Hotel Lucerne dengan Sarapan

Close to the train station but was quite a walk, around 10 minutes or so. Direct view of lake Lucerne. Extremely friendly staff and upgraded our rooms for free. Nothing wrong with the place, very comfortable stay. No good food around thought and the room service food was meh.

This hotel of Luzern boasts an exceptional location. It’s a convenient walk from the train station even with luggage. Getting to the area’s major attractions is easy. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The rooms are very clean and offer nice city views. Highly recommended—great choice for your stay.

Bilik itu besar dan bersih. Bagasi boleh disimpan secara percuma sebelum daftar masuk. Kami pada asalnya menempah hotel kapsul berdekatan, tetapi disebabkan pengalaman yang buruk pada malam pertama, kami segera beralih ke tempat ini untuk beberapa malam seterusnya - rasanya seperti satu keselamatan! Lokasinya sangat mudah; perhentian bas hanya beberapa langkah jauhnya, dengan laluan bas 1 dan 19 terus ke stesen kereta api. Coop terletak di sebelah perhentian bas, dan patung Singa Mati berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki yang singkat. Kami tinggal dua malam, dan kerana hujan kedua-dua malam, kami balik awal setiap hari dan makan mi segera.

Location was right beside the train station, making it easy to get in and out of the town. The main streets were also walkable, mostly within 20mins. It can get rather noisy at night due to the bar nearby, but the hotel did provide earplugs to help with the potential noise issue. There is no air-conditioning in the room we booked and we had to rely on the outside air, which was still rather cold so that was not a major issue. The lift is of the typical old European style, so travellers with huge luggage may find it inconvenient when taking the lift.

No air condition but fan provided. Breakfast was soso such as ham, egg, yoghurt, not many choices. Staffs were nice but only one person standby which sometimes need u to wait for them.

Было позднее заселение, для нас оставили конверт с инструкцией и ключами, позвонив на ресепшен оказалось что менеджер говорит на 6 языках, в том числе и по русски, провел инструктаж удаленно. Отдельная благодарность менеджеру Bangin Salih за оперативную помощь с заселением и внимательное отношение к гостям. Было приятно чувствовать заботу и готовность помочь в любой ситуации. Очень порадовало качество постельного белья, а одеяло и подушки словно облако 💔 Чистота, сервис и особенно завтрак выше всех похвал 😍

Great location, inside old town and close to train station and cruise piers. However, the cleanliness needs improvement. For eg there was a used towel hanging at the back of the toilet not cleared, and underneath the sofa bed was filled with dust.

Super clean and cozy. The breakfast is provided with no additional fee and it is a decent quality. City pass is provided via email in advance, so you can register it in your Apple Pay and ride any bus inside Lucerne city. You can take a 19 bus from the Luzern Bahnhof to arrive to the hostel. The hostel has a spacious public place where you can work/study or chill or have a meal by yourself. No towel is provided and you need to bring your own.

Pro: the hotel is few bus stops away from the Lucerne Train Station, can easily get a bus (no. 4) right in front of the hotel or walk 2 mins to another bus stop ( no. 6,7,8) Cons: Room was ready when we arrived at 12.30pm, but hotel requested for CHF20 for so called Early Check in! What a rip off! When we asked for luggage storage, it's chargeable too. Lurcerne Visitors Pass was only prepared when we checked in, how could we get to the hotel from train station without the pass? Should do like other Swiss hotel, to provide before guests arrival so that we can get to the hotel using the free pass.
