環境如名”雅緻”，安靜舒適。酒店設計簡潔而不失品味，裝修温馨雅緻，營造出一種寧靜致遠的氛圍。乾淨衞生是酒店的基本素養，每個角落都收拾得井井有條，令人放心。 地理位置優越，距離曹娥江僅需幾分鐘路程，對於想要親近自然、欣賞江景的遊客來説，這是一大便利。周邊交通便捷，出行方便，是商務旅行或休閑度假的理想之選。

設施：設施齊全，房間很大，有娃喜歡榻榻米床鋪。踢腳線暖器一直開着，就基本不用開空調。熱水也很足。 衞生：衞生情況不錯，沒什麼瑕疵 環境：環境一流，唯一一家在柯巖風景區內的民宿，住店客人無需買門票進景區。非常適合節假日帶家人定，可以在早上晚上人流高峯前獨享景區美景 服務：管家很專業，是個聰明又努力的小夥子，服務相當熱情。我們入住還遇見老闆結婚的孃家隊伍，還蹭到了喜糖。能招到這麼好的員工，老闆應該也是個很好的人。

非常非常超乎預期的一家酒店！工作人員都很貼心温暖，酒店處處透露着用心的細節，家庭親子出行很愉快！感謝管家小王，還有前台suna，給予了升房體驗，還因為颱風幫忙延遲退房，有什麼問題都在wx上快速回復，非常棒～ 位置：適合自駕遊 服務：入住提前一天就和我電話確認了入住人數和到達時間，所以我們進到房間的時候已經準備好了多的備品，十分周到。遇到的各個工作人員都很友善，駐唱會和路過的客人點頭微笑；我們去游泳的時候沒別人就我們一家，安全員負責地進來陪伴。 增項體驗：這次就體驗了遊船，感覺還挺好玩的，船老闆很健談，還讓小朋友上手開了一段體驗了一下，很有趣。因為颱風的原因沒有在周邊騎車，下次有機會還會來 環境：房間很大，特意為我們留的1.5m雙床房能住下一家四口。mini bar飲料豐富，下雨的庭院很好看，房間很大（不過沒有浴缸），吹風機和化粧鏡都是很好用的牌子。泳池有室外室內兩個，夏天在室外遊很爽，水質都很好。 食物：早餐裏最好吃的是西點～寵物區會分開，所以不用擔心會影響到非帶寵家庭。 是一家會狠狠安利給身邊朋友staycation的酒店，性價比高，五星好評！

先科普如何從新昌安嵐去網紅村下巖貝（很少看到網上有人説！！！）⬇️⬇️ 打電話給對應的商家説是要過去用餐，店老闆會開車來接，吃完飯老闆會把人送回酒店（親身實踐：一般吃飯的店可以，喝咖啡的店鋪不行） 下面來説一説住了三天兩晚個人的體驗感 先説優點✅👍 1. 酒店的地理位置確實是絕佳：依山傍水每間房都是獨棟別墅 2. 酒店的登雲梯是一大特色，乘坐登雲梯前往懸崖頂端喝下午茶，真的是非常的享受。而且登雲梯➕崖景下午茶，真的給人別樣的體驗，很出片～ 3. 酒店打掃的阿姨非常勤快，在沒有特別囑咐的情況下也會打掃的乾乾淨淨 4. 泳池吧的雞尾酒好喝，搭配藍天白雲青山泳池，喝點🍹非常非常幸福～ 下面説説需要改進的地方⬇️❌ 説這些純碎是不想浪費這酒店這麼好的選址和景色，希望細節能有提升！！給前來住宿的客人更好的體驗感，而不是衹有好的出片 1. 接電話的工作人員➕辦理入住的前台態度不耐煩👉🏻在住宿兩天晚上，主動打電話問是否有升房權益，工作人員電話不耐煩（有一種自己見多識廣在給井底之蛙科普的高傲） 2. 好多工作人員就沒有耐心聽顧客説話，顧客問的問題還沒説完就被打斷，然後回答的也不是顧客問的，非常敗好感 3. 接駁車真的很少！！每次叫接駁車都要等10分鐘左右，響應太慢了！！工作人員解釋説：酒店太大了……趕巧了，這個假期住了4家度假酒店，3家有接駁車的，而且酒店都很大很大，衹有安嵐響應速度是最慢的…… 4. 工作人員都不熱情，好多人看到客人不主動問好……接駁車小哥的説話口氣還沒有顧客客氣……這個我覺得是酒店管理方的問題❌就説接駁車吧，大夏天的户外開來開去，人員嚴重不足就意味着他們的工作量加價加倍，又這麼熱，真的很難有好臉色好脾氣 5. 前台溝通有障礙且不專業……和前台説要一輛接駁車載我們看看酒店景色（不是用車高峯時間段），結果接駁車小哥過來的時候説完全不知道這個事……小夥伴牛皮筋不見了，就想問前台要根牛皮筋（期間有阿姨來主動打掃過），前台讓阿姨帶着整理的垃圾到房間，阿姨感覺好可憐，就差當場翻垃圾證明了……我們衹是要根牛皮筋而已，中間溝通的人真的讓人無語，可憐了打掃的阿姨 6. 酒店早餐品種不豐富，且味道很一般 7. 房間內垃圾桶放置不合理：諾大的房間衹有衞生間和洗手枱各一個垃圾桶，應該再給一個垃圾桶，用於房間日常扔垃圾的（雖然我們打電話問前台要了一個） 8. 酒店的泳池設定也不合理，夏天這麼熱户外泳池毫無遮擋，玩水很容易曬傷。剛巧在住你家前兩天也住了一家度假酒店，人家崖頂的無邊泳池就在不影響美觀的前提下種了一棵樹，哪怕是下午玩水也有一點樹蔭！！這樣的話，泳池在盛夏就不是擺設，而是真的能用的！！ 9. 餐巾紙不是全新未開封的，電話了才送來…… 💰價格：暑假的工作日4000/2晚 這還是團購過後超級優惠的價格，日常最起碼2500一晚的酒店，細節要好好提升下哦。不要讓後續入住的客人失望了

