"This hotel is truly exceptional. They allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room to one with a balcony overlooking the mountains. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when assisting us while we were preparing food in the dining area near the reception. The Wi-Fi was also excellent and very helpful.

"Very good hotel with beautiful view,breakfast hv many varieties, very good,they upgrade my room with super beautiful view,but the first day I cm, too early to get off from the train ,not terminal to get off,it hv one more last stop, otherwise u will cry to walk up to look for the hotel, but if without all the beautiful view i will give up of walking up to find the hotel ,actually train station is only 15 mins to walk with my luggage from the hotel,"

PPengguna TetamuThe service at this hotel is truly five-star. Every staff member, including the bartender, was warm, genuine, and impeccable. I didn’t have high expectations for hotels in Grindelwald, but the service here absolutely meets luxury hotel standards. They even arranged a complimentary car to pick me up from another nearby hotel where I was visiting a friend, and upgraded my room. The room was spotless, and the bathroom facilities were modern and very clean. I sincerely give my highest praise.

NnyfeiExtraordinary experience! The room has a large balcony with a stunning view of snow mountains. Bed is clean and soft. Some chocolates and coffee are included. Basic amenities like towels, body wash, shampoo, hair dryer and slippers are included! Location is particularly awesome, exactly next to Grindelwald station. You literally step in the hotel right after you get off from your train. Breakfast is typical but well-served. Staff are very nice and provide clear guidance.

衞生：酒店有一百多年的歷史，小夫妻經營的酒店，所以又很有有歷史感的裝修傢俱細節，一樓有餐廳提供早餐，晚餐也可以付費吃。還有專門的休息室
位置：距離格林德瓦站稍有些距離但是有公交直達

AAndrea aus DeutschlandExtrem sauberes und schönes Hotel. Die Berg Aussicht in paar Zimmern war wirklich klasse und man konnte sogar sich das Frühstück vom Buffet ins Zimmer nehmen, um es auf dem Balkon zu genießen. Bad war sehr modern, Betten super bequem und sehr hilfreiches Personal.

Absolutely stunning mountain view from the balcony of our suite. So breathtaking yet so serene. About 10 min walk down hill brings us to lively village of Grindelwald with all its shops n restaurants n cafes n supermarket. Cannot ask for a better location. Having said that, without a car, it can be quite challenging to take our luggages uphill to the hotel.
Breakfast is another highlight of our stay. Fantastic selection of cheeses n eggs n bread n yogurt n everything. Delicious.
Our suite is clean n comfortable n spacious. WiFi is stable.
The only “negative” I have for our 4-night stay is that the glasses/mugs we used in our room were occasionally not cleaned for us after each day. It is a bit strange.
All in all, I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to other travelers.

JJEJUtraveller여행을 다녀왔는데 이곳에서 머물렀던 추억이 너무 좋았어요. 이곳에서는 이무것도 하지 않아도 즐겁습니다. 멋진뷰를 아침 저녁으로 보며 커피와 차 그리고 음식을 직접 만들어 먹었습니다. 즐거운 시간 보냈어요 :-)

VVietThe hotel staff was extremely accommodating and helpful! Everyone wore a smile as they greeted us. The location is great and the view of the mountains is unbeatable. Will definitely be staying here again on our trip back! Shuttle service is super convenient (Joao was great and unmatched driver) getting to and from hotel/station.

TTravel bear around the worldWe are staying in Grindelwald for a couple of days and we spent one night in this hotel.
The location is a bit far away from the train station and it’s exhausting to carry heavy luggage over the slopes between station and hotel.
The price is reasonable and the balcony view of Eiger is stunning. The hotel looks quite old where no ventilation system can be found in washroom. Wi-Fi signal is poor and we were unable to connect it in the room.
We appreciate the breakfast as the food quality is good but seems the number of staff is limited. They are required to work in the reception for check in/out enquiries and at the same time busy rushing to the breakfast area to clean up the tables and food.
