Hotel Interlaken dengan Bar

In the middle between interlaken ost and the main area for shops. 10+mins walk each way , there is a bus and it's free if you stay at the hotel but it only comes every half an hour. No large grocery/convenience store nearby (10 min walk) View in front of the hotel and park is stunning though. No microwave and tissue/paper towels in the kitchen which is a bit inconvenient. Toaster also didn't work. We stayed in the 4 people room and its quite large and great with two seperate sinks but the room is dated and smells like so. Breakfast was good, staff there was nice. Wooden floors weren't clean. Has nice amenities for kids which is good.

Hotel was located conveniently near the station, just a 10min walk from Interlaken West. Plenty of shops and amenities in the area as well. Even our paragliding activity was located a stone’s throw away so that was extra convenient for us. Service by the staff was excellent too. And there is also the cutest cat in the garden house!

Service: Excellent, very reliable for luxury standards. Facilities: Top tier — spa, pools, courts, kids club, etc. Food: Very good, likely to satisfy guests looking for a premium dining experience.

Even though it may not be directly at Interlaken OST (about a 10 mins walk/2 bus stops away), I still enjoyed my stay here as the amenities were great and it’s very clean! For such a price, it’s definitely worth the stay.

Everything is good except when check out there is only 1 staff working. I would like to suggest during peak hour arrange more staff for handing check in & check out. I almost miss my train to Montreux.

Great Value & Perfect Base for Interlaken – Hotel Essential by DORITStayed at Hotel Essential by DORIT, it was exactly what we needed for exploring Interlaken.Location: 10/10. You’re 3 min walk from Interlaken West station and right by Lake Thun. Super easy to catch trains to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, or hop on a boat cruise. Tons of restaurants, Coop, and cafés within a 5 min walk. You can’t beat it for convenience.Room: Clean, modern, and smartly designed. We had a Double Room and it made great use of space — comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and a surprisingly good shower with strong water pressure. Not huge, but perfect for travelers who are out all day. The views of the mountains from upper floors are a bonus.Cleanliness: Spotless. Housekeeping did a great job daily, and the whole property feels fresh and new. Breakfast: Simple but quality. Good coffee, fresh bread, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, and fruit. The breakfast room is small but cozy, with big windows. For the price, it’s more than fair. Service: Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly + efficient. They gave solid tips for hikes and printed our train tickets when we asked. The self-check-in kiosk is also handy if you arrive late.Vibe: Minimalist Swiss design with a boutique feel. No pool or spa, but that’s not why you stay here — you’re here to be out in the Jungfrau region all day. The common lounge area is great for planning routes or chilling with a coffee.Minor notes: Walls are a bit thin — we could hear doors closing at night. Also no elevator, so pack light if you’re on a higher floor. Street parking is limited, but the hotel helped us sort a public lot nearby.Overall: For the location, cleanliness, and price point, Hotel Essential by DORIT is hard to beat in Interlaken. It’s unpretentious, modern, and lets you spend your money on experiences instead of the room. Friendly staffs especially the lady serving breakfast and coffee, great location, big and clean room, upgraded our 2 single room to a 2 double room, really nice gesture. I had to leave 6am for a day trip to Jungfraujoch and was given a packed breakfast, really really appreciated the good effort. Keep it up !

Overall, the hotel service is superb ! Super satisfied with this hotel although room looks abit old Breakfast is super good with great variety of choices ! Will definitely stay here again !

First, the hotel locations is very near to Interlaken West train station and it's walking distance to Interlaken city centre as well as Interlaken Ost. So it's great and easy access to most of the places like grindelwald, spiez, thun, and brienz. The hotel itself it's abit old and honestly I dont really like the bathroom as it abit like run out. The cupboard and hanger also having some dust which makes me feels uneasy. I booked room with single bed, it has window but because now they are doing some outdoor renovation which blocked the view outside my window, that's really like a minus point to me. Overall I think, with the price I pay, I should get a better hotels than this.
