Tout le personnel est souriant, accueillant, sympathique, à la réception, au bar, aux petits-déjeuners, c'est si rare aujourd'hui qu'il faut le souligner. Une très bonne idée, les portraits de l'équipe dans la salle du restaurant ! Ce bel hôtel est situé à quelques minutes à pied du lac et à proximité de nombreux restaurants de tout style culinaire et pour toutes les bourses. Un parking souterrain est disponible contre supplément bien sûr, mais indispensable dans le quartier. Nous avions une agréable chambre ”exécutive” avec une grande terrasse au dernier étage, avec une vue sur le Jet d'Eau mais pas sur le lac. Normal, ce n'est pas indiqué dans le descriptif de la chambre. En résumé, nous avons passé un très agréable week-end au Novotel et dans cette très belle ville internationale qu'est Genève.

入住前盲選的酒店，實在太超出預期，酒店地理位置優越，靠近日內瓦湖，步行三分鐘即可到達。房間比較大，且整天很新，床品沐浴套件都還不錯。酒店服務人員，都非常熱情，要延遲了退房時間。唯一有點小不足，就是餐廳的早餐比較一般，提供選擇的食物不多～但瑕不掩瑜，整體很滿意，下次還會考慮！

Visited Geneva to celebrate our 50 th wedding anniversary and stayed at the outstanding Ritz Carlton Hotel de La Paix, Geneva. The hotel and especially the staff are exceptionally outstanding in every way. The hotel was elegantly beautiful, old world charm and beauty with striking modern accents. But most of all, the staff from the doorman to the reception staff, the concierge, and the manager as well as the staff from the Living Room Kitchen and Bar were always warm, welcoming and ready to help make our stay a trip of a lifetime. We will always remember our stay and the staff at the Ritz Carlton Hotel de LaPaix. Thank you to all!

We just spent three days at the hotel, and it was outstanding. A few shout outs to some of the staff, including Graham, who literally ran down the street to try to find us a taxi. Tom, who greeted us warmly upon arrival, and ensured that our room was ready on time after a long flight , Pierre the concierge extraordinaire, who helped us with plans prior to our departure from home, as well as during our stay, Perlina and Enzo, who hosted the most amazing swiss gin tasting in the lobby bar. We enjoyed their company, as well as the special MO experience. And all the staff in the restaurants as well as housekeeping, really contributed to our stay being extraordinary. MO will definitely be our go-to hotel next time we are in Geneva.

It's so easy to write a review when the issues identified in the review of a previous stay last year remain uniformly the same. And since the hotel at that time wrote, ”you can be assured that your remarks will be discussed with our team so that your next visit will give you complete satisfaction”, but obviously did nothing, it seems fair to deduct another star from the rating. It's a pity, but I don't see why the blatant lie should be overlooked. So, copying word-for-word from my last review, ”almost all [problems] concerned breakfast, where the potatoes were tough and dry, where the buffet included no fish products (no lox, no hering, no whitefish) and no mushrooms, where the selection of bread was like that of a two- or at most three-star hotel.” Yes, it's exactly the same now as it was then. There are no other significant deficiencies at this property, overlooking the fact that it is a bit dated overall (though in good shape as far as I could see). Positives include: - Breakfast open from 05:45, this already sets the hotel apart - Gym fully equipped and open 24 hours; there is even apparently a pool - Room was large, with both a bathtub and a shower stall - Easily walkable from the airport (signage not perfect in a couple of spots) - Executive lounge food selection in the evening not very inspiring, just managed to be adequate Really, the hotel should address the deficiencies related to breakfast AND not dishonestly imply that you're going to but then fail to.

That’s ridiculous, they have thief’s team operating in the hotel, that knows where each of cameras are placed, Berluti bag was stolen with full of things in it, and it was stolen at reception in a seconds, when I put my bag there and turned for a second they just stole my bag with reception full of staff that’s very bad for “safest country” and one of “best hotels” don’t go there

The hotel and staff looked after us exceptionally well during our first stay to Geneva. The room was ready as we arrived at the hotel at 9:30am and they had kindly upgraded us to a room with a lake view to celebrate the reason for our trip. The staff could not have been more welcoming, kind and helpful during our stay. The concierge was extremely helpful and gave us many tips on where to visit during our stay. The breakfast was amazing and the setting is really special. The hotel is a 40 minute walk to the old town which we enjoyed each day, although the hotel do offer guests a travel card which allows use of public transport which was super easy. The swimming pool is wonderful - the only downside to our trip was our final day when there wasn't enough sun beds at the pool and we would recommend that perhaps hotel guests could reserve the beds to ensure this didn't happen. All in all a fabulous trip one that we will remember and the hotel 10/10!

