Shaoxing Hotel

"The room was quite spacious. I was given a room on the 3rd floor of Building 2. There was construction nearby, but the soundproofing in the room was excellent, so it didn't really bother me. It's also very close to the back entrance, which made coming and going super convenient. Public transportation was easily accessible too. The hotel's landscaping and garden design are lovely, making it a great spot for photos. The restaurant is right next door, which was very convenient for breakfast, and you can also have other meals there. The prices were decent and quite reasonable. Ordering takeout here was a bit inconvenient. Firstly, there weren't many good restaurants available for delivery. Secondly, delivery drivers could only drop off at the lobby entrance; there were no robots or staff to bring it to the room, so I had to go pick it up myself. Transportation was pretty good. It was easy to call a taxi. Bus stops were about a 400-600 meter walk from the hotel, and there were many bus routes that could take me to almost all the attractions. Just be aware that some bus routes have infrequent service, so you might have to wait a long time for certain buses. For shorter distances, renting an electric scooter would be very convenient."

"The accommodation was great, with the room exactly matching the picture. A handy feature is the laundry facility on the 3rd floor. Its location is perfect: just a short walk away from Cangqiao Old Street and other interesting spots. The Old Street, in particular, has an abundance of unique local food to satisfy for all three meals. Very appreciated the lovely hostess, who was incredibly warm and provided excellent service. A very good experience overall."

Dongyueli Hotel (Shaoxing Downtown Area Cangqiao Straight Street)

"The hotel's location on Cangqiao Old Street is incredibly convenient, and the Wangjianglou restaurant right outside is delicious. The service here is also excellent; the front desk staff, especially one young man, was incredibly helpful and always resolved any issues we had with great patience. They even offer a complimentary sweet soup in the evenings! The breakfast auntie was also very enthusiastic, constantly explaining all the different dishes."

"This is my second time choosing this place, and my overall experience is still very satisfying, definitely a five-star review! Compared to my first visit, the service this time was just as meticulous and thoughtful. The staff were warm and patient, and communication was very pleasant. I had a small question during my stay, and it was promptly addressed and resolved quickly, without any excuses or delays, which was very reassuring. You can really feel that the establishment is always very dedicated, with professionalism and a sense of responsibility always present. My return visit certainly didn't disappoint, and I'll continue to choose them in the future if needed. Highly recommended!"
