"I found this place to be super convenient! The location is perfectly situated right between the airport and the city center, so getting around was a total breeze.
It was also really handy having a supermarket and convenience stores just a short walk away for grabbing quick snacks and drinks. The reception staff were awesome, too—they were so helpful with getting the free city transport pass during the stay.
The best part, though, was the airport shuttle. The pick-up and drop-off were such a lifesaver and made the whole trip way less stressful—really appreciated that extra touch! Definitely a solid choice if you want an easy, hassle-free stay."

EEmmanuel HemmerléI was going to arrive late in the evening last night so I wrote the hotel to enquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They told me very diligent it and precisely about their shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk person, a Swiss gentleman, was extremely hospitable, friendly, authentic, detailed in a good sense, helpful and professional. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day. What a great way to welcome a guest. Really best practice. Lots of desk employees around the world should learn from him!
The room was very nice, all fine. Large enough, and having all amenities.
Excellent lunch at the hotel: very good cuisine.
I needed to leave my luggage at the concierge: they did it all very well.
The only point for improvement: when I left, I asked a lady at the reception, apparently Swiss, to help me get my luggage back and book a taxi for me. She did it but in a cold and distant way. She should go find another job in a different industry. One where she can continue being unfriendly.

The hotel’s location is ideal, situated in a peaceful and prestigious neighbourhood yet just a pleasant stroll from the lake, the Jet d’Eau, and the charming Old Town. It offers the best of both worlds: a tranquil retreat from the city's bustle with unparalleled accessibility.
What truly set the stay apart, however, was the staff. Every team member I encountered was genuinely friendly and proactive, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring every detail was taken care of.

We felt the room did not match the photos on trip.com. A room with carpet and what looked like a terrace is in the pictures. We got a really old dated room without carpet and no balcony terrace.
The description of the hotel states amenities like dental kit, conditioner and there wasn’t anything. There wasn’t even any bottles of water in our room. The sliding door for the shower was broken.
The breakfast was really small and limited and of a very basic quality.
It was my girlfriend’s birthday and there was no mention or wish of a happy birthday.
This is only the second negative review I’ve left on trip.com out of 30+ hotel bookings in the last 1.5 years

PPengguna TetamuI had an excellent stay at Hotel Warwick. The location is truly unbeatable, with the train station just a few steps away—perfect for easy and convenient travel around the city. We were also pleasantly surprised and very grateful for the early check-in, which made our arrival much more comfortable.
The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive, always ready to help with a warm attitude. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a cozy space to relax after a long day.
Overall, Hotel Warwick exceeded our expectations with its strategic location, thoughtful service, and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.

JJulius The hotel located near United Nations, public transportation is free by traveling in GENEVA, the hotel staff will help to register when you check in. The room was clean, but the furniture was a bit old as expected. The breakfast was offered by semi buffet, a variety of food selections, quality of food was nice.

The location of the hotel is good. Just 2 tram stop away from Cornavin Station. Walk 3 mins to Butini tram station, which can assess almost all the places of interests In Geneve.
Rooms are clean and staffs are helpful and friendly.
Highly recommened.

KKFManThe Ruby Claire Hotel is situated in central Geneva, very convenient to getting around especially for first time visitors. Staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. Rafael, the staff who checked us in, recommended us a number of places of interest worth visiting, showed us the best way (transportation) to get around the city, and public transportation was free as offered by the hotel. Knowing that we’d be staying for three nights, he recommended us to take the “daily make up room service”, rather than the welcome drinks. Good advice! Self service coffee and teas were available for free from the “library” situated on each floor, 24/7. Highly recommended!

CCindyTeoClean and secure hotel near train station. However we heard ruckus from the streets all night till the next morning! Incredulous how these people can party. We stayed at the side facing the back of the hotel where there was the tobacco shop. The front facing is quieter so can try to request that side if possible. Luggage storage is CHF7 per luggage for 4 hrs, we paid a total of CHF 14 for both luggages. Staff here are very friendly, but because it is a budget hotel be prepared to pay extra for amenities. Only Towel and soap are given.

AAppleTravel瑞士酒店因為地方有限，比較貴，但是這次因為旅行時間長了，所以我訂了稍微大一些的雙人景觀房，面向大噴泉，在酒店房間裏可以看到大噴泉，周圍廣場上有美麗的古老建築，三個窗户，打開後很明亮，我住的房間還有一個小的行李間，可以放行李，酒店很乾凈，附近有10路車，可以直接到機場來回，衹是這家酒店一般的普通洗漱用品需要自己帶，他們是不提供的，距離市中心需要稍微步行，但是還可以，也不算太遠，附近有漢堡王的快餐店，但是要吃好點的，需要去火車站，那裡有家中餐廳，燒的還行，酒店的地板是木頭地板，感覺比地毯要乾淨一些，瑞士消費水平太高了，這個酒店已經算是性價比還可以的，值得推薦