okay so i'm not usually one to write reviews but this place was just... wow. from the moment we walked in, it felt special. the staff were super friendly, always smiling and ready to help. our room was gorgeous - clean, comfy, and with a view that made me wanna stay forever. the food was incredible too, we tried the restaurant and room service and both were top-notch. honestly, i can't think of anything bad to say. if you're on the fence about booking, just do it. you won't regret it!

比想象的好，老派很瑞士的酒店，雖然不是最豪華的酒店，但前台一個膚色偏黑的小男生服務非常好，真誠有禮節，性價比還算好。不是最豪華的酒店，最好的位置，但出門不太遠是老城區和噴泉，也算不錯了。
btw，酒店餐廳的brunch體驗感極佳！

This was an absolutely lovely place to stay in. We stayed for 4 nights, 2nd April-6th April. The building either interior or exterior was very well maintained and lovely decor. The reception area was very soothing and welcoming. Free tea/coffee. The room we had slept 4 people which we needed. It was well equipped, it even had a coffee machine. Very clean room. Ample of linens/ towels. The Hotel had given us the opportunity to apply for free travel passes during the duration of our stay. This allowed us to travel freely anywhere and in any mode of transport which saved us a lot money on transport. Transport was easily accessible, in fact the bus stop was just outside the hotel. The staff were wonderful, polite and helpful. They also had lots of boards games which we enjoyed playing until late at night. Thank you so much for giving us such a wonderful experience.

PPengguna TetamuI liked this hotel. Good location, 7 minutes or so from the central train station (which we walked to every day) and 2 blocks from Lake Geneva. It is is the ”new” part of town, not Old Town, but it was simple to get to the old part of town--we walked over there twice, including return in the evening after dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very modern feel, and the room was a good sized compared to what we’ve seen in other European cities (but it was also a bit more expensive). Breakfast was good. Three choices: Continental, Buffet without eggs and hot food, and Full Buffet. Not cheap but consistent with the prices we’ve seen in other hotels. No U.S. plugs; didn’t expect them. We didn’t have an ironing board in our room, but upon request, one was quickly brought to us, and we kept it throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable, 4 pillows, but as in many northern European hotels, only a comforter, no top sheet. It's possible we could have gotten one upon request--I didn't try. Our room did have a table and two chairs, as well as a nice TV, which we didn’t use, so can’t really report on that. We were on the 5th floor, room 58. The only issue with this room is that it is in kind of a dormer, I think; on my (6’3”) husband’s side of the bed, the ceiling sloped down low so that if he wasn’t paying attention, he would hit his head when he stood up. Also, as a dormer, the window is small, but that really didn’t matter to us. The A/C worked. The room had an interesting design. The toilet was in a separate room with a sink. The closet was in the entry, across from the bar; it was not large but did have several open shelves you could use. There was coffee, tea and water and a small number of snacks available. The bathroom (other than toilet), including the large shower, was open to the bedroom; however, there were “partition” type door/walls you could use when you were talking a shower for privacy and warmth. I hadn't seen anything like it. It’s a little hard to explain, but it made the room feel a little bigger, while allowing plenty of privacy while showering. I would definitely stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuAlthough I did not use it for business this is well placed for the Airport (and there’s a free shuttle there and back), the city centre and CERN. Stayed in much more ‘fancy’ places and it’s not been half as clean or half as helpful staff. Will definitely use this chain again and if in Geneva that hotel.

