"I found this place to be super convenient! The location is perfectly situated right between the airport and the city center, so getting around was a total breeze. It was also really handy having a supermarket and convenience stores just a short walk away for grabbing quick snacks and drinks. The reception staff were awesome, too—they were so helpful with getting the free city transport pass during the stay. The best part, though, was the airport shuttle. The pick-up and drop-off were such a lifesaver and made the whole trip way less stressful—really appreciated that extra touch! Definitely a solid choice if you want an easy, hassle-free stay."

The bar on the first floor is open 24 hours and offers drinking water, which is quite convenient."

Firstly, the bar area, where we waited for our table, was an absolute mess—disorganized and chaotic. There were too many staff members assigned to the simple task of seating guests, leading to confusion and errors. Twice, an upper-level manager assigned the table promised to me to another party, leaving me feeling completely disrespected. The explanation provided was inadequate and did little to address the frustration of being overlooked not once, but twice. Room Service quality of food was poor"

There's a small supermarket nearby, and a larger one is within a 10-minute walk. There's no front desk on Sundays; we checked in ourselves. City tax requires a card payment. Checkout can also be done online, and staff are available for in-person processing on weekdays. There's a homeless area nearby; those who are concerned about this can avoid it. Washing machines cost 4 Swiss francs per hour, as does the dryer."

"The location is fantastic, situated on a century-old street, just a few hundred meters from Lake Geneva. It's also close to the iconic Flower Clock and Jet d'Eau, making transportation very convenient. There are also many good restaurants nearby. The service is somewhat self-service; the room features tablets controlling various TVs, curtains, and lights, giving it a high-tech feel. All staff speak English, and from check-in onwards, they'll be happy to assist you with everything from fetching water to cleaning your umbrella. A special shout-out to the delicious breakfast; the ham and salmon were exceptionally fresh. A truly wonderful experience."
