can choose from
