An excellent new hotel, with helpful and friendly staff, a chic bar and restaurant, comfortable rooms and a vibrant feel. I stayed in a UNIK room (there are four categories to choose from), this was a very good size with double bed, desk area, safe, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, and an open plan wardrobe. The bathroom had ample space to the side of the sink. The shower was walk in, big and had two heads. Shower gel and shampoo in large dispensers Restaurant provided quality and ample food at both breakfast and dinner. Bar is cool with fun decoration. Both are on the top floor of the building so the views are good. Gym well equipped and on the first floor. The nearest train station is 10 mins walk at Le Stade. Trains every 15 mins to St Lazare in central Paris and the journey is 15 mins. A combination of buses 176/276 and Tram 2 will get you to La Defense, or on foot it is about an hours walk. This is a quality and good value hotel. I was working at the nearby Business Park, but for tourists to Paris or business trips to La Defence it could make a excellent and affordable base rather than the over priced more central hotels.

We LOVED our stay at this hotel. I was with family and we booked 2 rooms adjoining. The hotel was clean, our rooms were clean, the staff was very nice, professional and we never experienced any problems at all. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of fresh foods to choose from. They had an espresso/capuccino machine which made the best coffee. David and Soukaina at the front desk were so nice and answered any questions we had and offered suggestions in the local area and offered help with taking the metro to/from the hotel. The location is about 35-45 minutes from the city center and about 25 minute walk to the arch of La Defense, or a 7 minute tram ride. I would stay here again for sure.

Muy recomendable. Es un hotel sencillo y limpio y el personal amable. El desayuno no es muy grande pero es acorde al precio, tienes variedad, fruta, huevos, queso, jamón, panes, repostería, ... En cuanto a la ubicación está muy cerca de la parada caminando, aunque sí que es verdad que está un poco alejado del centro. Hay que tener en cuenta comprar los tickets con acceso a la línea j. El normal no llega hasta allí.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel and facilities are good for the price. Nothing to object, however the staff and service offered is something else. I travelled from the UK with my 9 year old son for a weekend, despite having Pre contacted the hotel to double check option for late check out and room status receptionist couldn't find my room when I got there at 12 midnight with my son. None if staff can't speak any other language than French at any level, I only speak Spanish and English so that was tricky. He took my ID andbended up giving one a room I think more to get rid if me as obviously I had an email confirmation. The code I was given would work, went back down. He had to change my twice due to same issue. Room wasn't proper ready as bins were full my decide no to say anything, least of my problem. Following morning went down and asked the new receptionist if everything was OK, he said it was and confirmed my name, first name. Paid for breakfast. I had to ran into the kitchen numerous times as there were no plates, cutlery or even mugs. Spent day in Paris and came back around 9pm. Again my room door wouldn't open. Back to reception. Staff member asked my name to confirm, when I said my full name, he denied, I said yes, that's my name, I checked in last night. Well they had a booking with my first name but a totally different last name, for two adults even though I travelled with a kid. So they checked me in under a completely different identity and despite my attempts for changing that I ended up giving up because the language barrier is actually a pain. The problem with the door not opening lasted all weekend. I ended up checking one day earlier and staying at my friend's. It's a shame because the hotel is nice but service is appalling. You can also see they are getting annoyed when you can't speak French what I would understand if they had no made as many mistakes. I prepaid for my room and completed online checking to avoid having to communicate that much but obviously even though. Frustrating

MMahmud1096Its my first time in Paris and definitely love this hotel! Its a new hotel. Everything is clean and nice. My room has a balcony, just that the view is a construction of a probably new hotel or appartment but thats ok bcos the room quality matters more to me. Toilet are clean too. Metro is quite a distance but there are few bus stop that is about 2 to 3 mins walking, so just use google map to navigate yr way, pretty simple. There is also a self service laundry on level 9. About 4 euro for washing machine n 2 euro for dryer. Pls bring own detergent/pods. PLEASE TAKE NOTE. If using google map, do note use 1 Allée Louise Michel as the hotel address, its wrong. I tried and also use for uber booking but ended up wrong place. Just search the hotel's full name in google map and it will be correct.
