"We stayed in the hotel for 4 days. Location was very near the train station and accessible to buses. Staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The picture of the hotel in your ad was quite deceiving. The hotel was old and made up of very old timber. , though the inside was modern in style, the room was really not a good place to relax / sleep in since I can hear the loud steps of the one above our room and the noises from the adjacent rooms.No lift or elevator available. Not recommended for elderly tourist. Amenities like kettle for hot water and water dispenser needed to be taken from the ground floor near the office. Breakfast has a variety of foods served daily. The only consolation was the breathtaking views of jungfrau and accessible transportation."

"Very good location , walk only 3 mins from train station .
Though room is small, everything needed are there. The balcony is perfect facing the mountain view which we can have some drinks there. All day have coffee and tea ready for us.. They are not allowed to cook at room but with a microwave in the small area of dining room. This is good . Highly recommend this hotel and will visit again next time .Breakfast is perfect ."

IicerosieThis hotel was very beautiful. The room was spacious and very clean. The view was so beautiful, waking up to the view of Eiger is really something else! One of our favorite things was definitely the spa and wellness area, especially the outdoor hot tub. There is just something special about being in warm water and it being very cold all around you. The steam from the hot water was really relaxing.
The breakfast was really nice too but for CHF 35.- per person is a bit expensive in my opinion.
Overall I can really recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Grindelwald.☺️

I didn’t have high expectations for hotels in Grindelwald, but the service here absolutely meets luxury hotel standards. They even arranged a complimentary car to pick me up from another nearby hotel where I was visiting a friend, and upgraded my room. The room was spotless, and the bathroom facilities were modern and very clean. I sincerely give my highest praise.

Absolutely stunning mountain view from the balcony of our suite. So breathtaking yet so serene. About 10 min walk down hill brings us to lively village of Grindelwald with all its shops n restaurants n cafes n supermarket. Cannot ask for a better location. Having said that, without a car, it can be quite challenging to take our luggages uphill to the hotel.
Breakfast is another highlight of our stay. Fantastic selection of cheeses n eggs n bread n yogurt n everything. Delicious.
Our suite is clean n comfortable n spacious. WiFi is stable.
The only “negative” I have for our 4-night stay is that the glasses/mugs we used in our room were occasionally not cleaned for us after each day. It is a bit strange.
All in all, I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to other travelers.

RrickychungkkI had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect—close to the city center, public transportation, local shops, and restaurants. The apartment was clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, luxury toiletries, and a guidebook with local tips.
The host was an excellent host, providing clear communication and quick responses to any questions we had. They even left a welcome basket and gave us great restaurant recommendations.
Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We hope to return soon!

XXiaoyangmei位置在半山腰上，可以俯瞰格林德瓦小鎮，門口有123路bus，每小時一班，晚上7點最後一班趕不上的話衹能打車或步行40分鐘回酒店。前台服務態度特別好，提前派車去火車站接，臨走下雨主動送了兩把傘給我們。酒店餐廳的菜很精緻好吃，價格和外面差不多，與其在外面跟着小紅薯覓食，不如酒店看着雪山用餐。房間裏送了四瓶水，這是第一次碰到送水的瑞士酒店，還有一次性拖鞋

MMINT TITANThe family room is quite a good size for 2 adults and 2 teens. It is very cozy and clean. Our room is facing the front and temporary reception area and we can see the Alps clearly. There is a big pigeon hole style cabinet which we can use to place our stuff. The room is organised and not cramped due to this. Breakfast is good enough for us. There is a microwave oven in the Breakfast lounge where you can heat up food and a kettle (no kettle in the room). The only thing we don't like is the lack of door to the entrance of the shower area. Anyone entering the front door of the room, can see someone showering inside the shower area (if any). We had to remind each other to stay out of that area when we shower..

VVietThe hotel staff was extremely accommodating and helpful! Everyone wore a smile as they greeted us. The location is great and the view of the mountains is unbeatable. Will definitely be staying here again on our trip back! Shuttle service is super convenient (Joao was great and unmatched driver) getting to and from hotel/station.

JJEJUtraveller여행을 다녀왔는데 이곳에서 머물렀던 추억이 너무 좋았어요. 이곳에서는 이무것도 하지 않아도 즐겁습니다. 멋진뷰를 아침 저녁으로 보며 커피와 차 그리고 음식을 직접 만들어 먹었습니다. 즐거운 시간 보냈어요 :-)

Ddcobra1981遠超預期的酒店，攜程的酒店圖片真的把這家酒店的檔次搞低了，酒店無敵的好，我們的房間180度陽台，無敵的景色，陽台側面（圖一），陽台正面以及餐廳看出去的景色（圖2-4）。畢竟這麼高貴的地方，心理上也是怕服務員高傲，結果酒店服務人員服務無敵好，孩子要加一個梳化床，瞬間搞好了，吃飯加了15瑞郎的奶酪，服務員給娃詳細介紹了各種奶酪（隨便吃）。一路很少吃到蔬菜，這裏點到了一大盤蔬菜，第二天還為我們客制了一份grilled蔬菜。各種菜也很好吃。雖然4500一晚的價格是貴的，一家三口帶12歲娃，所以要貴點，但是這個景色這個服務，絕對值。
