TtropismWonderful hospitality by Nayuan Guesthouse, with the hosts going out of their way to make us feel at home with movie screenings, complimentary pizza and bread and stargazing. There are loads of activities that the guesthouse plans for its guests. And the location is a great starting point to explore Fuzhi mountain area. Would love to come back and visit again!

The staff is very enthusiastic. The bar on the first floor has cocktails to drink at night. The restaurant on the 11th floor has a buffet breakfast. The scenery is also very good. You can see the Cao‘e River. The overall experience of staying is very satisfactory.

FFrancisco VertedorAmazing stay for our family. It was our best experience in China. Excellent customer service. They went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. Everything was perfect, from the transfer in electrical car, fruit in the room, wine tasting, boat ride, delicious breakfast, wine jar closing experience, etc.
The place itself is also magical. A perfect combination of tradition with modern amenities in the room.

前台管家貝拉，小董熱情給安排採摘活動，看到我們年紀大了，讓他們採摘好送上門。入住體感很好我們再續住一天，管家貝拉幫我們下單，關注領券為我們省了20房費，小小舉動體現了處處為客人着想。酒店大氣，迷你吧飲品多達9種，晚上送上甜湯和可愛的小手串。
我們三天都在酒店晚餐，膳中餐廳服務和菜品都不錯，價位適中而量較大，我們要求點心各半份，餐廳也能滿足。
感謝酒店服務人員，給到我們賓至如歸的感覺，有機會再二刷。

The property may not be ideal for elderly guests, as there are no lifts and guests need to climb several flights of stairs. On the positive side, the room was spacious, and well-suited for families.

MMs. BhawanaWe stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers.
First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children.
Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted.
Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times.
While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating.
Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is the best thing about this place. You can take easy, kid-friendly strolls or go trekking in the hills and cliffs just a short walk from the hotel. It’s surrounded by postcard views — no wonder it’s often used for weddings.
The pool has a beautiful view and is relatively clean, but the sunbeds were dusty and dirty. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 8 p.m., but by 7:30 p.m. there was hardly anything left to order. The menu is just an A4 sheet with small, dense text, hard to read and not very inviting.
The hotel grounds have many nice spots, but most look somewhat abandoned. We also saw a staff member smoking and throwing a cigarette on the ground next to the pool. The room was spacious and overall fine, but during the holidays the price was 50% higher than usual — not justified by the experience.
I accidentally left my earbuds in the room, and nobody contacted me until I reached out myself. I appreciate that the hotel sent them to me, but it would have been a nice gesture to cover the small 13 RMB shipping fee. For a hotel charging 1,400 RMB per night, that kind of thoughtfulness makes a difference.
This place definitely has potential, but it hasn’t been developed.

EEilslieThe amenities were great, clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The service from the staff was truly excellent; everyone was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. One thing I really appreciated was how kid-friendly the place was, there were plenty of attractions and activities to keep the little ones entertained, so parents can actually relax too! I’ll definitely be coming back.

PPengguna TetamuBeautifully located about 1.7km from city center at a quiet residential area which is very peaceful and serene next to a river. It's easily access by online taxi booking.
We love the awards winning Southen Song Dynasty design of the property , however we noticed that the management didn't really put in efforts to upkeep the place.
We stayed in the garden room on the ground floor which we have access to the Riverside garden. It's a shame that the garden are not maintained and the furniture in the garden are not clean to tho use.
I'm sorry to say that staffs attitude are pretty standard or below, not warm nor cold , didn't make the guests feel welcomed.
