Hotel Bilbao dengan Bar

빌바오 공항에 12시쯤 도착해서 늦게 체크인을 했는데, 리셉션의 직원이 매우 친절해서 좋았어요. 침대도 넓고 화장실도 깨끗하고,비록 스페인어를 할 줄 모르지만 직원들은 매우 친절해서 어려움은 하나도 없었어요!

El hotel es una maravilla, los trabajadores muy correctos y amables con nosotras en todo momento. La limpieza de las habitaciones inmejorable. Y atención en todo momento. Lo recomiendo 100%!! Muy cerca de las conexiones de tranvía y bus, aunque caminando son unos 15-20 minutos hasta el casco viejo.

It's a nice hotel. Everything you need is there. Good city part around. But the devil was hidden in the details. 1) Upon checking in, I discovered hair from a trimmed beard in the shampoo holder on the sink (while I was yelling and running around in circles my partner had just rinsed it off). 2) Centuries of dust on the shelf and TV. 3) The clock on March 01, 2024 is still set one hour ahead. at 8:40pm I get dressed and run out to a meeting by 9pm. which as it later turns out will be in 1.20 minutes. Answer: the technician is no longer at the hotel today, we will let him know. March 04, 2024, at the time of our departure, the clock is still showing the wrong time. And I thought: ”ok we can live with that”. BUT 3) The room is hot, it's really hot. We Germans and so used to sleep at +17 degrees at night (save money energy and its healthy))). Also my the partner does not tolerate the heat at all (Also if you have age changes or something else... It could be horror). The answer from the hotel: ”It's winter, the air conditioner only works for heating”. This we find out after we have been ”cooling” for a day and a half (but the hotel description has 138 rooms with air conditioning!?). 4) We get a fan to cool down. 5) I discover that the sheets are 50 percent and the pillows are 52 percent synthetic. ((at this point, I realize why they are so sweaty and sweltering to sleep in. I know its subjective). This hotel recived 3 out of 5 in my rating. P.S.: The glasses were not washed perfectly (it's just gazpacho, not oil paint and black tea) The toilet paper holder is positioned so that you hit it with your butt every time you sit down on the toilet, and when you sit down it rests on your chest

Hotel location is simply the best. You can reach old town by 2 min. walk. Good metro and bus connection to Airport. Comfortable and Fitness Center available which is plus.

lovely experience at the Autograph, staff was really friendly and the location was perfect - you could walk to many places. there are food available in the late night in the vicinity as well. the rooftop bar has a great view for an afternoon cerveza! room was comfortable and had sufficient space for 2 person.

Good location as it is just next to train station and metro station. Located in the shopping region. With 5 star standard. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and big.

I thought the sauna was included in our stay that’s why I booked the hotel. When I’ve mentioned it to the staff about not having an additional cost to it when you book online, they told me is part of the spa . This is very confusing as if it was part of the spa why mentioning it and not including it in the spa section . Spa and sauna are not the same and if it’s a cost to it , that should be mentioned. Anything else was amazing . Also they don’t have a separate cost to the sauna only ! I just wanted to use the gym and the sauna , no spa though! There was no possibility to book the sauna without the spa. It’s like 20 euros per acces not per day which I thought it’s a rip off especially when you are already booked with the hotel and you’ve paid for your room! Again staff showed no flexibility , it was either pay for something you won’t use or you don’t get it! Ended up not booking it because I did not want to use the spa , and I thought it was a lot of money (20 euros) to pay for 15 min use of sauna only.

Hotel was minutes away from Guggenheim Museum Bilbao which was our planned at Bilbao. There is hotel parking with a fee available during booking. The breakfast was good. The hotel and resturant staff were friendly and kind. My room was modern and clean, it comes with a streets view. There is room available with the museum view too.

El hotel se encuentra a 17min aprox andando de la zona del río y del Guggenheim. En el portal de al lado hay un GOiko y un burguerking, también hay bares, panaderias y cafeterias El personal muy amable, disponen de una consigna para poder dejar las maletas en el caso de que se necesite. En mi caso reservé parking, ya que aparcar en los alrededores es complicado y es zona verde/azul/roja, nos permitieron dejar el coche más tiempo del que teníamos contratado sin coste adicional..asique fenomenal! Relación calidad-precio buena La habitacion en la quinta planta, estilo buhardilla, la ventana por seguridad no se podía abrir del todo, cama cómoda, únicamente una almohada por persona (es el unico inconveniente que puedo decir) Facilitan una botella reutilizable para poder rellenar con agua filtrada fria/caliente que disponen en cada una de las plantas, facilitando agua gratuita a todos los huespedes Baño amplio con plato de ducha Limpieza excelente

Una gozada el personal muy amable y nos recomendaron dónde ir a comer y visitar desde el minuto 1. Fuimos al concierto de Metallica y llegamos en menos de 3 minutos caminando.
