We had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li for one night, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the seamless and efficient check-in process. The staff was exceptionally professional and welcoming, ensuring we felt at ease right away. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful complimentary services offered by the hotel. We were delighted to enjoy a lovely afternoon tea, which added a touch of indulgence to our experience. Additionally, the complimentary fruit platter provided was a refreshing and much-appreciated gesture. The attention to detail in these small yet impactful offerings truly made us feel valued as guests. Our room exceeded our expectations in both comfort and size. The spacious layout provided plenty of room to relax, and it was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The design and decor were modern and inviting, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was another highlight of our stay. The variety of options available was impressive, catering to different tastes and preferences. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start our day. The hotel’s location is absolutely fantastic. Situated in the heart of Chengdu, it is conveniently close to the vibrant Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, two of the city’s most popular spots for shopping, dining, and entertainment. This prime location made it incredibly easy to explore the surrounding attractions and fully immerse ourselves in the energy of Chengdu. In summary, our stay at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li was truly exceptional. From the outstanding service to the thoughtful complimentary amenities and prime location, every aspect of our visit was carefully curated to ensure a memorable experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu and look forward to returning in the future.

Right across the road is Chun Xi pedestrian street just an overhead bridge away. Hotel is clean and modern and breakfast is a good spread. Only downside is that the hotel does not occupy the whole building so the lift is shared with other commercial levels so it gets packed during peak hours and takes awhile to get on. 4 washing machines/dryer (2 in 1) but they are a little small and dryer function takes at least an hour to fully dry the laundry so they are always fully occupied in the evening.

Rakan sekerja Rusia kami memberitahu saya bahawa ia lebih selesa daripada xgll di sebelah (bukannya tidak munasabah, bukan kami tidak boleh tinggal di xgll, ia lebih menjimatkan hahahaha sekarang saya lebih suka hotel ini dengan ***a mereka sendiri). . By the way, kat bawah ni ada pejabat pendaftaran nikah, zebra crossing, traffic light, lampu-lampu kat tepi sungai tu semua kemanisan cinta~ Hahahaha~ I love it so much! (Ini saya sekali lagi, kerana saya menempah dua bilik daripada dua jenis bilik yang berbeza. Saya secara peribadi mengesyorkan bilik paling dalam pada tahun 1315, yang mempunyai pemandangan balkoni yang lebih baik. Bilik tatami saya berada di 1309, tetapi pemandangannya juga cantik)

I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary amenities, cozy bedding, or beautiful views. The overall environment feels warm, inviting, and luxurious. What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every team member I encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping staff, was professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, always with a smile. Special thanks to all the front desk staff and 笨小洋who made my stay even more special by my request and help to order meituan. In summary, Benrat Hotel combines a beautiful setting with outstanding hospitality, making it a perfect choice for anyone seeking a memorable experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this gem to fellow travelers.

We were there in Chengdu and faced some sudden changes in our itinerary when arriving,the staffs was extremely helpful and friendly in assisting us for all the problems and queries. I had my mother and brother birthdays on the day we checked in, the staff did a lot of surprises with decorations and cards, really appreciate the help from the morning sets of service crew. I may not get their names but i remember the gentleman with spectacles, along with two ladies with great smiles. 100% would recommend our friends or families to choose this hotel whenever they visit chengdu!!!

Fantastic stay at this pretty boutique hotel! Love the deco right from the hotel lobby, to the garden and all the way to the room! Room’s really clean and the toilet seat is heated! I had such a lovely stay here and will definitely recommend this hotel to me friends! Location wise is amazing, short walk to the Kuanzhai alley and many food, massage and even karaoke options nearby within walking distance.

We loved this hotel ❤️❤️❤️ The staff did their best to help us. The location of the hotel is superb as it is facing Tianfu Square. At least three museums are within walking distance. Chunxi Road is one station away but you can also walk if you wish to. People's Park is also near. Will update the review once I'm back in Manila.

Hotel was very clean. Thanks for the free upgrade for our stay. The room is big and i love the hair dryer. Is not the lousy type of hair dryer which saves alot of times if u have long hair. Very convenient to walk around as is near to IFS and alot of convenience store & restaurants nearby. Front desk is friendly and helpful. If u are not sure of anything, can just wechat them and they are very responsive. But the breakfast can be improve as just few options but the wrap is very delicious. Not sure isit cause weekdays so lesser options. We check out very early around 5:45am, the front desk is there to collect our room card. Will definitely come back again!

Both Tracy (Car Lobby) and Yina (Reception Counter) should be applauded for their willingness and going the extra mile for us. Both Tracy and Yina has been able to help with all our queries and Tracy is really a leadership material, taking the initiative in helping us with our luggage and our parcel returns. Management should look at rewarding them for their qualities. Tracy (大厅） 和 Yina （前台） 的服务精神很应该被表扬。 他们两在我们入住期间很尽心尽力的服务，包括从行李寄存，处理我们的包裹退回，到回答我们的问题都尽力到底。 让我们这次的旅途很愉快。管理层应该提拔，表扬这两位员工。

Apabila saya pergi ke Chengdu beberapa kali, saya selalu tinggal beberapa hari di Wanda Reign. Saya telah menginap di hampir semua hotel dengan lebih 1,000 yuan di Chengdu Wanda Reign. Terdapat beberapa hotel dengan pengering rambut Dyson, pembesar suara Bluetooth Bose dan kerusi urut yang lengkap tinggal di Wanda di Shanghai sebelum ini menggunakan peralatan mandian Hermès, tetapi malangnya ia telah diperoleh oleh Marriott dan menukar namanya Shanghai selepas itu Pengambilalihan dan pengubahsuaian telah berubah di luar pengiktirafan.
