DDCHotel di Interlaken ini sangat bagus. Ia sangat mudah untuk mereka yang tinggal di Interlaken West dan menaiki bas. Terdapat sebuah pasar raya berdekatan, kaunter daftar masuk, orang yang sangat baik dan teres.

RRachelle LimGreat location. Thankful for an issuance of a bigger room/ double bed. A single bed comforter was issued though. My room was at the extension wing portion, with auto sensor lighting along the rooms corridor and a slight delayed lighting. Would have a preferred a bright corridor. The heater/ AC system can be on the noisier side too.

UUnicornvenThe room was rather small but still gave a feeling of coziness. Everyone there was friendly, and the receptionist were patient and willing to help with any inquires. The buffet style breakfast was amazing, showcasing local Swiss pastry delight, would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for an accessible and welcoming hotel.

GGan ESThe room and bathroom are small but comfortable and still acceptable. No slipper or toothbrush provided that may cause inconvenience but luckily we brought along with it after highlighted by friend. Be prepared for same type of breakfast dishes, 3 days for us. We noticed the  shower head was damaged but was replaced quickly except cracked mirror after it was brought to the staff attention.

PPengguna TetamuLokasinya sangat bagus, anda boleh turun dari kereta api dan sampai ke hotel dalam masa 10 saat sahaja. ^^ Bilik bersih dan dalam keadaan baik. Sarapan paginya sangat baik, dan terdapat banyak kedai cenderamata, kedai serbaneka dan restoran berdekatan, menjadikannya mudah untuk bersiar-siar. Anda boleh menaiki bas dan kereta api ke Stesen Dong betul-betul di sebelah hotel. Kakitangannya ramah, dan makanan di restoran di tingkat pertama adalah lazat. ^^ Satu-satunya kelemahan kecil ialah tiada peti sejuk di dalam bilik, tetapi ia adalah hotel yang hebat yang saya anggap sebagai kelemahan kecil.

It’s also a short walk to the Aare River, Harder Kulm funicular, and Interlaken’s main shopping and dining areas. The hotel itself sits in a quiet and scenic spot, offering great views of the mountains. Rooms – 8.5/10 The hotel offers both historic and modern rooms, so the experience can vary depending on what you book. Historic rooms (in the main building) feature high ceilings, elegant decor, and antique-style furnishings, giving a grand, old-world charm. Modern rooms (in the newer wing) are sleek and contemporary, with all the latest amenities. Some rooms come with balconies offering stunning views of the Swiss Alps, which is a major highlight! Beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped with quality toiletries. Service – 8/10 The staff is friendly and professional, offering helpful local tips and seamless check-in/check-out. However, during peak tourist seasons, service can feel a bit stretched, especially at the reception and breakfast area. Dining – 8/10 Breakfast – A rich buffet with Swiss specialties, including fresh bread, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The selection is good, though the breakfast room can get crowded. Restaurant & Bar – The on-site restaurant offers delicious Swiss and international cuisine, though the menu is slightly limited. The hotel bar is a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. Wellness & Facilities – 8/10 Spa & Sauna – A small but relaxing wellness area with a sauna, steam bath, and relaxation space—perfect after a day in the mountains. JJY+HeiSorry it took me awhile to give my review as I just returned home. We are so grateful to Hey Hotel for saving our holiday in Switzerland! We had originally booked an Airbnb (to experience stay in a house) near the interlaken west train station. Upon checking in, to our horror, the flat is so disgustingly dirty and smelled rotten. Not only that, there was roadwork in front and the security to the unit is also lacking. We immediately booked our remaining stay at Hey and our trip was saved! The service staff, a bespectacled gentleman, gave us a free check-in early in the morning and upgraded us to the best room for 4 — no qn asked! We have clean room and best view. The breakfast has amazingly good spread. And at a much cheaper rate than the Airbnb which offered nothing but burnt spice, dirty broken toilet and sticky, greasy flooring.
