I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was both professional and friendly. Room Quality: The room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, with a comfortable king-size bed and plush linens. The modern amenities, such as the high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, were all in excellent working order. The view overlooking the city skyline was stunning, especially at night. Service: The staff truly made my stay memorable. They were always available to assist with a smile, whether it was helping with directions, arranging transportation, or accommodating special requests. Location: The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access popular attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. Overall Experience: I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. It’s a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. its walkable distance from the hbf and the tram is just outside the hotel. breakfast is the same for both days we stayed. spread was okay, not alot. not much things around if you arrive on sunday because most places are closed, but there is a mall just beside the hotel. toilet is clean but no toilet amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste provided, only shampoo conditioner and shower gel. no bedroom slippers either. but you may purchase them from front desk. space is not too big, but still can open two luggages in each corner. bed is comfy, ac and heated shower was good.

The staff were helpful and friendly.and spoke excellent English. When we asked for milk, an ironing board, toilet paper, we had to collect from reception. We usually find that hotels will deliver to room. However, at least they had what we needed. Some hotels don't have an iron available! I had a chipped cup in my room (but I didn't ask for another). The hotel is 15 minutes walk to town centre. The hotel feels a little tired and in need of an update in the rooms. It is good value when compared with some hotels we've stayed in. It was clean and had all we needed.

Veeeery nice accommodation experience! Big room with nice and comfortable facilities. Nice breakfast with Brazilian style. Convinient transportation (S-Bahn station near the hotel) to city center and has a nice Chinese Restaurant nearby :P

The location was near the train station, and it wasn't quiet also, we heard the voices of the other rooms.

The room is very chic and good design and the location is good but the price is too expensive for the size of hotel like this. The reception is polite and better than normal German standard so nothing to complain except the size of the room and the price

Everything was clean and we felt welcome. The design is unique and we liked that there was live music at breakfast

The only downside I would say is that in the recent heat wave, this room is a bit hot. Other than that, I feel like I have everything I need from this room. It's close to the metro, there's a supermarket literally 3 min away and city center is like 20 min walk if you don't want to take the metro.

While the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, several aspects of the stay were disappointing—especially considering the nightly room rate. One major issue was the €22 per day charge for parking. Many comparable hotels offer complimentary parking as a standard courtesy, so this felt unnecessary. Another inconvenience was the lack of daily replenishment of bottled water in the room. This is a small but basic amenity that many hotels provide, and its absence was noticeable. Additionally, the room itself felt quite old and in need of some updates. It didn’t quite match the standard expected for the price. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket, just about 2 to 3 minutes away, making it easy to grab any essentials. Overall, these added costs, the room's condition, and the overlooked details made the stay feel less guest-friendly and not quite worth the price.

Our stay was great! We received a warm welcome, and the room exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed — to our surprise, there was even a stove and a microwave. Aside from a few minor details, everything was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable! The location was perfect for us, and there are a few dining options nearby. We also found the value for money to be very reasonable.
