Hotel Lille dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Everything went well at this hotel. The staffs were very kind and the room was very comfortable where you can find everything you need during the stay. Highly recommend!

The hotel has a great location, very close to Lille Europe train station. The staff allowed early check-in when the room was ready, which was very helpful. After check-out, we could store our luggage at the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a convenient hotel with good service and reasonable price.

Relativement déçus de notre expérience dans ce Mama Shelter. Bien moins qualitatif que d’autres notamment celui de Bordeaux. Une chambre plus que moyenne niveau propreté, des joints qui commencent à moisir, une fuite d’eau qui n’est pas réparée proprement, un bout du contour de la fenêtre cassé et pas réparé ce qui peut être assez dangereux, une climatisation qui fonctionne en alternance et j’en passe. Et que dire du petit déjeuné, copieux certes mais aucun réassort, il faut passer son temps à demander s’il est possible de venir remettre des assiettes, des fruits, du pain, des tasses etc etc. Et puis quelle surprise de revenir à sa table et de voir que la serveuse a débarrassé toute la table qui comportait encore des boissons et des assiettes pleines. Bref déçus de notre séjour, nous ne reviendrons pas.

Such a cute hotel, old building style in the heart of Lille. This hotel has a private parking but with limited space, otherwise there is a lot of public parking along the street outside the hotel. The hotel has a nice restaurant. Haven't tried though this time as I went to the city center to have some nice Asian Thai food. But it looked really nice, also it has a nice terasse, unfortunately I was not at the best season, was cold and rainy but I can imagine in summer to be very cute. The rooms are a bit small but clean, modern and nice. I was really happy with my stay and staff are very friendly.

It was a very nice hotel and well located. Good points for the location which is super close to the train station and the city center ! Room is small but clean and comfortable. Only issues is that the walls are very thin so if you're a light sleeper, you'll hear everything going on on your floor. We didn't have the breakfast because it wasn't worth it according to the picture we were shown.

We were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered. Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

Bon hôtel, extrêmement bien situé, personnel agréable et sympathique. Espace petit déjeuner cependant trop étroit et isolation phonique problématique.

We travelled as a group to attend seminars in the Lille Catholic University. However only one room available, we decided to give the room to our old German nun. When she checked out she left her Taïwanaise passport, granted by Taiwan Government for her contributions. Thanks to the hotel services, cooperation with the LC University, we finally get the passport back through express delivery. Amazing!

Emplacement, personnels, confort de la chambre et petit déjeuner au trop.

L'hôtel est très bien situé au sud ouest de Lille près des autoroutes. On y arrive rapidement et on y part facilement. Le quartier est calme et le parking n'est pas fermé,mais ce n'est pas un problème car il est sûr. La clientèle est respectueuse malgré le bas prix de l'hôtel. La chambre est petite mais a tout le nécessaire. Le personnel est top. L'hôtel ne semble pas trop souvent complet malgré ses qualités,donc tout est calme et on y dort très bien. Les chambres sont bien insonorisés. L'hôtel vaut vraiment le coup pour les petits budgets.