La réception accueil Chalard un et très professionnel et sur tout Marie et Rachid et tous les autres.une semaine magnifique et beaucoup d’empathie. Ma chambre au 8ieme étage une vue imprenable sur Genève le jet d’eau les Alpes du pur bonheur Cerise sur le gâteau le petit déjeuner riche et varié produit suisse et de qualité supérieure et Bio je citerai Maylick et Noémie aux petits soins. Je suis une habituée de cet hôtel et j’ retournerai à mon prochain séjour à Genève. Je le recommande très fort

PPengguna TetamuStruttura situata a circa sette minuti di taxi dall’aeroporto e fuori dal centro comunque facilmente raggiungibile con i tram 14 e 18 che si prendono entrambi a 50 metri dall’hotel e con solo 15 minuti ti portano in pieno centro fermata Bel Air da dove si è già ai piedi del centro storico e sul lago. La struttura si presenta rinnovata da ristrutturazione ma ritengo molto disorganizzata e certamente da migliorare su tanti aspetti. Le camere sono più che comode con letto matrimoniale king size purtroppo non sistemato all’italiana ma con i piumini a sacco. Bagno comodo con ampia doccia dove ovviamente è assente il bidet, mancano inoltre le ciabatte che per un 4 stelle è grossa pecca e nel frigo non ci sono bevande se non una bottiglia d’acqua che fanno trovare sul tavolo all’arrivo. Purtroppo lascia a desiderare la pulizia ed ancor peggio il secondo giorno non avevano neppure fatto la stanza per poi pulirla (in 10 minuti!!!) su ns richiesta intorno alle 18,00 e lascio spazio all’immaginazione sul livello della pulizia effettuata. Colazione sia di dolce che salato accettabile e con svariate proposte. Personale più che disponibile sia alla reception dove all’arrivo abbiamo trovato un ragazzo che parlava pure italiano molto propenso a dare info, simpatici e disponibili anche in sala colazione. Check In e Check out troppo lenti e seppur con poche persone in attesa questo dovuto dalla presenza di un solo operatore, situazione che abbiamo notato anche nei gironi del ns soggiorno. Ritengo comunque sia una buona soluzione per chi vuole spendere parecchio in meno rispetto alle strutture in pieno centro anche per il semplice e veloce collegamento con il tram quest’ultimo come i bus si possono utilizzare totalmente gratuiti facendosi consegnare i biglietti alla reception che valgono per tutto il Vs soggiorno.

PPengguna TetamuUpon arrival, the front desk guy was constantly on the phone so we struggled to get the necessary details, but finally did and were able to store our bags, which appeared very secure. When we came back to check in, the front desk printed our room key for the wrong room. We literally walked in on an occupied room, which was uncomfortable. They blamed it on the keycard printer, which was also struggling with a few others checking in around the same time. They had to reprint pretty much everyone’s keys. Other reviews seem to indicate similar issues. Once we finally got our correct room, things were mostly okay. We couldn’t seem to find a way to keep the air conditioning running but turn off the lights. So the room got a bit warm overnight, especially with just a duvet cover. Couldn’t open the windows since there appears to be a club/bar immediately across the way that had loud music until past midnight which was already loud enough through the closed windows. We also visited the bar, and while looking at the menu at the corner of the bar, the bartender rather abruptly told us to sit at a table and someone would come by. So we did, but after awhile of waiting and no one coming, I ended up just going back to the bar and awkwardly ordering there. Never been to a bar where you couldn’t really sit at it or order there. As others recommend, definitely don’t show your free drink passes (from skipping room cleaning) until after you’ve ordered and leaving since they’ll not treat you as well. Room overall and hotel were fine, but could’ve certainly been better and expected a bit more. Location was great though! Felt like a reasonable walk whenever we wanted to go, many shops and restaurants around, and could easily reach a tram/bus stop to go further.

Room was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and a good size working desk. I had dinner in both the restaurant and the bar. Service was good and staff attentive. Food was well presented and tasty. The reception area was spacious and I was able to spend some time before leaving for the airport catching up on work. Thank you all for your kind attention. All done with graciousness and a smile.

PPengguna TetamuVery close to train station. Across main road and a minute walk. Lots around the hotel, Starbucks, McDonald’s, various restaurants and cafes. Coop small supermarket and other shops. Our room was very clean, cleaned every day. Simply furnished with modern fittings and a great shower, good towels, tv, kettle, tea/coffee bits. Everything you need. Breakfast is served on the 8th floor, with great views and was also immaculate though we didn’t have breakfast during our stay. 5 minutes walk to river. There was quite a bit of noise late at night in the area behind the hotel (car park and street) , our window was open and it didn’t bother us. I’m sure with windows closed the noise would be far less. Staff at reception were very friendly.

EEFLYOne receptionist was friendly while another one was annoyed at us not being able to arrange the public transportation card ourselves. We made our booking through trip so we didn’t receive any email from the hotel with any QR code. He could at least try and listen to us calmly instead getting annoyed so easily…
