SSLT BuddyLocation is great for city shopping. Restaurant is nice and food quality is high. Stayed in a very small room without lake view. People at next building were doing gym and able to look clearly the room without too much privacy. Very noise on traffic due to proximity to the main road if you open windows for fresh air. The bathtub plug is too old and hurt my finger with loose metal chips come off. Recommend to stay only for lake view room during non-peak season. Otherwise, not very cost efficient except you get a big pocket.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama酒店工作人員都很友好，態度好，有問題反饋效率快。 久聞大名，華人國內的五星大酒店，第一次嘗試mo終於可以在國外支持下中國企業，但是去了後發現離火車站較遠的酒店，失誤遺憾錯過火車站中心附近更好。沒有大堂上兩次台階到一個長窄走廊，對腿腳不便人士不太方便。裏面裝修風格是工業風的灰色和黑色暗風格，不是温馨温暖眼前一亮的感覺，個人不喜歡酒店暗暗的，房間地板縫隙大里麪很難清理積塵，最難受的是酒店北面臨馬路，每次大車經過那種如地震地震動心慌無法言表， 溝通很多次，長者晚上實在無法睡個安穩整覺，攜程也多次幫忙溝通，工作人員也幫忙換了幾層北面房間，奈何酒店一直不給升南面房也不給退房，對國人企業如此管理有點失望，以後不會考慮mo酒店了。 6～7千每晚的價格，如此的粗燥簡陋的房間裝修和硬件上無法改變的震動，實在物不所值。 盧塞恩很小，一天足矣，不值得住幾天。 對此次城市和酒店印象比其他城市遜色些。

LLa_MimiThe hotel is very nice and the rooms are well equipped. Everything is there, also slippers and L'occitane products. The view of the city - if you have a good room - is wonderful. Ah, and the room is very clean !
On the negative side, the bed was uneven, maybe because it was used too much, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Then, the rooms are not so spacious.
For one or two nights, I fully recommend coming here.
I will rather go to a more modern hotel next time because of the uneven mattress.

JJyani05Close to the train station but was quite a walk, around 10 minutes or so. Direct view of lake Lucerne. Extremely friendly staff and upgraded our rooms for free. Nothing wrong with the place, very comfortable stay. No good food around thought and the room service food was meh.

JJEJUtraveller루체른역에서 도보 10분이내로 1박하고 넘어가기에 괜찮습니다. 가까운게 짱입니다. 캐리어들고 가기 좋아요. 체크인전 짐 맡기기 좋습지다. 그리고 1층에는 식당을 같이 운영하고 있었고, 식당쿠폰도 함께 주더군요. 사용하지는 못했습니다.
룸에는 전기포트는 없었구요. 커피머신은 있었던 것 같네요.
나가면 바로앞에 카펠교라 이동하기에 좋고요 옆에 스타벅스 있습니다.

The hotel service is really commendable - our requests were met swiftly and very cordial staff.
Breakfast is good as well - remains the same throughout but thats a standard here.

MMintyAngelBerpindah dari stesen keretapi ke hotel, saya mengambil masa agak lama untuk mencari hotel yang ada cable car yang menuju ke gunung.Sebenarnya sama saja seperti menaiki cable car yang agak mudah.Cuma masih ada. jauh nak pergi ke kaunter penyambut tetamu selepas sampai, dan ada beberapa tempat di tengah-tengah. Kena alihkan bagasi.
Bilik hotel bersih, terang dan luas. Bar mini dilengkapi dengan banyak minuman istimewa.
Perkhidmatan di hotel sangat baik dan terdapat banyak pilihan untuk sarapan pagi.Secara keseluruhan saya sangat berpuas hati.

Hotel sent email with self check-in instruction, however, hotel should provide direction for travelers with luggage (as there is no information about another entrance which is easier for luggage). There are many stairs inside the hotel, travelers with big luggage may want to take into consideration.

Room was clean however the underlying structural deficits are hard to miss like bathroom getting wet after a shower as there are no shower curtains. The water is unable to be drained due to lack of drainage hole. The Trip.com booking indicated a city tax of 14 swiss francs but I was charged 16.40 swiss francs on check in for my 2 days stay.
