"Great location for early morning flights with free shuttle bus to and from the airport, reception was inefficient and short of staff, only one staff was on when I was checking in at 3pm which is the busiest check in time of the day and had to wait more than 45mins to get checked in, no sofa bed in the room as per room description"

Emmanuel HemmerléI was going to arrive late in the evening last night so I wrote the hotel to enquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They told me very diligent it and precisely about their shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk person, a Swiss gentleman, was extremely hospitable, friendly, authentic, detailed in a good sense, helpful and professional. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day. What a great way to welcome a guest. Really best practice. Lots of desk employees around the world should learn from him!
The room was very nice, all fine. Large enough, and having all amenities.
Excellent lunch at the hotel: very good cuisine.
I needed to leave my luggage at the concierge: they did it all very well.
The only point for improvement: when I left, I asked a lady at the reception, apparently Swiss, to help me get my luggage back and book a taxi for me. She did it but in a cold and distant way. She should go find another job in a different industry. One where she can continue being unfriendly.

Located conveniently near the airport and at the terminal of 2 bus lines, this hotel is clean, comfortable and spacious. There are grocery stores nearby, and a bar and restaurant at the ground floor. The gym and the laundry room are must-haves for business travelers. The abundance of chairs and sofas on the ground floor are great for hanging out and entertaining visitors.

Pengguna TetamuWe arrived early at 9am and front desk staff is kind to allow check in upon checking there are rooms availabilty.
The location of the hotel is good. Just 2 tram stop away from Cornavin Station. Walk 3 mins to Butini tram station, which can assess almost all the places of interests In Geneve.
Rooms are clean and staffs are helpful and friendly.
Highly recommened.

Pengguna TetamuGreat location - close to the lake, Lidl, and train station. Very polite staff too! Accommodating too - I had to checkout slightly later and they had no issues with that. Finally, they even allowed a very early check-in - thank you.
Loved the room too!

AppleTravel瑞士酒店因為地方有限，比較貴，但是這次因為旅行時間長了，所以我訂了稍微大一些的雙人景觀房，面向大噴泉，在酒店房間裏可以看到大噴泉，周圍廣場上有美麗的古老建築，三個窗户，打開後很明亮，我住的房間還有一個小的行李間，可以放行李，酒店很乾凈，附近有10路車，可以直接到機場來回，衹是這家酒店一般的普通洗漱用品需要自己帶，他們是不提供的，距離市中心需要稍微步行，但是還可以，也不算太遠，附近有漢堡王的快餐店，但是要吃好點的，需要去火車站，那裡有家中餐廳，燒的還行，酒店的地板是木頭地板，感覺比地毯要乾淨一些，瑞士消費水平太高了，這個酒店已經算是性價比還可以的，值得推薦

As a business hotel with the bare minimum, bed and shower, and convenience of being close to the airport, it's ok. The breakfast buffet at CHF32 was very good. Geneva is an expensive city per se. This week, I think there were fairs/events in the city crowding the hotels and bringing the prices up. Things to complain about: the shower doesn't have a door, so the bathroom gets all wet. There are no amenities like courtesy slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste (Yeah, save the planet...) And the shower mixer gives you 3 choices: cold, hot, and cold-hot-cold-hot... So, showering is a challenge. Think of these ”chain/brand” hotels as that is what you get to make their EPS go up and please their shareholders. There is nothing to do with hospitality.

Excellent stay at the Rotary Hotel. Rooms were renovated with modern appliances and had a very luxe style/design. It was very hot in Geneva when I visited so the air conditioning in the rooms was a lifesaver. Very good AC system.
Service was also great as they fulfilled all my needs and were helpful with storing my luggage.
Location is also optimal since you are very close to Cornavin train station as well as the main touristic area around Rue du Rhone, Mont Blanc, etc. You are only 5-10 minutes away from everything.
Overall I enjoyed my stay. In fact, it was nicer than some five star hotels in Geneva Ive stayed at. I will definitely be booking this hotel again next time I visit.

LimmylimlimAlthough I had bed bug bites and was uncertain whether I had gotten it in the hotel or the hotel before, there was no proper procedures, only a “it has not happened before” and an alleged check by a private hire. Although its likely to be from the hotel before, there was no attempts at remedy or assistance, which leads me to believe that customer service may not be the strength of the hotel. It was otherwise a good hotel, which would have garnered higher ratings if they were to treat certain problems more seriously. (There was also a stoppage of water during my stay which was by no means the fault of the hotel, but during that time, maybe water could be provided by the hotel for if customers do have the needs)
