The apartment has beautiful mountain views from two sides, offering a lovely experience of Interlaken. The breakfast options are limited, but overall the quality is good. The restaurant staff are very helpful, and the reception staff are extremely friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Christian and Hadeer — their warm welcome made us feel comfortable from the very beginning, and because of them we decided to book this hotel. Their kindness and the smiles they gave us every time we met truly touched our hearts. Overall, we had a pleasant and memorable stay.

Thank you Mr Jean-Louis for your generosity and hospitality! It’s nice meeting you in person. Hotel Rossli is clean and comfy, located strategically close to train and bus stops. They also give to us Visitors Card through our stay (doesn’t need further validation, but just hop on and hop off the public transport within the inclusive area which was explained clearly to us during check in) which even covers the public transport to visit St Beatus Waterfall and Isewald for “Steg Crash Landing on You” viewpoint and Brienzersee Lakewalk, The location also made it easy for us to travel to both Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. Can’t believe we could manage to visit so many places with just a 2 nights stay. The hotel is also within walking distance to nearby grocery stores. Last but not least, the hotel also provides common/shared kitchen with microwave oven and unlimited coffee and teas! And there are many many TV channels, even more TV channels than usual 4 or 5 stars hotels. All in all, highly recommend. Would come back and stay again 😊

Great Value & Perfect Base for Interlaken – Hotel Essential by DORITStayed at Hotel Essential by DORIT, it was exactly what we needed for exploring Interlaken.Location: 10/10. You’re 3 min walk from Interlaken West station and right by Lake Thun. Super easy to catch trains to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, or hop on a boat cruise. Tons of restaurants, Coop, and cafés within a 5 min walk. You can’t beat it for convenience.Room: Clean, modern, and smartly designed. We had a Double Room and it made great use of space — comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and a surprisingly good shower with strong water pressure. Not huge, but perfect for travelers who are out all day. The views of the mountains from upper floors are a bonus.Cleanliness: Spotless. Housekeeping did a great job daily, and the whole property feels fresh and new. Breakfast: Simple but quality. Good coffee, fresh bread, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, and fruit. The breakfast room is small but cozy, with big windows. For the price, it’s more than fair. Service: Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly + efficient. They gave solid tips for hikes and printed our train tickets when we asked. The self-check-in kiosk is also handy if you arrive late.Vibe: Minimalist Swiss design with a boutique feel. No pool or spa, but that’s not why you stay here — you’re here to be out in the Jungfrau region all day. The common lounge area is great for planning routes or chilling with a coffee.Minor notes: Walls are a bit thin — we could hear doors closing at night. Also no elevator, so pack light if you’re on a higher floor. Street parking is limited, but the hotel helped us sort a public lot nearby.Overall: For the location, cleanliness, and price point, Hotel Essential by DORIT is hard to beat in Interlaken. It’s unpretentious, modern, and lets you spend your money on experiences instead of the room. Hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful! The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable with 2 sinks ! The room service was great! It was always kept up to date and cleaned! I would definitely recommend, it’s 10 mins walk away from the Interlaken OST, coop supermarket, 10 minutes walk from Interlaken central cut across to eatery places (like Chinese, Indian, western cuisine, and even macdonalds ) ! Hotel view was wonderful too!

Saya sangat mengesyorkannya kepada semua orang yang ingin tinggal di Interlaken. Ia adalah kira-kira 5 minit berjalan kaki dari stesen. Kemudahan: Sangat lengkap, ringkas tetapi praktikal Kebersihan: Hotel paling bersih yang pernah saya tinggali Persekitaran: Sangat baik! ! Perkhidmatan: Sangat baik Jika anda mendaftar masuk terlalu lewat, ingat untuk menghubungi hotel terlebih dahulu.

Old fashioned room has no air con, needs to use the table fan provided. In addition, the window almost dropped off. Room is dark as not enough lights. Not enough electricity plugs available for charging 4 devices (phones and tablets). Beautiful river facing from the window. Conveniently located near the train station and shopping.

very convenient location, it was good enough for us as we spent most of our time outside and only returned to the room to sleep. kitchen was great!

First, the hotel locations is very near to Interlaken West train station and it's walking distance to Interlaken city centre as well as Interlaken Ost. So it's great and easy access to most of the places like grindelwald, spiez, thun, and brienz. The hotel itself it's abit old and honestly I dont really like the bathroom as it abit like run out. The cupboard and hanger also having some dust which makes me feels uneasy. I booked room with single bed, it has window but because now they are doing some outdoor renovation which blocked the view outside my window, that's really like a minus point to me. Overall I think, with the price I pay, I should get a better hotels than this.

Saya boleh berjalan dengan mudah dari Stesen Interlaken West sambil menyeret barang bawaan saya! Ia juga mudah untuk berjalan ke Stesen Interlaken Ost! Terdapat bas ke Ost, jadi jika anda mempunyai Pas Swiss, ia adalah perjalanan yang cepat! Terdapat restoran Switzerland yang lazat berhampiran Ost! Ia hanya larian 30 saat ke Taman Hoehmatte, titik pertemuan paragliding! Dan lari 30 saat ke perhentian bas! Ia adalah menakjubkan! Bilik itu juga luas! Sempurna! Kemenangan besar! Ia menawarkan simpanan bagasi. ◯ Saya pergi ke banyak tempat yang saya ingin lawati di Switzerland, tetapi memilih Interlaken sebagai pangkalan saya adalah keputusan yang bagus. ♡