We really enjoyed everything. We came from Hangzhou for a weekend getaway to relax and visit 诸葛仙山, and also to swim. The surrounding nature is magnificent, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful — exactly what we came for. There's an excellent outdoor pool where you can swim under the moonlight. On the hotel grounds, there are black swans, rabbits, a fox, and raccoons. We stayed for two nights. For the first breakfast, we had a choice between a Western or Chinese set menu. On the second morning, there was a buffet — and it was fantastic. We definitely preferred the buffet. There were green olives. The food was very tasty. Most importantly, black coffee was available for breakfast — strong, just the way we like it, and no sugar! What could be better than a cup of Americano in an Italian castle in the morning? The mini pastries were exquisite. The hotel itself is very beautiful — we felt as if we had visited Italy. The staff were extremely polite. The rooms were delightful, with a bathtub and even bath foam provided. Upon arrival, a small buggy took us to the main building with the rooms — that was a pleasant surprise. At checkout, they gave us a bottle of sparkling wine as a gift — unexpected but very nice. We loved everything and think we'll come back again many times.”

Amazing place. Incredibly serene, great food. There’s not many shops in walking distance so bring supplies. But the food in the restaurant is really really good. Players for kids, big pool, nice café, which serves coffees and drinks. Breakfast is plentiful. We will be back.

Comfortable & convenient. Great location, near 书圣故里 & 鲁迅故里, I could buy my tickets for 沈园 Night Show in the afternoon and take a bus to go back and night to watch the show. This area also has many clothing shops, which sells the locally manufactured down jackets and winter wear. The room is cozy, well equipped and good view. I could see the pagoda from afar in the morning and the beautifully lit exhibition centre at night.

The hotel sits on a good location close to a huge shopping mall, and it’s convenient to go around. The room was spacious, however the room was not clean enough, especially regarding to fixations such as bathroom floors, walls, fixed furnitures, projectors, floor cushions etc, you can see they need deep clean. Service was very good, we also got our laundry washed! Overall the real downside is the cleanliness

The location is the best thing about this place. You can take easy, kid-friendly strolls or go trekking in the hills and cliffs just a short walk from the hotel. It’s surrounded by postcard views — no wonder it’s often used for weddings. The pool has a beautiful view and is relatively clean, but the sunbeds were dusty and dirty. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 8 p.m., but by 7:30 p.m. there was hardly anything left to order. The menu is just an A4 sheet with small, dense text, hard to read and not very inviting. The hotel grounds have many nice spots, but most look somewhat abandoned. We also saw a staff member smoking and throwing a cigarette on the ground next to the pool. The room was spacious and overall fine, but during the holidays the price was 50% higher than usual — not justified by the experience. I accidentally left my earbuds in the room, and nobody contacted me until I reached out myself. I appreciate that the hotel sent them to me, but it would have been a nice gesture to cover the small 13 RMB shipping fee. For a hotel charging 1,400 RMB per night, that kind of thoughtfulness makes a difference. This place definitely has potential, but it hasn’t been developed.

Beautifully located about 1.7km from city center at a quiet residential area which is very peaceful and serene next to a river. It's easily access by online taxi booking. We love the awards winning Southen Song Dynasty design of the property , however we noticed that the management didn't really put in efforts to upkeep the place. We stayed in the garden room on the ground floor which we have access to the Riverside garden. It's a shame that the garden are not maintained and the furniture in the garden are not clean to tho use. I'm sorry to say that staffs attitude are pretty standard or below, not warm nor cold , didn't make the guests feel welcomed.
