⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Location, Cozy Room—Watch the Bed!
Vicci Consulado de Bilbao has a fantastic location—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It’s perfect for exploring Bilbao on foot.
The room itself was stylish and clean, though quite compact. If you’re traveling light, it’s fine, but space is definitely tight. One funny (and slightly painful) moment: I actually fell off the bed! It’s positioned close to the wall and a bit narrow, so maybe not ideal if you toss and turn at night.
Despite that, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was modern and welcoming. I’d recommend it for solo travelers or couples who don’t mind a snug space and want to be in the middle of the action.

Highly recommend this extremely well lovated and modern hotel. The staff are fabulous and highly professional. The rooms are spacious and very practical. The location is right in the middle. You can walk to the train station, to the old shopping area... You are 15 minuti away by tram to the Guggenheim. Thank you again for such a beautiful stay - will definitely come again.

The window in the room was blocked since the handle was removed, so we could not open the window for fresh air or emergency
The airconditioning was very poor. Even when leaving it on, it took hours before the temperature came down from 26 degrees to 23 degrees. This is too high for sleeping.

Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city.
What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage.
The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers.
We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom.
The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

I’m so glad we chose this one as it was a very comfortable room huge twin beds, very comfortable mattresses, pillows and bedding. One comfy arm chair plus desk chair, suitcase stands, glasses, mugs, kettle etc mini fridge , bottled water provided, excellent shower with quality fittings. Very quiet room and excellent location for the city centre and the river and metro & tram stops. Highly recommend

Pengguna TetamuStaff 都很熱情，畢竟是西班牙。前台的 Enara Enaramonasterio 尤其讓人印象深刻，有問必答，非常熱心，給出很好的建議。地理位置不錯，很容易找吃的。待了四晚，遺憾沒有一個簡單的gym鍛鍊一下。

Pengguna TetamuI really enjoyed my 1 night here and was very good for a hostel . Beds were comfy and private and bathrooms were lovely and clean . The staff were super helpful and accommodating and was such a social hub with things to do each night and makes it much easier for meeting people while travelling . The breakfast was a great deal too and luggage storage was super helpful .
As well as popping in and out of ther hub area even after I had left . Felt very looked after and will be coming back

Big room, nice beds, all amenities like tv, aircon, kettle, frige and safe. Real bath and bidet in the bathroom. Looks little bit tired, but ok. The only problem was a plastic card room key with magnetic *****, which had been unmagnetized in my pocket several times with earphones case. Hotel has several bars/restoraunts, including one in the inner garden. And meeting areas for conferences.

Pengguna TetamuThe hotel itself is great, and I especially appreciated how kind and helpful the Colombian receptionist was.
However, my experience with the service was disappointing. I was staying for business, and although it was a bank holiday, I needed to use an iron before an important meeting. I had to wait 45 minutes, and when I called reception again, I was told that, following the housekeeping staff’s advice, they could only provide one after 10 a.m.
I explained that I was working and was already running late for my meeting. Thankfully, the receptionist eventually brought me the iron himself, and I really appreciated his help.
Overall, a nice hotel, but the situation with the iron was unnecessarily frustrating—especially for a business traveller.

AlinaNiyazaliчудесный отель! чисто, уютно, возможно не очень новый (в номере заметны погрешности с мебелью), но все очень симпатично. жаль в номере нет тапочек. но есть зубные щетки, бритва, расческа, вкусное по запаху мыло,шампунь, бальзам, лосьон для теля. остановка на автобус до аэропорта в 2х минутах, метро в 4х мин. Всё близко и доступно. На ресепшене чудесная русская девушка Мария, подскажет, расскажет и нарисует на карте куда пойти и что поделать) передаю Благодарность и Привет🩷
до океана добраться 11 станций метро и 20 минут на автобусе.
Соседняя дверь от отеля ресторан, очень вкусный осьминог буквально за 10 минут был готов.
Рядом парк (там показывали финал Fifa)
в Общем- КАЙФ! Бильбао прекрасен! Спасибо😍
