SSLT BuddyLocation is great for city shopping. Restaurant is nice and food quality is high. Stayed in a very small room without lake view. People at next building were doing gym and able to look clearly the room without too much privacy. Very noise on traffic due to proximity to the main road if you open windows for fresh air. The bathtub plug is too old and hurt my finger with loose metal chips come off. Recommend to stay only for lake view room during non-peak season. Otherwise, not very cost efficient except you get a big pocket.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama酒店工作人員都很友好，態度好，有問題反饋效率快。 久聞大名，華人國內的五星大酒店，第一次嘗試mo終於可以在國外支持下中國企業，但是去了後發現離火車站較遠的酒店，失誤遺憾錯過火車站中心附近更好。沒有大堂上兩次台階到一個長窄走廊，對腿腳不便人士不太方便。裏面裝修風格是工業風的灰色和黑色暗風格，不是温馨温暖眼前一亮的感覺，個人不喜歡酒店暗暗的，房間地板縫隙大里麪很難清理積塵，最難受的是酒店北面臨馬路，每次大車經過那種如地震地震動心慌無法言表， 溝通很多次，長者晚上實在無法睡個安穩整覺，攜程也多次幫忙溝通，工作人員也幫忙換了幾層北面房間，奈何酒店一直不給升南面房也不給退房，對國人企業如此管理有點失望，以後不會考慮mo酒店了。 6～7千每晚的價格，如此的粗燥簡陋的房間裝修和硬件上無法改變的震動，實在物不所值。 盧塞恩很小，一天足矣，不值得住幾天。 對此次城市和酒店印象比其他城市遜色些。

SSk1973ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวก รถเข้าถึงแต่ซับซ้อนต้องเข้าทางด้านหลังของแม่น้ำ พนักงานบริการดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ห้องพักดูหรูหรา ตกแต่งสวยงาม วิวแม่น้ำสวยมาก แสงในห้องพักสวยงาม เราพัก3คน ไม่อึดอัด เตียงนุ่มสบายกำลังดี เป็นย่าน shopping ด้วย ร้านค้าปิดเร็วอาจเพราะเป็นช่วงหน้าหนาว welcome drink รสชาติยอดเยี่ยม

KKwongVery convenient location. Near the train station and the old town. But it is also very noisy at night and in the early morning. The hotel is next to a club, you can hear people talking loudly from 11pm onwards to early morning from your room. On weekdays, you can hear the rubbish truck around 5-6am.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is good, within 15 minutes travelles by bus to main station. Can see lakes from hotel, however, the view is partially blocked by trees.
Room is beautiful and clean. However, no fridge is available. Lack of Amenities.
Front Desk service is very good.
Overall a 3/5 for me.

JJEJUtraveller루체른역에서 도보 10분이내로 1박하고 넘어가기에 괜찮습니다. 가까운게 짱입니다. 캐리어들고 가기 좋아요. 체크인전 짐 맡기기 좋습지다. 그리고 1층에는 식당을 같이 운영하고 있었고, 식당쿠폰도 함께 주더군요. 사용하지는 못했습니다.
룸에는 전기포트는 없었구요. 커피머신은 있었던 것 같네요.
나가면 바로앞에 카펠교라 이동하기에 좋고요 옆에 스타벅스 있습니다.

TTeeoteeThis is by far the best hotel my wife and I stayed at during our 10 days in Switzerland. The location is right in the center of Lucerne old town, which is only about 9 minutes walking to the main station.
Most importantly, the hotel is very well-decorated and stylish. The lightings and the atmosphere are perfect. Truly recommend this hotel for your trip to Lucerne.

服務：我們到的時候是凌晨五點六點，酒店大堂可以休息，沙發好舒服。早上前台小姐姐來上班（非常漂亮優雅友好），讓我們在放置行李、簡單洗漱，並且給了盧塞恩的免費公交票。早餐的小姐姐們也特別友好，感謝~，很愛
衞生：挺乾淨的
環境：距火車站很近，很好找，很安靜，很方便。
設施：房間內有點老舊，不過這個價格還帶早餐，又這麼方便，真的已經物超所值。順便誇一下，攜程訂境外酒店比booking還划算
總之，非常非常非常滿意~
