整體非常好，硬件和服務都非常完美。開門就看到桌子上的迎賓點心，非常精緻。尤其夜床細節很到位，等我回來的時候原本桌子上鏡頭下面給墊了布，孩子的床上放了童話故事。大堂出門就可以到湖邊，非常方便。

The location is unbeatable. It is incredibly close to the Central Station, making arrivals and departures completely stress-free. Even better, it is within easy walking distance to most of the main sights and famous landmarks allowing exploring on foot possible. It's tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood giving me a great night's sleep. It's also just steps away from a vibrant local scene packed with fantastic eateries and cafes. The hotel operates on a self-service concept, from check-in to check-out, making the whole experience highly convenient and flexible. Inside, everything is super clean and modern—it’s clear that maintenance and housekeeping are held to an exceptionally high standard.

The hostel was the best capsule hotel I have ever been. The vibe was amazing (welcoming but also allowing privacy and quiet time); they provide still, cold, sparkling, and hot water options; they have a communal fridge, their design was beautiful and effortful, their space was clean, and the music playlist was cool!! The check-in email came immediately after I booked the hotel with clear instruction on check in (I later realised that not all capsule hotels had such high efficiency). I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for affordable accommodation in Lucern!

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Lucerne, but what truly stood out was the amazing staff and their exceptional service. After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left behind my little plushie elephant, which means a lot to me. The team kindly helped search for it, found it, and even arranged to send it to my next hotel, completely complimentary. I’m incredibly grateful to the staff for their prompt help, thoughtful follow-up, and genuine kindness throughout the whole process. Their willingness to go the extra mile really meant a lot to me. Thank you so much to the team for the wonderful service and care!

Hotel location is superb, near the train station with lots of food options around. It is also minutes away from the Capel Bridge and old town. The downside of this hotel is the ventilation as there is no air conditioning. They are quick to provide fans on request. Breakfast is simple but delicious! Love the scrambled eggs and bread options. You can request for a kettle from the reception as well.

Berpindah dari stesen keretapi ke hotel, saya mengambil masa agak lama untuk mencari hotel yang ada cable car yang menuju ke gunung.Sebenarnya sama saja seperti menaiki cable car yang agak mudah.Cuma masih ada. jauh nak pergi ke kaunter penyambut tetamu selepas sampai, dan ada beberapa tempat di tengah-tengah. Kena alihkan bagasi. Bilik hotel bersih, terang dan luas. Bar mini dilengkapi dengan banyak minuman istimewa. Perkhidmatan di hotel sangat baik dan terdapat banyak pilihan untuk sarapan pagi.Secara keseluruhan saya sangat berpuas hati.

Было позднее заселение, для нас оставили конверт с инструкцией и ключами, позвонив на ресепшен оказалось что менеджер говорит на 6 языках, в том числе и по русски, провел инструктаж удаленно. Отдельная благодарность менеджеру Bangin Salih за оперативную помощь с заселением и внимательное отношение к гостям. Было приятно чувствовать заботу и готовность помочь в любой ситуации. Очень порадовало качество постельного белья, а одеяло и подушки словно облако 💔 Чистота, сервис и особенно завтрак выше всех похвал 😍

The room had many problems. The shower did not have a door and water leaked all over the floor, swelling the bottom of the bathroom door so the door could not be closed. The water also ruined the floor in the entrance. The bathroom tap was very loose, some lights were broken and the window handle was broken preventing the window from being opened or closed. The mattress was very hard and the pillow had too little stuffing in it. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world, this was the second worst room I have ever had.

A bit far from train station and need to take luggage up to stairs at the entrance!
