Hotel Lille dengan Sarapan

Fijne grote kamer met een klein keukentje. We hadden om een kinder bedje gevraagd en alle was naar wens.

The receptions are really helpful, she is pro-active to assist before l asked for my wises. The room is bigger than standard as it has an extra sofa which can turn into additional bed and also a extra table for snacks. The WC is seperate from the shower, and you can take a shower with either a stand-bath or shower-tub. But most important is hygiene and they are doing really well. The location is right next to station and also shopping mall EuraLille. The breakfast is not amazing as not much warm meals you can choose from beside scrambled eggs and mini Bratwurst however there are enough various for breakfast.

It is a very nice hotel, but my stay was ruined. The hotel had decided to have a DJ blast music from one of the hotel rooms to celebrate festivities in Lille that weekend. The DJ was blasting music through an open window to the street below at exceptionally high volume levels. My room was above the DJ. The music shook the room, it was impossible for us to stay in the room. It was a lovely room but it wasn't fit for purpose, and should not have been hired out to guests when the hotel had arranged for a DJ to be creating that level of noise below them. I arrived at the hotel after a 15 hour journey, desperate for rest before going out to meet friends in the evening. Rest was simply impossible in the room. As a result my evening out was also ruined. At the very least a hotel needs to provide a quite relaxing room for guests, this wasn't done. I would advise you to consider other options available before considering this hotel.

Fairly good location but other Ibis hotels are right in the heart of the city for only a few pounds more. Ended up getting taxis home at night as there are some quite dark, lonely sections on the road home. Service was excellent for such an affordable hotel- staff brought extra pillow on request, iron and ironing board, they were always smiling, polite and proficient. In the room, there was one small, high up window making the room feel dark and hot. We were on level 1, higher bedrooms seemed to have better windows. Mattress was comfortable but not attached or anchored in- it tended to surf away from the hard headboard and your one pillow then fell down between the gap. The pillows themselves were crap- I felt like a I was sleeping on a water balloon- when you rested your head on one section, it would go flat and inflate the other. We requested extras because I had recently had surgery and needed extra support and one extra was provided. I ended up using towels for extra support which was less than ideal. Bathroom was clean, modern and had a nice, powerful shower. TV had access to Netflix and YouTube. The air conditioning was FANTASTIC and powerful when it was on but then it inexplicably would turn off maybe 2/3 times a night and the heat would wake us up which was a shame. We run hot and like a colder bedroom so this might not be a deal breaker for you but it’s very important for me and affected my quality of sleep.

This was the second time i booked the hotel. The first time was lovely staying. However , this time is terrible. You can't believe when you enter the room that box tissue and lady bags were running out. And I requested a sofa bed for my son. But they gave me the baby cot. Luckily, the staff came and took away the cot and open the sofa bed for me. But I needed to make the bed and put the blanket cover for myself.i thought i was working in the hotel. Obviously , the room was cleaned roughly. Hotel needs to ensure the staffs to clean every room seriously and make sure to refill enough tissue in the room. You can have a look at the photos. the telephone. Super ..dirty with yellowish tea stain... and the toilet... thousands years limescale sticking on the toilet bowl. Sigh... The air con was super weak. Pls fix it. We slept with sweat for the whole night. When we opened the sofa bed, we found the lice jumped out. All legs and feet felt itchy immediately. Pls make a timetable to steam the furniture and do pest control. Good points : good location and yummy breakfast

An excellent address for people who want to visit Lille. It is located less than a mile a way from the station. And it’s easy to get to sights. The hostel is very clean and the service is great. A good place ran by friendly people. The breakfast is amazing by hostel standards as you get bread, cheese, ham, olives, yoghurt, cereals, hot drink and orange juice. There are also some community activities/workshops going on, but haven’t experienced these.

We were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered. Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

Be aware that this is a budget hotel. Initially we were given a room that was dirty and not maintained properly, another room was issues and it was great. The shower in the bathroom was a little cramped but manageable. The location is good and it's easy to find. It's close to the cities restaurants and a short walk to the old city. There is a main shopping centre attached and a great place to find breakfast.

Emplacement, personnels, confort de la chambre et petit déjeuner au trop.

L'hôtel est très bien situé au sud ouest de Lille près des autoroutes. On y arrive rapidement et on y part facilement. Le quartier est calme et le parking n'est pas fermé,mais ce n'est pas un problème car il est sûr. La clientèle est respectueuse malgré le bas prix de l'hôtel. La chambre est petite mais a tout le nécessaire. Le personnel est top. L'hôtel ne semble pas trop souvent complet malgré ses qualités,donc tout est calme et on y dort très bien. Les chambres sont bien insonorisés. L'hôtel vaut vraiment le coup pour les petits budgets.
