ЕЕлена СолдатоваHotel ini bagus, baru diubah suai, dan bilik-biliknya sempurna. Katilnya sangat besar, yang mana sangat indah! Bilik dan bilik mandi luas dan cerah! Kami menghargai gimnasium dan kawasan kolam renang.
Kawasan renang di laut dilengkapi dengan baik, dan bagus kerana hotel ini terlibat dalam penternakan karang; ia menarik untuk dilihat.
Kakitangannya sopan, kawasannya cantik, dan semuanya hebat.
Keburukan bagi kami:
1. Pembayaran hanya melalui kad. Kami membaca tentang ini terlebih dahulu, dan secara keseluruhannya ia bukan masalah besar, tetapi agak pelik bahawa orang ramai tidak mempunyai pilihan cara untuk membayar. (Contohnya, deposit pasti boleh dibuat secara tunai; saya rasa itu tidak akan menjadi masalah besar. Saya rasa kebanyakan orang akan memilih untuk membayar melalui kad, tetapi saya rasa mereka tidak mempunyai pendekatan yang berorientasikan pelanggan.) Selain itu, semua bil mesti dibayar dengan segera (pilihan untuk menetapkan deposit ke bilik dan membayar semasa pembayaran tidak berfungsi di sini).
2. Makanan dan minuman - harga 2-3 kali lebih tinggi daripada purata (tiada masalah di sini, hotelnya bagus, dan perkhidmatannya juga bagus), tetapi tidak sedap ☹️ Kami mencuba beberapa hidangan di pantai dan memesan perkhidmatan bilik untuk makanan dan koktel. Saya akan menilai makanannya 3/5, dan barnya 2/5, walaupun saya fikir mereka perlu diperbaiki.
Selain itu, ia adalah tempat yang indah; kami akan kembali lagi dan lagi!

PPengguna TetamuIts a beach front resort with swim pool next to the beach, The pool was not big. It took about 8 mins drive to shopping area, Resort provided airport pick up service. Staffs are nice and friendly. Breakfast was great. They offered breakfast box for those who had to leave early morning for local tour. Shower was good, bed is soft and big. i stayed on 1st floor so i have to walk some stairs to my room. Overall, it's a great resort in the island and it's cheaper than other 5 stars resort.

FFadilah KasmaniOur stay at Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo exceeded my expectations and I'm so pleased with the overall experience! The hospitality and service by all hotel staff we've met was consistent and a delight throughout our 5 nights stay. From in-room dining to the dinners at the restaurant, our orders were prepared carefully and presented well, and all tasted delicious. The hotel also offered us wake-up calls and breakfast-to-go for our island day trip, which we booked directly through the hotel. As we stayed with young children, they were also accommodating and even entertained the kids interaction. On the last day after checking out and upon arrival at the airport, I had realised I left a milk bottle. When I called the hotel to request to send it to me at the airport, they had immediately acted on it and were already on their way. Thank you so much to the wonderful team especially Ms Claudia for making our holiday stay a memorable and exceptional one.

CCamille_GSegala-galanya benar-benar sempurna, satu-satunya kelemahan ialah ia sangat panas di dalam bilik walaupun penghawa dingin yang tidak mesti ditetapkan cukup tinggi. Suasana yang indah, kakitangan yang sempurna dan mesra, pelbagai perkhidmatan yang ditawarkan, makanan yang lazat. Saya akan kembali dengan gembira 😊

PPengguna TetamuWhat a fabulous resort ! The management is amazing, and so is the staff. Everyone is so kind and has a the best service attitude. Our service was personalised, e.g. the resort went out of their way to look for migraine medicine for my husband from the mainland when he.run out of it. We had to stay 3 extra days as we were unwell, despite a super busy season the resort found a way to accommodate us. The snorkeling off the pier is better than you could ever expect. Totally clear water, actually, you can watch sharks, sting rays and multi coloured fish pass by even without getting into the water ! The breakfast included is yummy, and there are plenty of dinner options. I would highly recommend this resort for relaxation - to anyone considering to travel to Flores/Komodo - a few nights here is a must ! Very good for families too. Thank you for the team of taking such good care of us.

AAndreaSem76Amazing resort, placed in a peaceful place without any noise, only the sound of birds and the monkeys that play and eat in the fruits tree. The staffs is very kind and friendly, ready to satisfy every your needs. Beautiful the restaurant that cook yummy dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Various and generous the breakfast. The room, I took Mountain View with private pool is simply amazing. All forniture are new and the room is wide and in a great position.

JJulia_OtterandAlpineA really nice little hotel in Labuan Bajo. A bit out of the way of the town centre (10 minute drive or hofur walk), but Grab bikes are inexpensive and readily available. They organised a free airport pick up which was really handy and a great perk. Staff are really lovely and helpful. The outdoor space is lovely and the pool is also great. It could do with having someone clean it each morning to collect everything that falls from the trees but otherwise it was still a great facility. Our room was very quirky in its decoration but it was comfortable, clean and had hot water. They also have bag storage at reception which was very useful. Breakfast was a small buffet and was good. Good for a night or 2 before a boat trip to Komodo!

GGr1ffOnly spent 1 night here as I was between boat trips, but honestly, I could have stayed here for longer. The room was clean and spacious with one of the most comfy beds I've slept in since I started travelling 8 months ago.
They staff were brilliant, professional, and accommodating. Check in and out was fast and efficient.
The restaurant on the top floor was fantastic with a nice view of the harbour. I had the port ribs and the were to die for, fell off the bone perfectly cooked.
If you were diving out of Labuan this is located only 3/4min walk from the pier.

DDmitriiOAn excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day.
A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests.
At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!
