PPengguna TetamuIn the middle between interlaken ost and the main area for shops. 10+mins walk each way , there is a bus and it's free if you stay at the hotel but it only comes every half an hour. No large grocery/convenience store nearby (10 min walk) View in front of the hotel and park is stunning though. No microwave and tissue/paper towels in the kitchen which is a bit inconvenient. Toaster also didn't work. We stayed in the 4 people room and its quite large and great with two seperate sinks but the room is dated and smells like so. Breakfast was good, staff there was nice. Wooden floors weren't clean. Has nice amenities for kids which is good.

IIzzaPizzaHotel was located conveniently near the station, just a 10min walk from Interlaken West. Plenty of shops and amenities in the area as well. Even our paragliding activity was located a stone’s throw away so that was extra convenient for us. Service by the staff was excellent too. And there is also the cutest cat in the garden house!

맂맂으The hotel is very close to Interlaken West Station, which made transportation very convenient. The facilities were excellent and very well maintained. The owner was also very kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The price was very reasonable for the quality and location. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Switzerland next time. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Interlaken!

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at this hotel for six nights during the New Year period, and the experience was truly impressive. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the railway station. Our room was exceptionally clean and offered a beautiful riverside view, making the stay relaxing and memorable.
The in-room facilities were excellent, including drinkable tap water, a coffee machine, and LED-lit mirrors, which added extra comfort and convenience.
What truly stood out was the sincere and attentive service. Special thanks to Mr. Eduardo for his genuine care and professionalism. He listened carefully to our requests and went above and beyond to assist us during our honeymoon. His thoughtful message at the beginning of our journey as a married couple touched our hearts deeply.
A great hotel creates a strong first impression, but heartfelt service builds lasting loyalty. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to friends and family in Thailand.

PPengguna Tetamu服務人員態度超熱情，我們下一個行程住宿地點官方發布的訊息有雪崩的問題，但是住宿地點點都沒有回應我們，工作人員很熱情幫我們協助，還協助我們打瑞士國內的電話過去跟住宿地點溝通相關住宿問題，很讚
不過這間飯店沒有電梯，我們住4樓，要有心理準備搬行李😃

The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable with 2 sinks !
The room service was great! It was always kept up to date and cleaned!
I would definitely recommend, it’s 10 mins walk away from the Interlaken OST, coop supermarket, 10 minutes walk from Interlaken central cut across to eatery places (like Chinese, Indian, western cuisine, and even macdonalds ) !
Hotel view was wonderful too!

AAdamBuffaloGreat location. Building is super cool looking and has easy access to supermarkets and other things in the area. There are apparently 3 bars that are in the bottom level of the hotel but I was too scared to check them out because they looked like the kind of place my mom would drink at.
