La déco est vintage revisitée , très beaux lustres.
La porte de la sdb de la 206 pose pb , il n' y a pas assez de place. Manque de propreté dans la sdb, pomme de douche.
On trouve de la moquette au sol posée sur du parquet qui grince.
Des distributeurs d'eau sont présents aux étages, l'hôtel est climatisé.
Le personnel était accueillant.
Petit dejeuner top, avec le fromage sablé.
Le rooftop ouvre à 16h, les cocktails sont bons mais relativement élevés pour une ville de province 16-18, 7 le coca. Vue décevante."

PPengguna Tanpa NamaSpacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience.

Room was spacious and contemporary. Breakfast buffet spread was limited compared to other Novotel hotels.

MmharsnClose to a metro station, but not close to any of the sites. Still, they are within walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants in the area.
The food court / common room is nice, with lots of couches and power outlets. It closes at night though, and then there is no place to go except back to your room.
The dorm rooms have air conditioning, which is nice. Mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. Good Wi-Fi throughout.
The morning and daytime front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

FFanHeheThis was the second time i booked the hotel. The first time was lovely staying. However , this time is terrible.
You can't believe when you enter the room that box tissue and lady bags were running out. And I requested a sofa bed for my son. But they gave me the baby cot.
Luckily, the staff came and took away the cot and open the sofa bed for me. But I needed to make the bed and put the blanket cover for myself.i thought i was working in the hotel.
Obviously , the room was cleaned roughly. Hotel needs to ensure the staffs to clean every room seriously and make sure to refill enough tissue in the room. You can have a look at the photos. the telephone. Super ..dirty with yellowish tea stain... and the toilet... thousands years limescale sticking on the toilet bowl. Sigh...
The air con was super weak. Pls fix it. We slept with sweat for the whole night.
When we opened the sofa bed, we found the lice jumped out. All legs and feet felt itchy immediately.
Pls make a timetable to steam the furniture and do pest control.

KKate ThomWe were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered.
Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

Xxavier christian samJ’ai passé un excellent séjour au Napoléon Hôtel à Lille. L’emplacement est idéal, juste en face de la gare et à deux pas du centre-ville, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel, avec une équipe disponible et souriante.
La chambre était confortable, propre et bien équipée, parfaite pour se reposer après une journée de visite. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le calme malgré la situation centrale.
Le petit-déjeuner était varié et copieux, un vrai plus pour bien commencer la journée.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Lille dans de très bonnes conditions !

PPengguna TetamuEverything you needed was there, but not more. Very basic minimum. We were satisfied, the room was quite small, same the bathroom, but not too small. Personnel was friendly and check in and out times were good. It’s quite okay for the price, guess you won’t find better places for that price. It was clean and warm.
